BIOGRAPHY
BIOGRAPHY:
Though he would have many believe he was born in the courts of some royal house on Naboo, he in-fact, was not. Born into slavery with the name of Xander Willstride, he would start out being trafficked by the skin rings in the Outer Rim. It was during his time on one of the Pleasure Barges that they were attacked by a band of Kaleesh pirates. Using the chaos as a cover, he and several others would flee to the surface of Tatooine where they would enjoy their newfound freedom. Having not seen the pirates during the attack, he would later run into the very crew in a bar in Mos Espa.
The former slave, though only seventeen at the time, would try to befriend the heavily armed pirates now celebrating their victory in the bar. One of them, a Kaleesh named Todorak ib'Kadim, would accept the offer of friendship and when the pirate crew departed, Todorak would stay behind. For half a decade, Xander, now flying under the name of Dusty, would train in combat under Todorak as the pair decided to hunt down slaving rings. Though not very apt in martial combat, Dusty was quite quick as a gunslinger and proficient as a duelist.
Sometime during their years together, Todorak would be killed in a slaver ambush while allowing Dusty to get away. With crime rampant in the Outer Rim, he almost gave up hope until he found a xantha. He would practice with the Xantha until he became proficient with it, going from bar to bar and playing for creds. Still armed with the weapons his late mentor gave him, he found himself in a bar room packed with the very men who killed Todorak. A marshal, some Sector Ranger would enter the bar looking to make an arrest during his performance, only to get ambushed by the crew. Dusty would once again take up arms and aid the Sector Ranger and when the smoke cleared, the bar was just full of the dead and the dying. Dusty, somehow unharmed (perhaps due to shooting from behind the bar) would walk amongst the dead, helping any of the dying find their way. Once he came upon the Ranger, however, his heart fell as the man died during the fighting. Taking his badge and his identity, Dusty would pretend to be Sector Ranger Jaxon Clane, as he dispensed the law in a lawless sector.
APPEARANCE:
6 feet tall, bronzed skin, an impeccably well-maintained mustache and goatee. Piercing green eyes. Wears vibrant purples, blues, and greens and plays a xantha while crowned in a musketeer-esque hat with a magnificent rainbow feather.
ATTRIBUTES:
Though not very robust in terms of combat prowess, he prides himself in his skill with duels. Expert musician and well-versed in street knowledge. He often has a draw to the finer things in life, which sometimes inhibits his ranger lifestyle.
