The day was winding down on the planet of Tatooine, allowing the crimson sun to finally rest upon the sandy dunes where only the brave and foolish dare tread. The hustle and bustle of the crowd never ceases in this city, creating a hot spot for trade and buisness. Of course with buisness comes credits and sometimes these buisnesses take out loans here and there to keep things looking up. And with such an action you can sometimes find yourself looking up in a different type of situation.

Looking up while falling off a cliff some where. A man by the name of Davos Kashaiel had skipped out on payment for a local gang and were willing to part with a sum of credits just to make sure the man got back and track. The description was not too hard to follow. A rather obese man with thining hair, usually seen sporting a black overcoat and white shirt underneath and a scar running down the right side of his chin. Along with that he was fond of prostitutes and sometimes blew his whole check on a one night ride. Wasting no more time, Kuursk entered the fearsome Mos Eisely Cantina.

Slinging his repeater blaster rifle, he passed through the crowd which was practically an orgy of species colliding with one another to drink in the poisons. There was enough bounty hunters and mercenaries in the Mos Eisley Cantina to hide himself appropriately of course all he had to do was stay in the crowd but this created a visual issue. But Kuursk found his target. Davos was sitting in a booth situated to the right side of the Cantina, consorting with twileke "companions". Flaunting his credits about by spreading them on the table. It was almost embarrasing to watch this fellow.

The galaxy would certainly not care if he disposed of him but for now he decided to play it cool and collectively by seating himself on the opposite side of the bar, giving him a perfect view of the swine. Kuursk then ordered himself a small reactor core and occasionaly had it refilled as the fat slob continued to consort with the alien women. Kuursk never appreciated inter-species romance of any kind. It just gave him all the more reason to drive his scaly fists into the target's skull. Oh the joy of being a gun for hire! Life was almost too good.

The cantina was full of various souls. Some desperate for a drink and a good time, others seeking more dangerous means of entertainment. Being the man he was, Lynel was included into both catergories.

He sat at the bar as he recieved his refill but paused before downing it. The place had become more crowded than previous nights and it made the bounty hunter a bit uneasy. He decided to move a bit further down the bar so his back was towards the wall rather than the door.

Lynel stood and made his way through the crowd. He found himself being lead through the mass of bodies by another man who was surveying the crowd before taking a seat at the bar himself.

"How are you doing?" Lynel said to the man as he took the last empty chair next to him.

This character was being pretty straight foward in a place like the Cantina. Such could get you killed and Kuursk felt like doing the man a favor. But he was not here for the man next to him. He was here for Davos. He was still enjoying himself so Kuursk had time to make small talk and at least it would make him not as suspicious looking. Of course he really did not care even if Davos caught on to him. In fact he rather liked the idea of Davos screaming at the top of his lungs while running away from his would be captor. But for now this was the path of least resistance.

"I'm fine, sssir. Tonight is a good night to be out. A lot of things going on tonight."

Said Kuursk with his Trando accent. Suddely the swine was giggling louder than usual and he was getting ready to leave his booth. Kuursk patted the stranger's shoulder and slowly moved from his seat, back into the crowd as he followed Davos out the door and into the dusty streets. Kuursk kept a healthy distance between himself and the target and with luck Davos was going back to his residence. And hopefully not some brothel which would certainly complicate Kuursk's mission.

There seemed to be a strange bond between the two gentleman. They were a different species, had never met before, and seemingly had nothing in common. Unless you knew what to look for. Lynel was sure that they shared a common interest in gunplay and hunting. He watched this man's body language and took note of the single drink he had ordered.

He leaned onto the bar as the other walked away.

"There are indeed a lot of things going on tonight." Lynel spoke softly under his breath.

The quick conversation told Lynel two things. One, the guy he just met was indeed on a hunt and two, he was hunting the rather pudgy fellow with the twi'leks that left earlier.

Lynel decided to pursue, draining the glass and securing his pistols before leaving the cantina.

He exited, saw the man and hit a quick jog to catch up, slowing down right before reaching him to keep from startling the dangerous man,

"I haven't been on a good hunt in a while pal. No need to pay me, I just want in." Lynel said with a sly grin.

