Vaxvesh Quao, Dark Jedi Initiate and a Hutt Cartel Prospect had contacted one of his colleagues, Nazar Dal'Serah and offered him a training opportunity. The Zabrak Assassin would teach the Chistori powerhouse Thought Shield, and Force Choke and in exchange, Nazar would teach him Force Illusion, Force Woun, and Ballistakinesis. All of this abilities were very advanced, all of this abilities would greatly help one another. That was why Vaxvesh was happy to ask Nazar to help him, and the Chistori powerhouse had happily accepted.

The training room they weer in was very big, usually reserved for the top commanders of the Bogan. Vaxvesh, and Nazar, having lead the Eriadu attack with ACE, the High Lord reserved this room for them. Vaxvesh would also be going to attack Fondor soon but no one knew this except the necessary people. He knew that the abilities he would learn today would not help him in the battle in Fondor. Nevertheless, it would help him when he reached Dark Jedi Master, one of the most prestigious ranks in the Bogan, and something he had always wanted to be ever since he arrived here.

Waiting for the Chistori to arrive, the Zabrak meditated. He had arrived here several hours before the official time that they were supposed to start so that he could increase his force reserves because he knew this would be a very hard session. The training room here had various things such as droids that were all designed for the lesson today. Today would very important for both of them, and it would be a day where their power would be significantly increased.

Nazar Dal'Serah prepared himself for what would be a very interesting day. An opportunity had arisen for him to expand his repertoire of destruction, and he had agreed to do so, with but a simple condition attached. This day, the Chistori would be playing 2 roles, one of a master, and as a student. He had contemplated how to approach this, and had decided after some thought that a simple and casual method of approach would be best.

After all, there was incentive to be fair and considerate, considering he'd be learning from Vaxvesh as much as the Zarbak would be learning from him. Besides, he knew him, and knew him well enough to come and respect.

As Nazar entered the training area, he took a look around, raising a brow at the wide space and various objects that would be used in training. He saw Vaxvesh in the room meditating, and had no doubt he'd felt his presence as soon as he'd entered.

"You're early, I see..." Nazar stated aloud, loud enough that he was sure the Zarbak had heard. Nazar made his way over towards a single droid, reaching up towards the droids head as he moved it, examining the bot curiously, "Eager to learn, Are we Vex?" He asked with a bemused chuckle, using the nickname he'd picked up for the night warrior.

Vaxvesh sensed Nazar coming in, his force signature being refined, and showing who Nazar really was. Yes, Nazar may have been someone with a brutal fighting style. That however did not mean that he was like the idiotic Sith Warriors of the Imperium. No, Nazar was a brutal warrior with an efficient mind, making strategic decisions in battle. That was after all why he had been chosen to attack Eriadu, leading the forces along with ACE, and Vaxvesh.

"Vex." he stated, smiling at the Chistori. "Wanting to gain as much knowledge about the dark side as you can means you need to be early and prepare for everything." The training room they had been specifically reserved for this type of training room. With the significant resources the Bogan had, the Dark Jedi Initiate had seen no problem with using this training room, and it had been reserved for them as soon as they found out who was asking for the reservation.

"Welcome." he stated. "I assume you are well aware of what I seek to learn, and what you seek to learn from me. Our sharing of knowledge will make us more powerful. That is what I like to call classic equivalent exchange." After finishing speaking, Vaxvesh awaited his response. He was hoping that in his response, Nazar would state who would teach first. After all, a class needed to be structured, no matter how small or long it was.

Nazar left the training droid as he turned to look at Vaxvesh, nodding his head at the zarbrak's response. "Yes, Yes. I have a clear idea what you'll need, and what I want..." He said as he walked towards the man, his arms crossed behind his back as he looked down to the fellow dark jedi. His height advantage had always given him a more towering and, dare he say it, arrogant air to himself. Not that nazar minded much, it helped get his points across many times.

