President Liu stepped into the Room. It was his first time in Switzerland since the debate over Iran's Nuclear Weapons 6 years ago. He took roughly around 3 minutes to sit at his seat, with the nameplate in front of him saying, "President of China". He was amazed that there were many Major Nations who haven't arrive. Maybe they are like him, who were not taking this Conference Seriously, knowing that most probally the West will chatter over about their own issues and drag China along with them. He noticed how President Pierre was commenting on... Canadian Products? Croissants with Canadian maple syrup? Hmmm... he thought, lets hope this wouldn't be the major issue he would be adressing here, giggling in his mind.

Pierre noticed President Liu of China come into the room. Pierre was tense, China was a large country with a bad history. He sat straight up, and looked behind him to see his two soldiers with "paintbuckets" were ready in case anything occurred.

"Hello, to you also my friend" the sultan replied. He would not allow himself to be bought over, he had to remember his plan, listen and learn, after all his country did contain most of the world's oil.

OOC: Um, actually, it's widely known there that virtually all fossil fuels will be gone within fifty or so years. So, yes, it is quite likely Saudi will be running a little low on the black gold at this point.