((It does say open so I hope you guys don't mind if I join.))

Ken wanted to test out his force abilities for amusement. He decided to stop by the local cantina and see what was going on. The young man had a black trenchcoat on to cover up his lightsaber which was hooked to the trenchcoat on the inside just in case something went wrong. Gambling was a waste of time for the foolish, and a way to waste brains and money. But for those who could influence the outcomes.....

The dark jedi took a seat at one of the gambling tables after ordering one of the less noxious forms of alcohol only so that he could appear friendly enough. "Sabaac huh? Deal me in."

Said Ken as he sat down and pulled his chair in close to the table. He was about 2 inches away from his opponent which surely had to be intimidating. After the hands were dealt and the cards changed over the course of the game and after the required number of turns were over Ken held up his hand. "23 pure sabaac. Winner takes all." A smile, and a sneer and a few helps from the force helped him to manipulate his game. This game was a great way to earn easy credits. Several games later and his opponent was entirely broke, and the guards had to grab the unfortunate fellow and throw him out of the cantina because he was yelling something about Ken cheating.

Breento landed on his wings when the guards threw him out the cantina. " The last time I visit this dump!" Exclaimed the merchant in his deep Toydarian accent. He flew away, still grumbling about how that human piece-of-poodoo did cheat him. He lost over 400 credits in one game! Still he had 400 pints of water to deliver to some mushroom farm near Mos Espa. He breifly took noticed in a pudgy man followed by two twi'leks. But thought nothing of it other than "Lucky man.".

Tur'nala was no stranger to the way of Mos Eisley, nor the lifestyle of its infamous cantina. Tur was happy to get a night out and as much as she loved what she did, it was nice to get out and 'strut her stuff' from time to time. She wore her skin tight leggings and her black leather vest, along with her black lekku wraps, and as customary, carried her blaster pistol on one hip, and her vibroblade in her boot. She told Bat she wouldn't be out all night but as he knew all too well, she had a habit of losing track of time. She walks through the entrance, greets two patron at the door with a smile (a smile that they all too graciously returned) and proceeded to the bar to order a drink. She was an attractive Lethan, and couldn't help but attract a few awkward looks, as well as a couple blatant stares as she reached the counter.

"Evening, might i just get something smooth please...oh and don't be afraid to shout if a stool or a table opens up would you?"

She said with a flirtatious smile as she awaits her drink

The Toydarian realizied he left his billfold at the sabaac table in the bar. He trekked back to the bar, glanced over at the rather attractive twi'lek, and then saw the weapons she was carrying. He decided to keep his distance. He found the wallet in the possession of some sullustan pilot. " You got 5 seconds to hand over my billfold!" he demanded. The pilot chuckled " I think I will keep, buy myself some drinks with the contents." the sullustan winked and put the billfold in his pocket, and returned to his drink. Breenko's face shrivled in an ugly scowl. He drew his blaster pistol and snarled "Give it to me now you mouse eyed freak!". At this moment the pilot drew his pistol too, a small holdout pistol with a coreworld design on it. "You want it? Come get it!" He mocked and he laid the billfold on the table, and fired two shots. The first missed and hit his own drink, the second grazeed base Breenko's left wing, leaving a small burn. Breenko returned the fire with three shots. The first missed, but the second and third hit the sullustan in the chest. The pilot fell to the floor. Breenko grbbed his billfold, as the bartender rushed over to take care of the dead pilot, Breenko slipped a credit into his pocket, "Sorry about the mess." he chuckled. He then noticed the patch on the sullustan's flak jacket. It was a republic starfighter corps insignia! But what was the republic doing on Tatooine? Breenko thought "That will land me..what 12 years in a republic prison?" He fled the table and sat down at the bar next to the lethan twi'lek, he was planning on drinking his troubles away.

Tur'nala giggles as she watches the squabble between the Toydarian and the Sullustan, and remembers back to her first bar fight. with a nostalgic smile. Tur raises her eyebrows suddenly as the shots ring out and the Sullustan lay dead on the table.

"Toy-boy's got some guts it seems."

