I am hesitant tot approve this on account of the complete lack of experience or military training. I understand that roleplaying solely as a Moff can be quite limiting, but you've also chosen to RP as a Hutt, further limiting your character's potential careers. While it happened in the past that Moff characters were approved as commanders/generals just because of OOC reasons, that will not happen anymore.

tl;dr
  • Commander to Moff = fine.
  • Moff to Commander needs IC effort.

For the reasons mentioned above, your application as Commander in the Imperial Legion has been denied. If you wish to pursue a career in the Imperial Navy I suggest dedicating a new character to it.
