Background​

The ninth child out of ten brothers, Evergreen hailed from a well-to-do family residing on Chandrila. His mother, Akira Glades, was a retired fashion designer while his father, Josiah Glades, worked in the agricultural industry as an outstanding floriculturist.

Evergreen, or as his brothers and parents fondly call him "Evie", grew up equally loved and cherished by his family. Despite having eight older brothers and a younger brother, he didn't lack anything – whether it was love and affection or attention regardless of the size of their family. In fact, both Akira and Josiah endeavored to give all their children their equal love and support, and no Glades child grew up to cause problems for the pair. While husband and wife assumed that nothing could surprise them any longer with regards to their children, Evergreen's Force-sensitivity came as an actual surprise – though a pleasant one at that.

For little Evergreen's part, he welcomed the discovery with a pretty smile on his face and a growing excitement in his soul. When his parents and brothers asked him if he wanted to learn how to use the Force he readily agreed, though after finding out that he had to leave the planet to go with a Jedi he became understandably reluctant. Despite being returned in the fashion industry, Akira continued with her craft with Evergreen as her assistant. Evergreen wanted to be like his mother but going to the Jedi Order meant that he would be away from his mother for long periods of time. However, his desire to learn how to control his "powers" turned out to be far stronger, so he agreed to be a part of the Order with the intent to leave after finishing his studies, to which the Knight whom his parents had approached agreed.

Evergreen is a lively young boy with a penchant for cross-dressing. He can be quite chatty when talking about things and people he finds cute, and is often on the lookout for sentients he deems pretty (though almost all sentients are pretty to him). He is friendly and extroverted, though he knows how to behave around people who are the exact opposite.

An empathetic kid, Evergreen is trusting and understandable to an extensive degree, though he is still capable of throwing a tantrum when he doesn't get what he needs. There are times when he is rather oblivious, often asking awkward questions as kids are wont to do. Having been around older brothers, Evergreen likes to play pranks but only when someone else is the mastermind.