She thinks to herself as the Toydarian recovers his billfold. She watches the man start to panic and as he starts to retreat for the door she shouts to him

"What's you're hurry stranger? stay and enjoy the show you've so graciously provided for the rest of us"

She jests with a smile and subtly awaits his reply hoping he heard her before he got to the door.

He turns back and looks at the twi'lek. He scratches hi beak. " I could a drink." he says in his heavy Toydarian accent. "I hope that squabble did not cause too much trouble." He turns to the barkeep. "I will take two pints of Corellian malt, one for me and one for the lady." He smiled back at the Twi'lek.

Tur looks over to the Toydarian with a smile and grins a thankful smile as the barkeep hands her a cool drink. She takes a small sip and looks at her new found friend...
"Why thank you stranger. You wanna tell me your name?"

She continues to smile, and as she does she notices out of the corner of her eye 4 men in Republic uniforms enter the cantina...

Lynel stopped his pursuit as he heard shots come from the cantina. After sending Deva to shadow his target he turned around and headed back just in time to see a panicked Toydarian turn around and head back for a drink.

Lynel walked further into the bar and saw a dead Sullustan. He looked back at the Toydarian who was now ordering drinks for himself and a Twi'lek. Lynel cautiously approached.

"I'll take one of what they are having." he spoke over the counter before turning to the odd pair.

"That Sullustan was a poor soul, and maybe a bit stupid for challenging whoever killed him. Which of you fired the shot?"

"My name is Tur'nala, but you can call me Tur."

She replies with a smile while taking a conservative sip from her drink. As soon as she finishes introducing herself a large burly human walks in and approach their table, clearly drawn by the commotion. Tur takes one quick sip and before Breento could utter a word she interjects.

"I did. he made inappropriate advances towards me and i felt threatened and did what i had to do. what are you an officer?"

She replies not necessarily in an 'offensive' manner, but more in a proud manner, as if she knew her story was relatively infallible.

((OOC: i assumed by the way i skimmed Lynel's profile he is human. if im wrong please tell me and i'll fix it.))

Breento looks a little confused. He turns to Tur, blinks twice then scratches his muzzle. After a few awkward seconds he finally speaks "Yeah, I saw the pilot he had few too many of these." Breento tapped his glass then continued " I thought that they teach discipline in the Republic military, I guess not anymore." He drank his ale some more and then turned to Tur and asked "you from around here?"

Tur turns back to Breento, intentionally diverting her attention from the human, and replies:

"Not especially. I'm no stranger to Eisley, but its by no means my home. I'm here on, you could say...business."

She says hoping to stir a reaction out of either of the men.

"How about yourself?"

"I am originally from deeper into Hutt space, I am here for business as well, not what type of business might you be talking about?" he said. He then order a bowl of fleek eels from the barkeep.

((He's human))

Lynel was a bit surprised when the Twi'lek laid claim to the dead patron, and the Toydarian seemed to get a bit nervous. Then he understood why.

"Soldier? No ma'm, far from it actually. My name is Lynel Rambu, mercenary, bounty hunter. But I don't think this is the time nor the place for formalities." he said while cocking his head over his shoulder in the direction of the dead Republic soldier.

By now the corpse was being recovered by his crewmates and a few soldiers were combing the crowd looking for a suspect.

"A Toydarian who kills a soldier and a Twi'lek who is dangerous enough to take the blame. You two would make a deadly duo and in my line of work I could use people like you."

Lynel drained his glass and stood just in time to cast his enormous shadow across the table, effectively covering the weapons from sight. A soldier eased by and Lynel kept his back to the man.

"Might I suggest we move this outside?" Lynel said.

At this Breento chuckled and said "I like your style, we can move outside, but first what kind of work are you talking about?

Tur sighed with a quasi-disappointed look towards Breento and looks back to Lynel. She looks him up and down and run over logistics in her head. If he is a merc he is obviously carrying a weapon of some sort, the question is what and where. The man was large and formidable, but he didn't give the vibe of psychopathic aggression like some other 'perspective associates' of hers. She shrugs and as soon as Breento answers she adds on:

"I have a feeling it isn't too far from mine. Outside it is. My ship is at the starport here in Eisley. Shall we adjourn there and chat? or do you have other ideas?"
