Andraste looked up into the skies, lost within the stars. In her mind, she was floating away, flying through space and looking down upon the scene below. She saw herself staring back at her, and then Gabriel holding her close while Andelka spoke to him. And then she saw herself smiling at her. It was a mysterious smile, one that told many secrets and then not a single one. It was a smile that revealed everything and nothing, and left her pondering the mysteries of her very own self. The concept of self was alien to her, and she wondered if Andraste who was looking up at her now knew that Andraste was looking down from the heavens. Was she the Force to be able to do such a thing? Was she the artist, the sculptor, the creator? Or was she simply the creator's pawn? It was an endless struggle, and it left more questions than answers.

Andraste down below looked down at last. She felt the heat of the fire, once again roaring due to the glass bottle flung into it. The smile lingered on her face, a mere hint of it. She heard the words, heard them spoken as if she were not there. Perhaps she wasn't or perhaps she was. But at that moment, Andraste was Andraste on Korriban, not Andraste of the heavens. She interrupted Andelka midspeech, closing her eyes.

"If I am a vessel, it is of the Force. And the Force alone."

She rose from her seat then, gently extracting herself from Gabriel's hold. She looked towards the temple, as if stricken with purpose. Without another word, she walked away from them, as if led by an unseen entity.
