Belderone wasn't this planets original name, Fawn knew that much as she sat in the hold of a ship transporting herself and another acolyte to the planet as she stared forward and kept a serene grin on her face only blinking her eyes. She had been told to sit and not move for the trip and hadn't as she looked at a random soldier the entire time and slowly as the ship began to come down from the atmosphere Fawn shook keeping her face and position as the ship landed and the ramp hissed as it came down ending the trip. Slowly Fawn moved as she stood up and took off of her waist her bladed saber walking forward as she turned around to look at the other acolyte. "Are you coming my lovely?" Slowly Fawn walked down the ramp as she breathed in the scent of the air, the mission had said there would be rancors and she wanted to slice one of the creatures opened and who better to do that with then a witch? She wanted to see the power of a Nightsister since her old master had talked about it but she laughed to herself and walked forward as she zipped the front of her bodysuit down and made sure her hair was in a tight ponytail.

Tessra had waited in a corner, looking at all of the pilots and other Acolyte with a bored look on her face. The girl's excitement was hidden, but it only fueled her passion. The herd of Rancor would most likely be scattered. At least she hoped so.

As they landed, the Zeltron ahead of her complimented her. With a roll of her eyes, Tessra simply nodded as she drew her conjoined lightsabers as a saberstaff. Powering them on, pink blades emerged as she rotated it, getting herself a little loose for when she assaulted the Rancor.

"Alright. The plan is to stun, the decapitate the Rancors. A duo Force Shock should handle the larger ones. Now lets get moving."

Tessra walked forth a bit more, looking around. "By the way. Don't compare me to the Nightsisters. I'm a -Sith-," she said. Even though Tessra didn't know the girl was thinking about it, she did know that she's been compared to them, and her Master didn't like that much.

Fawn looked at the woman as she walked and gave a grin with her saber in her hand as she ran her tongue along the blade and spoke. "Oh come now no need to be crabby my lovely. We will get to have so much fun and oh the blood will rain down on us with its heat and sweet taste." With another laugh Fawn skipped as she slid a knife out from her belt and looked around craning her neck to listen for one of the beasts as she wondered. "So lovely tell me, these beasts how big do they get? Cause I want to have a feast tonight in celebration. We could dance naked under the full moon covered in blood with ribbons of flesh for us to consume."

Putting a hand on her hip, Tessra simply asked, "What the **** is wrong with you?" before continuing on her trek. Their best bet was to look in forest retreats, and hopefully they could find one of the beasts.

The Sith Acolyte slowly began scanning the ground for tracks of any kind, as well as blood, skid marks, and bones. All were tell-tell signs of a Rancor's prey or the Rancor itself.

"So, you see anything yet?"

Fawn spoke as she looked around on the ground and laughed. It was kind of amusing to see the itchy witch mad. "Oh a great many things are wrong with me..... or are they right I forget what were we talking about." Slowly Fawn looked as she stood in a footprint and spoke putting her hands on her hips in a Peter Pan pose. "Found something, that's sexy 1 and the itchy witch 0 care to try and best me in round two?"

Not too far away, two hulking forms slept, laying on their sides; mates. They were extremely territorial, and when the transport roared by overhead, their eyes snapped open, and they both came to their feet, angry, even more importantly, hungry. They both let out a roar, alerting the other Rancor that lived nearby, all from their litter from quite a while ago. Then they sniffed the air, using their noses to locate what was now their prey.

They began to move as the return roars came from all around, five of them, separate in their timing, and they knew that their now-grown children were coming to the meal. They shoved aside trees that stood in their way as they moved, the ground shaking beneath their stomping feet, leaving their massive footprints. As they shoved aside one last trio of trees, they found them, two puny little beings that looked perfect for a meal. The two Rancor attacked, roaring, feet moving to smash them into the ground while they also attempted to catch the Sith in their dangerous hands so they could swallow them whole. They could smell more of them, not that far away, from the spot that the Sith Transport had landed.