"I suppose I'll start things off with something simple. Force Illusions..." He began to slowly pace around Vaxvesh, circling him slowly and looking towards him as he spoke, "Your knowledge of mental manipulation is great, but there are times when it will not be enough to break a mind...when deception, and a subtle hand to guide others into your hands, will be required..." He said, getting into his explanation with a smirk on his face. Bestowing knowledge onto others was something the chistori enjoyed, and he would savor this well.

"An Illusion, any good illusion, requires but one thing to succeed...a person must believe the illusion, for it to properly work..."
Nazar explained as he continued to circle the Zarbrack, "If an illusion cannot be believed, it cannot exist. It will fail, and all that will be left to show for it is humiliation, failure...and most likely in our case, death."

As he passed in front of Vaxvesh, he waved his hand out to motion towards the space in front of them two, "Tell me, Vaxvesh...what do you see, in this room?" His yellow eyes stared into the Zarbrak's own as he disappeared behind him once more, slowly coming around as his footsteps rang out.

"Very interesting." he stated, after listening to the Chistori's statements and explanation on Force Illusion. It had been a force ability that had been used by the Nightsisters for millennia. Famous Nightsisters such as Mother Talzin had used it, as it demonstrated their power and proficiency with mental manipulation. Vaxvesh was proficient at being able to defend himself from mental attacks. It was time he learned some offensive mental abilities as well, and Force Illusion was going to be one of them.

When Nazar asked him what he saw, the Dark Jedi Initiate's eyes began to glow green. The Zabrak could be able to see the force, as well as the aura that surrounded this temple, and the outside part of the temple. Force Sight was a useful ability, and an ability the Zabrak planned on increasing his proficiency in. If he was going to truly hone his reflexes, he was well aware of Force Sight could do, and that was why he was going to increase his grasp of the ability.

" I can see you, and your twisted aura. You are 'cloaked' but I can still be able to see you I can also see the force aura of this room. It is surrounded by the dark side. " he stated. The Assassin had reduced his mental barriers' power in order for him to concentrate his focus on the ability he was using which was Force Sight. Nonetheless, the barriers did allow him to see Nazar's tricks with ease. Vaxvesh stood there, awaiting the Chistori's response.

"You see me because you expect to see me. You put your focus on finding me, because you knew I was there..." Nazar said as he stepped out in front of Vaxvesh, his expression blank as he gave a nod to his head, "You also see the force in this room. An excellent step, but not what I meant..." He said as he continued, this time looking Vaxvesh dead on as he spoke.

"You must look at this room, in its entirety. Not simply through the force, but with your own critical eyes as well. Every detail, every flaw, every minute thing that separates this room from any other. A true master of illusions must know the details of their surroundings, so that they can hide within it, and spot those who hide as well..." With that said, Nazar pointed towards a far corner wall, where two of the training droids stood between each other. In between the two hung a painting of a binary sunset on Tatooine, a painting which had not been there seconds ago.

"You can see the painting, yes? You can tell it does not belong...." He said, even as it was obvious, both from a look with the force, and through the naked eye. The picture looked off, both too real while also looking too hazy to be a good painting, and the frame went from details on one side to gradually barren the next. "I've hidden three illusions on that wall. One of them is the painting. I want you to tell me what are the other two?" he said firmly.

This was a test, and a somewhat unfair test at that. But it was one every person learning to weave illusions needed to take. A lesson that needed to be learned, especially through failure. The force sight did little to reveal the illusion, as the entire area seemed to have been wrapped in Nazar's twisted aura, along with the darkness surrounding this place. It blurred everything together into a single mixed mess of changing auras, the finer details lost in order to see the unseeable. With normal vision, the details were just as hard. The two training droids who stood next to each other appeared identical, if not completely real. One of them though looked duller then the other, more flat, and an untrained eye would not have been able to notice, that the designs on the droid appeared to be mirrored.

Yet with that illusion found, the third illusion was much trickier. Nothing say the painting and the droid were off. Everything else appeared as if it belonged, as if it fit into place just as it was suppose to. Nothing made this wall look any different from the others, and as the clock ticked by, Nazar gave Vaxvesh an ever watchful gaze as he watched if he could spot where the illusion was hidden on this particular wall.

