Function: Gauntlet Aegis Shield
- This deployable shield on one forearm provides protection over the space of 90 cm diameter which is enough to usually cover the distance of the arm from beyond the fist to elbow well past the elbow and allow the user to protect their body better than the buckler. The shield has to be manually activated and deactivated. A little stronger than the buckler, it can protect against 1 heavy without any 'bleed' damage but it can still only take 1 medium but can also defend against 3 light attacks. Once it deactivates from damage taken it cannot be reactivated rest of the thread. No other gauntlet functions may be used while the shield is deployed.
PVE ONLY: Users get one more use of the shield after a round of recharging.
Restrictions?: Restricted to the Mandalorian faction only. Only earned as a mission reward.
