The Leeks has just gotten word that after a commercial advertising the Orautomatons newest droid model, the `ARAC-series Oranimal`; one person - a young boy and afraid of spiders - fainted after watching the commercial. We do not include a picture of the droid in question here just as a precaution for others.
We managed to get a comment on the scene of the the mother of the boy. "We were all watching the Galaxy's Funniest Holovids as a family, then commercial for that spider droid came on, and then yeah." the mother looked worried. When asked if the boy is doing fine now she said "He's fine, just a little shook up is all." she also said it was was the scenes in the commerical with the droid crawling up on walls and using it's fusion cutter legs that frightened him the most.
When asked what they will do since the ARAC Oranimal is selling quite fast it's likely they will encounter it on the streets where they walk. "We don't know.. It's going to be a very difficult adjustment for him"
We have reached out for the the head of Orautomatons for comment, and have yet to receive one. Stay tuned for updates.
