APPEARANCE
She's a Twi'lek. A damn good lookin' one, too. Tan-toned skin. Soft golden eyes when she wants to charm, hard steely eyes when she doesn't. Typically wears some flavor of common spacer gear with a slight personal touch—light brown synthleather vest over a cropped undershirt, cargo pants, combat boots, etc. If you don't see her blaster pistol holstered on her hip, you're probably not seeing anything for much longer.
PERSONALITY
Ruthlessly ambitious. In another life, Elvi might be a selfless ISB agent working for the good of the Empire. But that was never in the cards for her. While loyal to the Empire for sheltering her beleaguered family, Elvi's first priority is self-preservation. She learned from a young age—thanks to her formerly enslaved parents—to look out for herself at all costs. Not afraid to use the sensual stereotypes of her race to get what she wants.
BIOGRAPHY
Elvi was born in 132 ABY on her species' homeworld, Ryloth. Her parents were formerly enslaved, having escaped from captivity while her mother was in the beginning stages of pregnancy. The young girl grew up learning how to scrape by as her parents built themselves back up from nothing. After the Battle of Ryloth in late 140 ABY, the family become refugees and found shelter with The Empire (or whatever it was called back then. The Sith Empire?). Elvi blamed the Jedi for their displacement and thus began a smoldering cynicism of Force sensitives that would continue to fester as she grew older. When she was old enough, Elvi joined the ranks of the Empire and eventually found herself in the security bureau after showing significant potential. Elvi participated in the purging of the Sith from the ranks of the Empire and saw it as an opportunity to finally realize her aforementioned potential, now that those pesky dark siders were sent packing. Or ya know, killed like the bantha fodder they were.
ABILITIES
Who needs strength when you can be agile? Elvi is a skilled markswoman and martial artist due in part to her thorough ISB training. She lacks competency with melee weapons; pfft... who needs 'em? A kick to the groin will do. Maybe daggers don't count, though.