That's where the other Rancor would most likely head, since there were more people there than here. But of course, the Sith had more important problems to deal with at that moment. They had to deal with the two most massive of the Rancor that were attacking them now...

"...Score 2-1, putting me in the lead,"

Leaping out of the way through the use of a Force Jump, Tessra did an aerial cartwheel, landing a few meters out of the Rancor's way. She separated her saberstaff into two lightsabers, twirling them about dangerously.

In a flash, she felt adrenaline boiling throughout her. Tessra slowly felt her passion encourage her, the Force circling around her, then give her a gentle push.

Launching herself through the use of Force Speed, she went for the Rancor on the right. As she soared upward through the use of yet another Force Jump, she drew her lightsabers close.

With one, Tessra attempted to dig it into the Rancor, while with the other, she attempted to slice at it's neck. If successful, she might have a near killing blow.

Fawn moved as she jumped to the side and held her saber with a grin and then a laugh running as she pushed force speed into her body and and jumped using the Rancors small tail as a pole to swing as she flew towards its back and held her saber with the spike out to stab it not activating it yet as she sang in her head.

The larger of the two Rancor roared in pain as the insect with the glowing sticks struck him in the neck and just below it. He felt the two burning sticks strike him, one shooting deep into his skin and almost reaching the part of his spine just below the neck while the other slice through his neck and cut him off mid roar, puncturing his massive Larynx. The Rancor began a series of wheezing, coughing roars as it tried to send the insect flying away. He failed to do so, though, and so only caused himself to take more damage. The Rancor's vision blurred, and it knew it was dying, so, in its last vengeful move, it purposely collapsed backwards, attempting to crush the insect beneath its massive body.

The other Rancor let out an angry roar as her mate was killed before her, and then let out a growl of fury as she felt herself struck. It was by the other insect, the one without a glowing stick. As she looked closer at the insect, she saw that she had been stabbed by a Rancor claw! Bloodlust took over, and the Rancor whirled, spinning in lumbering circles while smashing her back against countless trees, trying to smash the insect and then devour it. She would kill the insect if it was the last thing she did. She bit down on a tree, and then used her massive strength to rip it from the ground. It wasn't too strong, but it was strong enough. She turned and headed in the direction of the transport, deciding to kill the insects by destroying their only way off the planet, although in her mind, she was simply going to kill more of the insects that had killed her mate.

And there, where the other insects were, her children were coming to help their mother...

"Shit!" Tessra bellowed, digging her swords around in the Rancor's flesh until she could pull them out effectively. Placing them together to form a saberstaff, Tessra Force Leaped just in time, effectively cascading towards the mother.

So far, things weren't looking so hot. Tessra landed a few meters away from "Mother Monster", giving her a close look at everything that was going on. The tree in the rancor's hand would only make things more difficult. While she felt the rancor's passion and rage and sadness, it would only cause her emotional suffering.

Tessra had to end this. Fast.

"Get to killing!" Tessra roared at her fellow Acolyte.

Leaping once more, Tessra landed on the side of the tree before leaping off that. Using her saberstaff, Tessra attempted to crash down on top of the mother's neck, and stab through it. If successful, the mother would have a similar fate to her husband.

However, in the back of her mind, Tessra's internal conflicts began to grow. Sadness filled the Nightsister side of her. While she hadn't grown up as one, she could feel a rather intense connection to these beasts. They were like pets, even though they'd kill her in a heartbeat.

But for now, Tessra had a mission to complete. If the mother lived, maybe there could be some semi-sentient negotiation and healing. Otherwise, Tessra would go full force on her onslaught. For now, she just hoped her attack incapacitated or killed the monster.

Fawn moved as she leveraged off her saber to go up and used its blade as a hook sending it under the socket as she went at the mothers eye and dug her heels in with a laugh. She was a large beast and quickly Fawn dropped down as she saw the itchy witch attack and her saber came up activating and with a blood red blade came down as her hand moved to the side while her mind went the other direction to rend the rancors wounds. She wasn't fully trained but such a move would prove valuable to know.
