DESCRIPTION​

Available through any good back-alley 'Droidsmith', this 'upgrade' rips out part of a droid and replaces it with a small seat and piloting module. Usable only on droids ranging from R2 astromech size up to humanoid size units, this modification removes the upper front part of the torso and brings down the droid battery life by 50%, as well as removing the automatic motor-function of the unit, meaning it has to be controlled by the 'pilot'. Alongside this, the built-in targeting computers, sensors, tools and any protocol or 'brain' units in the droid are slaved to the control as well, effectively stopping the droid from thinking and acting freely and slaving it all to the pilot.

RESTRICTIONS​

Can only be used on droids ranging from R-series astromech to humanoid droids in size. Reduces the battery life of the droid by half and slaves all controls to the pilot. It can only be used by organics of an appropriate size. Droid effectively becomes a walker, and therefore must be RPed as one.
