BIOGRAPHY

Thain Edo Keer was born on the planet Naboo, born into something akin to indigent aristocracy, he was nevertheless dressed in fineries and borne in extravagance that served only to further push his father ‘Lord Eddro Keer’ into deeper ruin. Edo was a sickly, effeminate child, prone to illnesses and allergies that led him to grow thin and spidery rather than hale and hearty. However, his was an inquisitive mind that led him to reading and oftentimes to solving riddles in opposition to sports and games with the other Keer children. He also, at the spindly age of five displayed a degree of sensitivity in the force. Whenever his languid body threatened to fail him in some exertion, he would call on this inner power as he dubbed it, to overcome and best the challenge at hand.

Life for Edo, for all the family was a gilded money pit, was still wonderful. Being related to some distant aristocracy meant they were frequently invited to parties and taken on trips and expeditions across planet. A Sith posing as a dignitary on one of these trips kidnapped the skeletal, frail boy sensing potential in him and he was taken to be trained as a Sith on Korriban.

However, physically he was no champion, no warrior. But he had a curious grace with a saber and his inquisitive mind meant that with some cruelty he was able to learn and hone powers of interrogation and inquisition using the threat of physical and spiritual pain. However, these things brought him no satisfaction and he still sought to inquire and poke and prod his way to whichever truth he sought. When the Sith left Imperial service, Edo chose to stay. Hoping one day to be able to test his keen mind again in the service of a new Empire, albeit one that distrusted his kind.

Personality

Edo is at first cold,distant and awkward. He finds making friends difficult, partly because of his Sith training making trust hard to come by and partly because he has no time for it even though he sorely does. He is driven by one goal, to find the truth no matter how painful it might be for the seeker. He can be blunt, sharp tongued but also immeasurably sweet to those he considers friends though these people are rare.

Skills

A spidery but surprisingly agile fighter, Edo uses his saber with unquestionable speed and grace but he lacks power. He is a duellist in the traditional sense rather than a brawny warrior but his strength is in his inquisitive mind and his use of the force. Not in the form of throwing speeders and boulders but in digging through psyches and finding secrets. He can increase his physical abilities as per expected but he is no acrobat. His piloting skills are reasonable and he is in the market for a personal ship of his own.
