Government and Politics​

A reborn incarnation of the Galactic Empire of the Fel Dynasty, the New Sith Imperium is a feared and respected absolute monarchy, and stands as one of the oldest and most powerful galaxy-spanning governments in galactic history, second in time only to the Galactic Republic, from which it spawned. Presided over with absolute power by the Sith Emperor, the New Sith Imperium is vast, highly militarized, and values power above all else. After the domination of the Galactic Empire by the revitalized Sith Order, the title of Galactic Emperor has since been seized and taken by the Dark Lord of the Sith Order, thus making him a dual-power ruler, and holder of the amalgamation position of Sith Emperor. This dual-power has since expanded to include the Dark Lady of the Sith Order and Galactic Empress, thus making the New Sith Imperium led by two monarchs.

Prior to the former arrangement, directly beneath the Dark Lord of the Sith was the Shadow Hand, who also carried the dual responsibility of being the New Sith Imperium's Military Executor. Since the position's abolishment and implementation of the Sith Empress, the duties of the Executor has been spread to the Emperor and Empress alike. Now no longer possessing a regent position, the New Sith Imperium is co-led by both the Emperor and Empress, and although they each hold equal authority and power, they divide their monarchical responsibilities on many fronts; for example, the Sith Emperor, Lord Exodeus, is primarily in control of the New Sith Imperium's military expeditions and campaigns, much in the sense of a "warrior king", whereas the the Sith Empress, Lady Dahlia, wields the most significant control over the New Sith Imperium's political infrastructure, diplomatic endeavors, and leads the fronts of the social spectrum.

Prior to their initial dissolution, and tertiary to the Sith monarchs, the foremost figure of Imperial bureaucracy and political affairs was once the royally appointed Grand Vizier. As the foremost political advisor of the monarchs, the Grand Vizier formerly oversaw the daily operations of the Empire and its bureaucracy, as well as appointing and controlling the Grand Moffs, presiding over the Supreme Tribunal, and being the Empire's head political strategist. Since the reviving and restructuring of the New Sith Imperium's political frame, it is unknown if the position of Grand Vizier will be applicable.

Before the Galactic Emperor's reformation of the Galactic Empire into the New Sith Imperium, the Imperial government was managed by the Supreme Tribunal. Also called the Imperial Ruling Council and the Imperial Inner Circle, the Supreme Tribunal was a governmental body made up primarily of the Imperial Moffs, Grand Moffs. The Supreme Tribunal acted as the prime central government of the New Sith Imperium, and while Moffs made up the vast majority of their numbers, seats in the Supreme Tribunal included the Director of Imperial Intelligence, the Grand Admirals, the Grand Generals, and the Grand Vizier, who was the chair of the Supreme Tribunal. Whether this former structure extends into the newly organized political frame is unknown.
