DESCRIPTION
The Infoscan Portascan 300 Portable Scanner is a virtually ubiquitous scanner seen throughout the galaxy. It is small enough to be held by a humanoid or droid, and can selectively scan for Life, Meterial Composition, Energy Emanations, or Atmospheric Safety. Range depends on the intensity of signals produced by the object being scanned, but is typically 100 meters.
