The Fang class fighter is a suitable starfighter for any that like to make quick and devastating attacks on targets. Thus it is common for some pirate groups and Mandalorian warbands to retrofit their starfighters enough to have a similar setups. Nadyc meant to translate to 'hot retrofit', or 'burning fang', depending on the translator. Power limitations on the Fang's design limits what modifications could be added to the vessel without having it lose its speed and mobility too drastically. This can still end up being a gamble but for some raiders the improved performance is worth the risk. Already risking their lives to fight, it is better to have the sharper and faster teeth.

Some comfortable pilots have slave circuits set up with their ships since most lack incorporated astromech sockets in the Fang's compact design. The armaments of the Nadyc are no greater than the standard Fang fighter which is nothing to scoff at when paired with an increased speed. The de-limited hyperdrive capabilities of the Nadyc retrofit gives brigands a fast response time and escape from dangers. In most cases Mandalorian raiders have been known to use it more for arrival than retreat and take enemies by surprise with a rapid response for a call to aid.

With older model starfighters still being easier to come by than brand new combat ships, Mandalorians and even outsiders have their hands on Fang fighters. Making the most of the ship's strengths and weaknesses, they are seldom seen outside of the hands of mercenaries, bounty hunters or other outer rim elements. Members of Clan Rook, Solus, Vizsla and Wren have been known to use this ship design for system defense and are sometimes passed down through the family the same as beskar'gam.

LEGALITY​

Restricted. Fang starfighters are military vehicles, and are subject to extra licensing requirements and increased scrutiny by authorities. With these modifications they are considered illegal in more civilized worlds with higher regulations for ship alteration.

To make a reusable loadout of a starfighter than pirates and Mandalorians alike can use with some of the modifications the site has.

This ship's design has seldom changed over the year and his a high performance starfighter. Any penalty to the ship's speed from aftermarket modification is doubled. There are aftermarket modifications added to this ship's design.