"Alright." Vaxvesh stated, nodding in order to indicate he understood what the Chistori meant. He was well aware that he had to find the illusions in the room, the one that Nazar had created. Vaxvesh knew that Nazar was much better at Force Illusion than him. After all, while Vaxvesh may have had some knowledge about the ability, knowledge at times meant nothing if one could not even use the ability. That was why Vaxvesh had contacted Nazar. He wanted to learn the ability from someone who was experienced in it.

After stopping his usage of Force Sight, Vaxvesh looked at the wall, he so a painting that was had not previosuly been there. Well he already revealed the painting was an illusion so that doesn't count. he thought quickly, his keen eyes looking at the wall. Vaxvesh concentrated his focus on the two droids, examining their structure. He focused more on the second droid, and when he did that, he found out that the droid was duller, and overall had a slightly different structure than the first droid. "The second droid is the second illusion." he stated.

When he had finished stating that, Vaxvesh then looked at the wall. Something in his mind told him that the wall was the other illusion. Another part of him said that the first droid was the illusion as well. As he continued thinking about it, Vaxvesh realized that wall was the most likely out of the two to be the illusion. If it was the droid, then this test wold be much more easier but Vaxvesh knew that Nazar was someone that liked to make things hard, and that was why Vaxvesh believed that the wall was the illusion. "The third illusion is the wall."

After finishing speaking, Vaxvesh awaited Nazar's response.

Nazar smirked as he brought his hands together, chuckling and giving a gentlemanly clap as the wall disappeared, along with the painting and extra training droid. "You do well, Vex. You do very well..." He said, sounding pleased as he did so, "Many do not realize what the third illusion is, on their first time around. And I can admit without shame, when I was first taught from my master, I did not either..." He said simply as he crossed his arms.

"I expect this to go along quite smoothly now, Vaxvesh. You're training officially begins now. With your eyes closed, and a deep breath..." Nazar said as he stood in front of Vaxvesh, closing his own eyes as he took in his own deep breath, a slow inhale and exhale as he waited Vaxvesh to do the same. "A force illusion is as you have seen, is not simply about affecting those around you. It is about understanding those about you, how they think, what they see, and projecting the illusion into their mind accordingly. The more grounded an illusion is in how your target thinks or reasons, the stronger it will be. What is most important, is to not alert the other person as to what you wish to do. To feel their mind, their thoughts, and not disturb them with your own presence..." Nazar explained, trusting Vaxvesh to be able to follow his words along with ease.

"I only did well because I have an excellent teacher." Vaxvesh replied after hearing Nazar's statement. He valued the Chistori's lesson, and he was glad that he was put under a mental test that allowed him to think, and use his observation skills to determine what the third illusion was. Vaxvesh knew that observation skills were extremely important, especially in the usage of illusions. That was why he made sure to always practice his usage of observation skills, as they were always important in battle.

The Zabrak Assassin then listened to Nazar continue to speak, and when he finished speaking, he began to wonder what illusion he could create. Vaxvesh was well aware of the fact that illusions cost a huge amount of force reserves, and even the best illusion masters still had to waste a large amount of energy maintaining those illusions. Vaxvesh then realized that since Nazar was the only one in his room, he would use what he stated on him.

"Do you use what you stated against you?" Vaxvesh asked. The Zabrak did not want to damage the strong friendship he had with Nazar, so if he declined the request, Vaxvesh would not do what he intended to do. If Nazar accepted the request, then Vaxvesh would begin to diminish his own force presence, using force stealth to some extent in order not to waste a large amount of energy. After doing so, he would then establish a telepathic link to Nazar, and slowly began to see his memories. Vaxvesh would then be able to see an image of a man, and he wondered if Nazar hated him. The Bogan Dark Jedi Initiate would not know that the man he saw was Nazar's father, but Vaxvesh would begin to create an illusion of him being here inside the room he was already in. In order to make the illusion more real, the Hutt Cartel Prospect would stop his usage of force stealth, and he would then create the illusion of Nazar's father being in the room.

After creating the illusion, Vaxvesh then wondered, what would be Nazar's response.

