    Age:33 Galactic Standard Years
    Faction:Imperial Peacekeepers (Commander)
    Faction:Taris Exchange (Partner)

    [ IMPERIAL FILE ]

Born on Eriadu in 123 ABY to spaceport mechanic Davik Karn and factory assistent Meera Karn, Levik joined the Eriadu Military Academy at sixteen and underwent proper training. First in the Eriadu Navy onboard the ESS Sandoval and then in the army of what would become the Sith Empire where he was delegated to the Imperial Defense Force. Due to a first disciplinary strike in 145 ABY he was then relegated to the Imperial Peacekeepers of the Imperial Security Bureau.

He has been stationed as a lieutenant on the planet Taris since 147 ABY. Lieutenant Karn has requested a promotion twice, but it has been denied due to his disciplinary record concerning excessive consummation of alcoholic beverages and an outspoken opinion regarding the Imperial hierarchy. It is rumored -though unconfirmed by the local ISB office- that the lieutenant has ties to local gangs on the planet.

Due to exemplary performance during the expulsion of the Sith Order from the Empire, Levik Karn was promoted to Commander in 156 ABY, replacing his former superior on Taris who had to commit himself to re-indoctrination on Raxus.

While Davik started out his criminal career as mostly a kindhearted petty thug doing some lowly jobs for Miwa the Hutt, which was really all they let him do because he seemed unable to bear the remorse of taking a life, there has been a change in him. Whether it's because of his overconsumption of (often cheap) spice or being forced to take a life for the first time, Davik has finally exchanged the stun blaster for something more serious.

Before he could read he was content living on the couch of Eisley and Xianna, but the more words he learned the more ambitious he became and soon he was send to Alderaan where his mindset on the whole 'morality of law' changed drastically. Now he's perfectly fine with the slaughter of dozens of innocents if it accomplishes the goal he has set out for himself.

I suppose life was simpler just being part of the factory workers union on one of Nar Shaddaa's lower levels. There was friendship, kinship, future kinship and enough spiced bantha milk to make me last a lifetime in relative comfort. Still, something itched, I guess, and it wasn't because of that Twi'lek dancer.. I think. What definitely didn't help was us getting hired by some dude heading to the upper levels. The fella needed protection and a spotter.. my friends were the muscle because the heavy lifting at the factory made them bulky like a Gammorrean.. I was the spotter.. but as my friends will all tell you: I'm not the best in resisting certain urges when it comes to spice and pazaak. Three guesses what the upper levels of Nar Shaddaa have in abundance? Right..

Before I knew it I had a sizable debt to some Hutta Hutt named Miwa. Go kessing figure. When the job ended and the others returned home, the Hutt had me shipped over to Hutta to work for him at his scrapyard until I paid off the debt. Kriff, guess I just gotta make due here on Hutta for a bit.

Well, I figured it was time for a Holo-log again. Last time I did one of these I was hoping to quickly pay off my debt to Miwa and return home to the lower levels of Shaddaa. Kriff, things have changed since then.

I've met new sentients I enjoyed spending time with and even lived with Xianna and Eis for a while, although I don't think they're still alive. The cartel turned out to be a cutthroat business, as expected really, but as an outsider I had this feeling that anyone associated with the Hutts was untouchable. Alas, many of my friends died before their prime and some even right in front of me during a skirmish on Tatooine. Somehow I survived, became rich and even learned how to read.

My success on Tatooine prompted some Vigo to send me to Alderaan to cause an influx in the spice market. It was a long progress where I orchestrated terrible crimes in order to achieve my mission. Thanks to my work there I got to be in the position to aid Lucille Antilles ascension to Queen, but as she tried to put me to death I felt I had overstated my welcome and returned home to Hutta.

That, however, is not what people will know me for. Before I could read and when Eisley was still alive, Miwa had send us to Gamorr for some smuggling business. Pretty straightforward easy work, right? Turned out a young jedi knight was there as well and after a short struggle I managed to capture her for Miwa's arena. The little Jedi, who called herself Dahlia, was an efficient fighter and she even qualified for the Boonta Eve Tournament! Can you believe that? I did that, she was my prize and as she rose further in the tournament I became a rising star in Miwa's employ.

and then she won and earned her freedom. You'd think that'd be that. Thing is that I took quite a liking to her during her many months of indentured servitude with us at the scrapyard. Dahlia sorta become like a little sister I'd do anything for, so when four years passed and she had shed off the name Dahlia, given up her real name of Alais Drast and taken up the moniker of Andraste, I couldn't be more proud to see her succeed. Despite her initial dislike of me over her capture, it seemed that she in turn had come to see me as her big brother. In recent times I've helped her set up a weapons black market and even officiated both her weddings!

