The given the organization's clandestine and wholly secretive nature, the Ubiqtorate is headquartered on a Banehound-class Star Destroyer known as the Sphinx, currently patrolling Imperial space in a randomly-generated path. The entirety of a Ubiq operative's training takes place on the Sphinx, and its facilities have been modified to suit the organization's needs.

  • Facilities
The Sphinx is, in a word, massive. It has just about anything one could hope to find on a mobile command post, including - but not limited to - the following:

    Fitness/Physical Wellbeing
    • Cardio & Weight Room
    • Aerobics & Dance Facility
    • Locker Rooms
    • Bolo-Ball Court
    • Spinning Studio
    • Running Track
    • Lap Pool
    • Medbay
    • Massage Facilities
    • Physiotherapy Center

    Education/Mental Wellbeing
    • Lecture Halls
    • Libraries (history/current events focused)
    • Forensic Lab Services
    • Psychiatric Care
    • On-Site Pharmacy
  • Staff Members - 7,125 total.
    • 20 Ciphers: Elite, top-tier officers with operational freedoms.
    • 220 Fixers: Slicers, computer engineers, coders, system analysts.
    • 260 Operatives: Self-explanatory.
    • 50 Minders: Administrative staff; handlers of operatives, who report directly to the SiC.
    • 6500 Flyers: Personnel to operate and maintain the Sphinx and its defenses
    • 75 Medical Officers: Self-explanatory.
  • Security Measures
Other than the standard Banehound security measures, the entirety of The Sphinx operates on the ICARUS-Omega network. Outside technology is not allowed on the ship unless cleared by the Director or the Keeper directly, and accessing the ship is done only through pre-approved means of transport. Operative access codes are disabled when the operative is either on leave (vacation) or stationed at a mobile command center, and codes are scrambled every seven days. Every operative knows not to write their codes down under any circumstances.

As stated above, the ship flies in a random patrol throughout Imperial space, known only to a select group of pilots that rotate on a bi-monthly schedule.

Like the Sphinx, all of the Ubiqtorate's so-called outposts are mobile units. Using a small fleet of Birikad-class Imperial Shuttles (stealth variant), the organization is able to move about the galaxy at will, gathering intelligence without drawing attention to the group's true intentions.

Similar to the Sphinx, no outside electronics are allowed on board any Ubiq vessel without undergoing a thorough pre-screening process. Access codes are similarly disabled/scrambled on a regular basis, and because the crews are so small, everyone knows each other by face, if not by their numerical designation. They refuel/resupply in mid-flight with the help of the Sphinx or, when in hostile territory, Imperial vehicles designed to look like independent spacecraft, thus removing the need to land. The ships contain 2 landing craft to offload 4 operatives with minimal gear.