"Do what you think you'll need to craft an illusion...." Nazar said simply, folding his arms across his chest as he did so, "Just make sure it's something you can maintain well..." He said, giving Vaxvesh the go-ahead to do what it was he planned.

"Thank you." he stated, nodding at the Chistori monster beginning to conduct the illusion. As soon as Nazar agreed, the Dark Jedi Initiate began. He began to gather his force reserves, letting the energy of the force flow through him. Since this temple had a lot of dark siders, and the room he had chosen had a a large amount of dark side energy, Vaxvesh also began to use that energy in order to help him have more ease in creating an illusion, since he was well aware that creating a force illusion costed a large amount of force reserves.

Remembering the image he saw, Vaxvesh began to create the image visually. He closed his eyes, imagining that the image was right next to him.Vaxvesh immediately went, and let out his force aura touch the image he wanted to create . As he continued to imagine the image visually, Vaxvesh knew it would cost him some of his force reserves. The Zabrak had decided to go for a challenge, creating an image of a person. He had not decided to create the image of a butterfly, or an ant. He was therefore well aware that this would cost him some of his force reserves.

After creating the image, Vaxvesh opened his eyes, only to find that the image wasn't as perfect as he wanted it to be. Visually, it could be seen that the man that Vaxvesh wanted to appear was there, although there were numerous reasons as to why the illusion wasn't effective at all. The Zabrak decided to remove the illusion as soon as he so it. "My apologies for that failure." he stated, looking at Nazar. He had hoped for something better, but he hadn't been as effective as he thought he would. So this is the power of illusions he thought, finally being well aware of what it took to create illusions.

Nazar frowned as he approached Vaxvesh, arms crossed behind his back as he looked down to the Zarbak. "My father has been dead for years. He died with everything else on Coruscant. Using him as an illusion might have unbalanced an untrained foe. But someone as collected as a Jedi, would see through such deception...." He lectured him, before moving a hand as if to wave away his previous words.

"Regardless...you did well to create something humanoid. But creating people is always difficult..." Nazar admitted as he looked to Vaxvesh, "Try something simpler first. After all, creating a false wall to attack your opponents from behind, can be just as effective to unbalance them...." He said, having enjoyed more then a few kills using this maneuver.

Vaxvesh was surprised that the person that he had attempted to 'create' was Nazar's father. The Chistori didn't look like he really cared though. It seemed to Vaxvesh that Nazar had left his past behind, and had moved on. Interesting he thought, his mind barriers protecting what he was thinking in his mind.

When Nazar told Vaxvesh to create something more simpler, Vaxvesh nodded, being well aware that he was not advanced in the creation of force illusions. While he knew that the power was draining, and hard to master, he had never thought that it would have been this difficult. Vaxvesh therefore made a mental note to make sure he would train on increasing his grasp of Force Illusions. It was certainly something Vaxvesh wanted to master.

"A wall huh." he stated in response to Nazar. Vaxvesh was actually going to attempt to create a butterfly, but then again, Nazar was the teacher, and the student always followed what the teacher stated, at least when it came to lesson such as this.

Vaxvesh closed his eyes, and imagined a wall. The force guided him in creating this illusion, his force aura being quite active. When he opened his yes, the wall was created, and it was quite believable for someone that was new to creating force illusions. "Is that good enough?" he asked, wondering what the Chistori's answer would be.

Nazar was silent as he approached the wall, resting a hand on his chin as he gave it a discerning look. "It is...." The chistori said, taking a few steps back with a nod, "A wall, exactly as it should be. Well done..." He said as he looked back to Vaxvesh with an approving nod. "I've seen you fail, and I've seen you succeed. Now comes the interesting part. I want you to try and create an illusion of your choice, without straining yourself." Nazar said as he wave a hand to motion to the open space around them.

