Getting Warmed Up.

Hey guy's I am looking for some people to collaborate with in my characters first couple of threads, I would ideally like them to be open threads that allow people to move freely through them.

A bit of background on my character is that he is an Exile whom since being outcast had discovered an almost fanatical type purpose. He believes that it is his duty to gather knowledge of the force and the Jedi teachings that were withheld from him. It is also his belief that this knowledge will allow him to become powerful enough to irradiate both the Jedi and the Sith in order to bring about a Unified force group that walks/crosses the line between the light and the dark.

My character will not only require practice against increasingly deadly opponents, some of which I am hoping will cause him some minor and some more major injuries but also will need to seek training from an Assassin/Hitman/Bounty Hunter style character, who can help develop him in a less risky environment. How we go about this and the reasons for the two collaborating in this manor is up for discussion but I am fairly open.

I will also need Jedi and Sith characters who are willing to cross paths with my character (not always in a PvP sense) to start building up "sightings" of this mysterious force sensitive roaming the galaxy.

If there is anything that my character can do for you I am also very much down to help out in that way!

Awesome, well I am equally as happy to PvP as I am to do a larger plot thread. I don't think this first sighting will be enough for me to come up on the Jedi's Radar however, you reporting a fight between yourself and another force sensitive (non-sith) who specifically targeted you, then that would be fine.

We should pick a place that serves both our characters, It wouldn't be too far fetched to assume that I was beginning to scout out Jedi territory having been in hiding so long, and that our paths crossed that way. Maybe I was sneaking around a temple or something.

Awesome dude, what is the play to make their paths cross? Is there anything that your character has in the pipeline that would make my character risk revealing themselves to you? I'd love to hear your thoughts and Ideas!

Sounds great, Kyi is actively searching for Jedi Temples to better his understanding of the Force. So it lines up well!

In that case, maybe it is best if you get the threat started and @David Mori into it! I think that the fact we are both searching for a greater understanding of the force (all be it for different purposes) could really be a good main point for the pair of us! As soon as you are ready, feel free to start away and I will post in the evenings (UK Time)

well, my character is actually in need of force sensitives. You could have your character find an ad from my character that I'm hiring. Or a chance meet at a bar. You have any ideas?

So I don't think that I am strong enough in the force yet to be worth hiring, but I do need transport around the galaxy, undetected. If you are selling weaponry to all sides of the conflict like your character bio states, then it may be worth our paths crossing in the sense of "you scratch my back, ill scratch yours" type of deal.

My character does however believe that he has a greater purpose at play and that means that if you are looking for force sensitives, you need him far more than he needs you. Something that he will try to use to his advantage.

Then somehow acquire your contact, for use in the future? Maybe I have something you may be interested in, or may do in the future.

Only you would know how you are doing business though so if you create a thread with that style of opening where you are doing a deal on a planet of your choice with a faction of your choice?

I have no relations with anyone as of yet. My name is not being uttered and although my inclination would be to attack and pry knowledge from force sensitives before likely killing them it does not always have to be the case. I think my preference would be Nar Shadar out of those two options, I could blend in a lot easier in a place like that than somewhere more civil such as Coruscant. I can make either work though and whichever is better development wise for your character is fine by me.

Sounds good! Nar Shadda it is, it works well because my character has many known clients based there, and has a secondary HQ there too. I'll get the thread up and running today! Can't wait for our characters to meet!
