Cyutadakyr stood aboard a Kappa-class shuttle in silent contemplation of recent events. Her mind and heart flush with conflicting thoughts and emotions aside, she had inherited a mess that she was neither qualified nor cared to fix herself. Granted, the requirements were not steep, and any old crew would have managed fine but solving one issue still left another open unless she found a way to solve both.

And in Freyja, the pureblood thought she had.

Not only had interest been drawn due to her master, but more pressingly her people themselves. Here she would await the Acolyte to join her, having an expert on their culture and ways would prove most useful in the days ahead.

When Master Cyutadakyr requested her to join her, the Half-Deucalian obviously didn't refuse to answer the call. She was fairly aware that in their last meeting, she had quite literally found the female pureblood involved with her own Master, so she had already seen a lot of her, but she was somewhat excited to get to work with her and gather different experiences.

She was adorned in her acolyte robes, but since she had no idea what this meeting was about, she had a bag with some essentials like her lightsaber, a casual outfit in care they needed to pass as Civilians and some supplies with her. Casually slung over her shoulder, the bag just dangled from the Ashen haired acolyte as she approached the ship.

The woman had quite a reputation and she wasn't entirely sure about the dynamic between her and her master. There were some rumors in the Academy about potential tensions and Freyja couldn't help but wonder whether she was about to be turned into a pawn of their powerplay, but for now she kept an open mind.

"Master", she respectfully inclined her head after she had walked up the rank to join the pureblood, her gaze flicking up a moment later. "You've wanted to see me?".

The Sith Master was adorned in simple robes, awaiting the others' arrival. Turning to face her, a smile brushed her face. "Yes, Acolyte, come with me." Leading Freyja into the shuttle, they were confronted with a wide empty berth that could easily seat 40 people. "Tell me about your people. Are they as tough, hardy and loyal as the records state, or are they weak, soft and unreliable?" She asked, quietly and calmly.

Passing through, they slowly but surely made their way to the cockpit, where a small astromech sat waiting for their departure. With the pureblood's signal, the ship began lifting off to saunder its way into orbit.

Now seated in a more comfortable chair, she gestured for the younger woman to do the same. "We are going to visit your home world, and meet some of your kind. How do you expect that will fare?" Her eyes watched Freyja's every move, studying the half-Deucalian as she wished to understand this group more.

Walking into the big ship just by themselves felt slightly weird to her. Judging from the choice of transportation though, Freyja thus couldn't help but wonder whether they wouldn't stay alone for long. As the Master asked her about her people all of a sudden, the acolyte cocked her head to the side in an instance.

Was that what this meeting was about? The Ashen haired girl immediately assumed she was referring to her Deucalian heritage and even if that past seemed ages ago, her answers were clear. "They are tough and loyal, skilled fighters, unrelentless in their pursuits and strong", she therefore replied as she met her gaze.

As she shared that they were indeed going after her home world, Freyja was indeed a little confused. So she was indeed just here for getting used it seemed, yet this also meant that for the Pureblood, she was of value, which did at least give her some leverage. She took a seat when the other did the same and sat down next to her, holding her gaze.

"It's been quite a while...we don't forget about our kin though", she explained, however wondering whether she didn't know that he'd tribe specifically had been annihilated in the past. "Does my Master know you're taking me back?", she asked her directly, curious about her answer.

Freyja had obviously messaged Azar when Lady Cyutadakyr had summoned her and she was also interested in his take on this endeavor. Freyja knew she couldn't deny requests of her superiors in any form and she respected the Master in front of her, yet she had quite a few questions on her mind. "May I ask what piqued your interest in the Deucalians? How can they be of use for you? I assume that my knowledge of the planet and the people will come in handy, yet if you need my help, I need to know exactly what we're looking for". Freyja obviously wasn't a diplomat, but she was resourceful alright.

The pureblood nodded as the young Acolyte spoke about her people. It would seem that the stories sung of their deeds and stoicism were true, or true enough for her needs at least.

With a sudden whirl, the shuttle shot itself into hyperspace en route to their destination. The journey provided a good opportunity to speak with the new face within the order and understand more of her kin.

"I haven't had a chance to speak with your Master since Nar Shaddaa, we've both been so busy. But as my guest he returned home for the first time in a decade, is it not poetic that I take you as well?" Her face calmly lit and cheerful. That fact was always something that she would find amusing, no matter what changed or happened in the near future.

"Straight to the point, I see." The pureblood sat back up, crossing her legs, although not breaking her earlier charm. "I would like to hire some of your kin to complete some work for me, as the work site is on a frigid world, your kin's acclimatisation to the weather will be of great benefit."

She hoped the allure of dangerous adventure, untamed wilderness and a well paid job would entice a few of her kin to join them. In theory, she could manage this mission alone, but it seemed wasteful to not use the resources on hand available to the Order. "Can you think of any clans that would be suitable for such a task, or that would be interested?" Her mind preferred an organic relationship with this group, although she was not opposed to a firmer hand if it came to it.

The acolyte's eyes narrowed ever so slightly as she mentioned they hadn't been in contact much. She didn't evade after she had post her question, which was good, but the vagueness of the answer still slightly irritated her. Controlling her expressions though, she gave her a faint smile as she mentioned that she wasn't the only one that had received a ride back home.

"Poetic indeed...is that what you do on a daily base? Bringing people home, back to their roots?". The Ashen haired woman was indeed curious, mostly about her plans but she did at least know what this whole endeavor was about by now. Connecting with your roots was surely something that could change you...but for now Freyja didn't feel a single thing.

The mood was oddly relaxed and so for now Freyja forced the tension out of her body. She wasn't necessarily sorry for her bluntness - after all, directness was simply something that could speed up things - but it was a good thing the Pureblood didn't take it as an offense.

She laid out her plans and Freyja tilted her head to the side, wondering whether it was only about their ability to adapt to colder climates after all. "Deucalians are also proud...if you want to convince them to work for you, you'll have to present a convincing argument". At that, a soft smirk, tugged at her lips as she was almost certain the Master had a set plan in mind.

"Which planet and what kind of work? The more details I can get, the more accurate my assessment". Even if if had been years, Freyja did know quite a few clans. Mostly from stories, but that was why she had some insights into how they operated. "Will you make them join your course regardless or are you looking for an actual dialog?", another detail about her plans she needed, but it was also intel she was genuinely curious about, given that it sounded like the Lady Cyutadakyr was up to something.

They were in hyperspace already and Freyja leaned back a little, making herself comfortable in the chair. She wasn't one to sit there cross-legged, but instead already reached for her backpack that harbored a more fitting attire for the occasion.