"I want to see the limits you have. Remember, do not strain yourself. An illusion won't be much good if it leaves you too exhausted to act yourself." Nazar advised. Vaxvesh was showing a great aptitude for illusion-craft. Testing to see what was the current threshold he had for making a covincing illusion would determine how strong that affinity went, "I give you permission to create whatever you desire. But no limitations can offer its own difficulties." No limitations and no limits meant there wasn't going to be an easy guide to this. Vaxvesh would need to determine what kind of illusions he could pull off, and in what ways they manifested.

Vaxvesh was a man that was imaginative, a man was that ambitious, and it seemed that he was beginning to get a good basic grasp of illusions. While their were many things that he wanted to create in his mind, he had to make sure that he limited himself, due to the fact that illusions were extremely draining. Nevertheless, they also presented an opportunity, an opportunity for him to improve his force reserves, and that was why illusions were something that he was going to be improving on.

The man closed his eyes and began to imagine a butterfly. Vaxvesh imagined the butterfly to be beautiful, its wings the average size for a butterfly. When he opened his eyes, the butterfly was already there, and it was quite realistic. Vaxvesh made sure that the butterfly be particularly small since he knew that he could not create such large things. After giving Nazar a few seconds to look at it, he made sure to have the butterfly leave.

"I think we can know proceed to the next part of the lesson Nazar" he stated, making sure that his tone was respectful. If he remembered correctly, the next part of the lesson was for him to learn Ballistakinesis. He awaited for Nazar's response, hoping that he was correct so that he could learn the ability.

"Indeed. Now is where things become interesting..." Nazar said as he smirked, walking over towards one the objects in the room, what appeared to be a scrapped astromech droid. Nazar reached down and picked up the droid with ease, hefting it onto his shoulder as he brought it over to Vaxvesh, setting it down in front of him.

"This...is a droid. Or rather, the remnants of what used to be a droid. Now, merely a broken machine useful for these sorts of lessons..." He said as he stood up, backing away from the droid as he looked to his comrade, "Tell me, Vaxvesh. What do you see here, that you could throw at that dummy over there." Nazar said as he pointed towards one of the training dummies along the walls.

"One could pick up the entire droid to throw, and take out one enemy. But there is an easier path..." Nazar held out his hand as the droid lifted off the ground, floating in place as with a flick of his wrists, multiple pieces of the mech tore themselves free, floating independently of the droid. "Each of these pieces of the droid, are capable of being lifted independent of one another. With the right concentration and mindset...it becomes simple to take aim at a target, to focus on one piece of metal, and finally...to fire." A small piece of panneling directed itself towards the dummy, shooting forward at high speed to impale its target in the chest.

"Remember, Speed is key here. Practice on how fast you can throw small objects within the force. We can move onto the other steps once that is done."

"So this is pretty much a more sophisticated version of Force Throw." he stated. He himself wondered why the force ability was not listed under as a variant of telekinesis. It was a variant of telekinesis since it involved telekinetic manipulation. Vaxvesh however didn't care about that. All he cared about was adding this ability into his repertoire, and continuing to improve on his grasp of the force.

Having an advanced grasp of telekinesis, the former Jedi knew that while he would not master the ability directly, he was already in a way ahead of most novice users if those novice users did not have telekinesis under their skillset. Vaxvesh observed how Nazar was manipulating his telekinetic energy, making any mental notes that he believed were very important. For instance, just like the Chistori had stated, he knew that speed was important.

The Dark Jedi began to use the memories that he hated to fuel his anger, and hatred, wanting to use the dark side to help him. Vaxvesh would use the dark side to help him since the dark side was his ally, and the dark side was what had helped him all this years. Using the telekinetic energy he had, Vaxvesh began to pick up a few pieces of the droid, and then he hurled them to the other room with incredible velocity. He wondered if such a power could simply be a acquired through a combination of force speed and telekinesis.

"Was that good enough? " he asked, waiting for Nazar's answer.

"Very Impressive. You have the basics of the first step covered. However, it isn't simply enough to hurl a collection of objects." Nazar explained as he moved on to the more complicated lesson of the force, "Ballistakinesis is about improvisation. Taking what is around you, and putting it to use, to turn the world and your surroundings into a weapon at your disposal..."

