Hey SWRPers,

In fashion of our Admin staff and other Faction Leaders, the Empire will do a performance review too.

I strongly believe people are more honest when it is anonymous- I want you to be completely true in your answers. Below is a link to a Google Doc- it's free to edit and you don't need to sign in: entirely anonymous. Please leave your feedback there.

https://docs.google.com/document/d/...SPpmlVyQ-JAgYE/edit?hl=en_US&authkey=CNGs9OwD

If you'd like to post here too, that's fine.

I'm interested in BOTH Hutt people and from other factions.

Thanks, SWRP!

I'll admit, when we did that coup to overthrow Malgarr, I didn't know what kind of leader you'd be. And I felt pretty crappy leaving the Hutt side and going Jedi. You had to work alone pretty much. However, you stuck with it and completely turned this Empire around and built it into the massive Faction it is right now. I'm truly impressed by how hard you've worked to build this from the ground up and how much attention you've paid to detail. You've also taken things a step further by constantly updating everyone about the Faction activities via Newsletters. It's obvious that you truly care about this faction, and I'm not that involved but even I can see that.

I can honestly say that you've done a better job with the Hutts than I EVER could have done by FAR. And you've proven that you truly deserved the Faction Leader position.

The only thing that was a bit of an issue in the past was that you got extremely agitated over any issues regarding the faction. However, funnily enough, I had the exact same thing pointed out to me in my feedback, so I think it's a trait when you really get involved. Lately, though, you've cooled down a lot and have been very easy to work with and patient (given the Republic inactivity). I hope you keep up the good work.

Am I allowed to post here?

You've always been really nice to me no matter what. I've never seen you go off on any of your members. That is a good leader in my books; one who can build a good faction yet not whip anyone. I don't think you'd find a friendlier FL anywhere tbh.

Sano, I've already posted in the doc, but I think I should reserve a few comments for here. I've only been Mandalore for a little over a week or two, and I've already noticed what the others see in you. You are an immensely helpful person, always answering my questions and helping me out with problems whenever I run across them, no matter how many I seem to have at once :3 And what's better is you never seem to be bothered with it.

You're always a friendly person, one I feel like I can joke around with and have a good time, but at the same time, one I can sit down with and, when the time comes, talk about serious faction needs. You're constantly updating us all on the faction's going ons, be it PMs or via your newsletter, and you always have something for us Hutts to do.

Though our partnership, with me as Mandalore and you as the Emperor, has been short, I look forward to working with you for a long time on this faction, and doing whatever I can to assist you. Good work! 10/10

I'm not a member of this faction but in terms of running the faction as an OOC organization and an IC fighting force, I think you do a great job. The faction is obviously, as of right now, the one that dominates all others, and you're to be commended for that. Awesome job.

As Sreeya also suggested, I do sometimes think that you can become extremely agitated by things, particularly things not happening the way you want them to, and that might be something you want to consider in the future. I think that might come from perhaps being too invested in the faction but, hey, it's clearly working for the faction as a whole. It's also toned down a bit lately, but it's still something to consider. :)

(I assure you all I'm not the fifth person to edit my own section on that google doc)

Some helpful and doubtlessly attractive, intelligent, and modest person beat me to it. I lurk often, but my activity levels should start going up significantly.

Also, I'm comfortable with all my other faction leaders. Radz is the nefarious plotter in the shadows, Danny is active and has a hands on approach to nearly everything, and while I don't know Malon that well yet he's treated the subfaction well so far and I'm hoping it doesn't change hands for awhile yet. :P I don't think we have to worry about anyone switching sides either, we all appear pretty dedicated to the Hutts.

You have been doing great so far....I like all the ideas you came up with and how active you are. Also you are one of the people who kept this time line active, and you have been proving so far that you are one of the best faction leaders in SWRP.

still though I am not a big fan of the war against the Bogan and the way you treat your nobles. :CStern
