Is Morata Heiress dating a Jedi?

Ilana Morata, founder and namesake of the producer of the AMS vaccine, MorataCorp, was spotted on the arm of none other than a Jedi Master, sources to the Herald claimed today.

The Jedi, rumoured to be Master Alexandria Voran, was spotted showing off her date, Morata CEO, in her first outing of the season.

At the event, which attracted senior officials in politics and business from across the Republic, the two exchanged flirtatious glances and made suggestive comments to one another.

But sources at the event insist the two are not a couple.

Speaking to the Herald today one source said it was "a crass suggestion" to say that the lovebirds were together.

It comes as:

• Jedi and MorataCorp members work closer together on vaccine rollout.
• Friends of Ilana claim she has 'been on the road more and more' since meeting Voran.
• It is claimed famed lifestyle guru, Poffo, could have hooked the couple up.

And our body language experts, and lip-readers, told the Herald: "The way they're standing with each other just smacks of attraction. You can cut the tension there with a knife; and in a good way. The couple is just dying to get out of there and be alone, in each others company."

"It's clear they're together and enjoying a night on the town."

"With the galaxy as it is at the moment, and them having to work closer and closer together, who can blame them?"

Expert Hank Hankson said: "You could be fooled in thinking they were just being polite, but our sources say they were inseparable the entire night."

He warned that this could be a rebound by Ilana, after she was spurned by her COO, Jack Skepta, according to lifestyle and homeware author, Excenticca Gullumbits, last month.

Whilst reports are unconfirmed, here at the Herald, we 'ship' Morata-Voran.

Vraes was just scrolling through the holopad, trying to catch himself up on the news of the galaxy. After all. if it was online, it had to be true, right? Right? Something would catch his eye. "Hmm Dr. Morata sure has been busy.." He wasn't sure who this 'Voren' guy was but he seemingly knew everything about everyone. "AMYES? Who does he have locked in a box to name this osik?"

The smile faded when he read the name of the Jedi, "Jedi Master Alex Voran.. A 'he'?" Some confusion crossed the face and his thumb accidentally hit the refresh button. "She.. huh.. guess I can't read basic all that well yet.." he'd look back to the meditation area that the Master normally inhabited. "You'll never guess that Dr. Morata is a two-timing vadtioeti'r." he'd say with an amused tone. Though if it was true, he may have someone to kill. And if it wasn't than he had a different person to kill.

He'd rise from his seat and head to the back, just outside the room. "Alex, apparently you have a girlfriend. Congratulations are in order." his tone didn't match the words.

Typically, such gossip never mattered to the Doctor. She had kept her private life separate from her professional one with almost religious care, trying to never cross that boundary between business and pleasure. So when a link that seemed remarkably click-baity appeared on her screen bearing her name while she researched further AMS-concentrated planets, naturally she clicked on it to read.

What she read made her audibly snort, one of her interns turning to look. Brown eyes sparkling, the woman brought over her tea and cup, almost bouncing on her feet. You didn't need to be an empath to sense the woman's hungering curiosity and delight at this article.

"What nonsense," she muttered, beginning to remove the screen. "Is it true?" the woman interjected. Amber eyes cut a frosty glare at the woman, and yet she grinned on, hands in her pockets.

Layas was many things, but subtle wasn't one of them. "No," she replied crisply, glowering coldly at the woman as the grin widened, exposing pearly whites in a Torgrutian grin. "Seem mighty defensive, boss," the woman replied, quirking brow ridges. "And happy in those pictures."

"It was merely a good business deal. And my love life is nobody's business because there is none," she replied icily and watched as disappointment began to take root in the woman's shoulders. She enjoyed her company, but this woman... however, her lips ticked slightly in a grin, glancing away.

They weren't too off the mark, but they chose the wrong Jedi.

But AMYes though... really?