The reason for this log is also because of her, really. You see, tonight I'm going into Supreme Mogul Gulla's palace with Andraste, Kal Vox and Vin Pavan in order to kill him and enact a regime change within the cartel. I've never done something this risky before. If I die, please give my Holo-log to my parents.

Kriff

Hm, I guess that doesn't really tell you much, does it? Let's start at the beginning, then.

The assassination of Supreme Mogul Gulla was a success and Lorda Bareesh awarded me with the status of Vigo in her Kajidic after her own ascension to the title of Supreme Mogul. Credits came in quickly now, which broke all barriers to me starting a habit and modest dependency on spice, but that's not really what's important. I continued to help little Dahlia and together with another Vigo, one connected to the Syndicate, I placed bombs in the very chamber the Serenno War Council gathered in times of crisis. She used it to take them all out and tricked the Serenno people to appoint her the new Grand Countess. Impressive, but my spice dependency had me return to Nal Hutta and in my place at the new Grand Countess' side I put a Deucalian mercenary named Cabba. He was an eager and loyal warrior. He's no longer with us.

Back on Hutta word of my involvement in Hutticide spread quickly and Nem'ro contacted me to help him end the Great Hunt by killing Colimma and award Nem'ro the seat on the Hutt Council. We succeeded and we did so with ease because my reputation was preceding me. Even more credits went my way now and my life of luxury had started. Can you imagine that? I went from poor factory working who couldn't even read to a Hutt Cartel Lieutenant with more credits than he could spend.

But one thing kept nagging in the back of my head.

You see, at her second wedding Dahlia had whispered something to me. She told me that Siris could be her undoing, which ofcourse I couldn't allow to happen. Combine that with one of the other cartel lieutenants selling ownership of her gang to Siris, which on itself was a grave crime according to the cartel laws, I felt like I had to do something. Who knew it would go this badly? I posted a small bounty on members of that gang, The Toasted Twi'lek Gang, and within the day Nem'ro, the very Hutt I helped into power and other Vigo's who had banded together in some kind of Syndicate, put a million credit bounty on my head in return.

I never stayed long in one place after that and my credits started to disappear before the setting Tatooine suns. Finding some sort of refuge on the toxic planet of Quesh I founded 'Systech Corporation' as both a safehouse and a means to launder the illegally obtained credits that I had left by producing adrenals. To lower the production costs I tried to steal Coaxium on Makeb, but my efforts were overturned by The Wook, another Syndicate Vigo, who captured me and was about to deliver to to Nem'ro for execution when little Dahlia intervened for the last time on my behalf. The Wook had trained in the Force with her and as Empress Andraste she had the pull to save me with all my limbs intact.

Unfortunately that also left me without any options. I tried seeking the protection of Supreme Mogul Bareesh by leading a war on the Pyke Syndicate on her behalf, but she, too, proofed to be powerless against the Syndicate. Bereft of all other safety nets I decided to switch sides in order to save my sorry hide. The Republic Committee in charge of investigating the Alderaan election I rigged together with The Wook was very interested in a confession of that act and the incriminating evidence I had against the other influential Syndicate character, Spectre. In return they provided me safe haven and a market for Systech Adrenals.

Within weeks the Republic declared war on the Hutt Cartel and enlisted me as a cipher agent to help map the cartel's internal structure. One month later the infamous slicer called Spectre, the first and so far only non-Hutt Lorda had died at the hands of the Jedi. Maybe, just maybe, I could end up outliving my syndicate rivals. Three down. Two more to go.

Here you'll find certain key-NPCs within the Empire, starting the NPC members of the Imperial Council and including at least one rank two [2] from each of the Imperial branches. If you want to include any of these NPC characters in your thread, please contact the Imperial Faction Leader (@Eccles) or members of SWRP Staff. Thanks!

NameAndor Senyn

DIRECTOR SENYN

Director-Senyn.png

[ IMPERIAL FILE ]

Born on Sullust as the son of factory-administrator Darr Senyn, Andor soon developed a keen eye for bureaucracy. He attended the Sullustian Academy for Accounting, where he minored in System Analytics before he eventually graduated top of his class at the Eriadu University of Cosmo-Politics. His treatise titled 'Palpatine's Redemption', where he compared the prosperity of Imperials worlds to that regressed economical state pre- and post-Imperial occupation, was noticed by the Sith Brotherhood prior to the official declaration of the Sith Empire.