Nazar ran a hand along the droid's head, and as he did so various panels and pieces opened, a few detaching as the droid seemed to come to life with movement. Screws, bolts, nuts, washers, panels, and pieces of the electronics and scrap metal, all began to move in synchronization, disassembling the droid before Vaxvesh's eyes, like someone had put an assembly line in reverse. Behind Nazar were hundreds of parts, floating suspending in the air by his force of will, the Chistori having not even needed to look at them to preform the feat.

"This...is what separates Ballistakinesis from other forms of telekinesis. An understanding of the material you use, the ability to turn anything into a projectile with simply ones will, and ones mind..." Nazar reached up and snatched the astromechs now detached eye, holding the lenses in place as he squeezed it, the glass cracking until it shattered, "Everything of this droid can be used as your weapon. Even its broken parts..." As he spoke, the small slivers of glass drifted to join the rest of the debris floating in the room, "It requires you to open your senses, to feel the force around you and use it to guide your hand...let it visualize your space and the targets around you..." Nazar said as he closed his eyes, opening his mind to the force as he clenched his fist.

"And with a burst, release it forth around you!" Multiple nuts and bolts shot forth at once, silent as they were propelled like slugthrower rounds to strike every dummy in the room with not a single one hitting Vaxvesh at all, the cloud still floating around Nazar, now a bit smaller, and each dummy sporting a new piece of shrapnel within it. "You're enemies, whether all around you, or simply in front of you, will be left at your mercy as you control the battlefield, in quite the literal sense of the word..." He said as he lowered his hand, letting the pieces of the astromech fall into a neat pile for Vaxvesh to use.

"You've done well to manipulate multiple pieces at once. Now, I want you to do so with precision. Use the force, feel your anger guide your ammunition. Your hatred fuel its speed, and release yourself into the moment, to see everything around you, and all the paths your new weapons may take to hit them..." Nazar instructred as he motioned to the pile, "Use those pieces, and hit each dummy in the head and chest at once...without moving from that spot." He instructed with an intrigued look, "And a word of advise to help you with this one. Your eyes can deceive you, don't use them..."

I wonder what he meant. Vaxvesh stated as he heard Nazar's last statement. The Chistori always interested him. Despite the brute strength that he possessed, Vaxvesh knew that there was something more to him. Nazar was not someone he believed to use brute force only to accomplish his goals. If that were the case, they would have lost on Eriadu. The Chistori was someone that was capable, and someone that could become powerful.

"Alright then." he stated. Vaxvesh focused on the parts that had come from the droid. Their were hundreds of parts, all of them lying down on the floor. Vaxvesh could feel them calling for him to manipulate them. That combined with all the hatred and anger he had from his memories made him ready. As a Dark sider, one needed to be an expert at channeling their emotions in the right way in order for them to use the dark side more efficiently and Vaxvesh was certainly an expert.

He recited the Bogan code in his head while he let the dark side flow through his body, his hatred and anger being channeled. When he had done doing this, Vaxvesh lifted up the hundreds of droid parts on the floor and he flew them at the dummy, making sure that he hit them with accuracy. In addition to that, they flew at extreme speeds. While he was no master, his frequent usage of telekinesis had laid down a strong foundation for him to use ballastikinesis, a foundation that was better than some if not most novice users.

"I think I got it." he stated to Nazar, awaiting his response.

"Excellent work. Truly a wonderful use of my techniques, if I do say so myself." Nazar said with a clasping of his hands together, approaching with a pleasent smile as he looked at the work. It was impressive that he picked up these techniques so easily, truly it was. But Nazar always wasn't sure how he felt about him learning them as quickly as he had.

Still, there were more pressing matters at hand. An equivalent exchange that was now in need of payment, for his services rendered, "Now that we've covered my techniques, I believe it is time you, ahem, showed me some of yours..." He said with a glint in his eyes, this part being his favorite part of all. Learning new things always filled him with excitement, and it would allow him to round off his skills with some much needed additions.

"So, which shall we start with first. Instructor Quao..."
He said with a grin as he awaited Vaxvesh's choice, "Thought shield first? Or Force Choke?"
