Independant Factions board Cleanup

Right, so it's getting fair cluttered in here methinks, and there's probably more than a few factions that need to be archived and/or are redundant, so I'm going to be cleaning up this section over the next few weeks. I'll also be taking this time to re-review all factions to make sure they all still comply with our guidelines. No faction is exempt from this review.

So, what you need to do if you want your faction to remain active is this: If you don't want your faction to be locked and archived post the faction name here. That's pretty much it, and we'll handle the rest.