He is credited with founding the Cipher Program under the previous Director, Val Vathra, and as a supervisor was responsible for the resource allocation and oversight on notable operations like Operation Oracle.

GRAND MOFF POLLUX

Andor-Senyn.png

[ IMPERIAL FILE ]

Born on the planet Raxus, Castor belongs to a political family that often critized the senators and ambassadors of his planet that decided to live on a Coreward world instead. He was always the second-in-command when it came to Raxus politics, finding former Grand Moff Emer-Drast casting a shadow over him.

When Emer-Drast rose to the position of Emperor, it was almost natural that his second, his lackey, rose to the position of Grand Moff. Many casual observors might think he is inexperienced, but those that are familiar with senate politics know that Castor Pollux represents a much more aggressive faction within the Imperial Diplomatic corps. Where Emer-Drast was always the mediator and more representative of water, Pollux is the fire that would tear worlds and factions apart in rage.

DESIGNATION CONTROL

Control.png

[ IMPERIAL FILE ]

At some point after the inception of the Imperial Security Bureau, its previous director Val Vathra recruited the prolific slicer named [redacted], who was a member of the slicer collective known as [redacted]. The Bureau -and specifically its intelligence division- had to siphon through massive amounts of digital information to be able to keep track of all operations and activities within Imperial space and mere sentients did not seem able to process this information fast enough to make it actionable.

It was decided that [redacted] would undergo the surgery to complement their already impressive talents with an AJ^6 Cyborg Construct. Since becoming a cyborg and getting wired and tubed to the Imperial databanks and subnet, [redacted] has never physically set foot outside of the control room. He has, however, been involved and listening in on every operation the Imperial Security Bureau has run since. He is in control and lost all sentient personality that was once recognized as the human [redacted].

COMMANDER LAZ

Lopik-Laz.png

[ IMPERIAL FILE ]

Some claim that Dantooine only produces two things: Kyber crystals and farmers. Commander Laz comes from one of the largest automated farms on the planet and his family had been the defacto rulers while the planet was under Imperial rule. His family, including his wife and four children, still reside on the farm. Lopik, however, felt like he was meant for greater things.

Grown up watching Holomovies like 'The Good, The Bad and the Rodian' he always had a penchant for gunslinging. He rose quickly in the local militia and during the Imperial occupation he rose even faster in its infantry. Commander Laz is one of the Empire's most dependable infantry commander and he often leads the occupation efforts on the more 'troubling planets'.

NameMeera Tumi

KNIGHT-CAPTAIN TUMI

Meera-Tumi.png

[ IMPERIAL FILE ]

Meera Tumi had a conflicted and troubled youth of which records seem to have been lost during the Expulsion of the Sith Order from Imperial territories. Like all of the first generation Imperial Knights, she received her training as a member of the Sith and had come so far as to apprentice under a Sith Master. She was particularly skilled in lightsaber combat and Force telekinesis, but showed significant trouble abandoning the tactics of the Sith. Knight-Captain Meera Tumi had been reprimanded thrice for excessive use of deadly Force.

After the events on Dathomir she seemed to toe the line more. Ever since the appointment of the new Lord Commander, Knight-Captain Tumi is often away gathering intel that would lead the knights to a conclusive battle with their former Sith masters.

JAN ECCLES

Jan-Eccles.jpg

BIOGRAPHY

Born on Agamar in 122 ABY to trooper Dahn Eccles and retail worker Jana Eccles (née Lorso). Jan joined the Sector Rangers in 137 ABY when the institution was both at its peak as under major threat due to the reemergence of the Sith Order. Across the many planets that were part of the 'Free World's Alliance' the Sector Rangers tried to maintain order and rule of law, sending Jan and his fellow rangers from sector to sector trying to hunt down dangerous criminals and sometimes even aiding the Jedi Order in fighting the growing Sith threat.

Three years ago Jan received a semi-permanent posting in the Bright Jewel Sector, specifically Ord Mantell. His experience was supposed to help the local authorities to make a dent in the surging lawlessness on the planet.

Unfortunately the galaxy had other plans. Due to political tensions in the senate following the second Killik Invasion, the Free World's Alliance ceased to exist. Suddenly the badge that Jan so proudly wore on his chest wasn't worth the datacard it was printed on.
