[INTEREST CHECK] Transformers: Hidden In Plain Sight

After the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki by the Americans a hidden secret was revealed to the two human enemies. A strange and unusual energy resource, one that that the US had taken an interest in researching. Quickly creating an alliance with their former enemy, the Japanese, a secret organization was formed between the two governments to begin researching and studying this strange material. Military and Research facilities were built around these deposits, hidden in plain sight from the world and the citizens of Japan.

Little did they know that energy resource they had discovered was that of Energon, the resource that fuels our people and the war that destroyed our homeworld. The humans do not know they have discovered, I entrust you all with the mission of protecting and monitoring the Energon deposits that they have discovered. It will only be a matter of time before the Decepticons come searching for these deposits and the secrets that hide beneath's the Earth's core. - Optimus Prime

Set during the mid 90s this RP will be a small episodic based series surrounded around a group of Transformers tasked with protecting and fighting through the many mysteries that surround this strange Energon deposit. We will be playing as a group of Autobots that we created ourselves and will be interacting with other NPC autobots and decepticons. We will use the dice roll mechanic for fights and certain situations.

This will be a narrative and character driven story, similar to that of the older Transformer: Armada and Energon series. I think it would be a lot of fun, it doesn't have to be a big cast, and people can come in and out of the story as we'll be doing an Episodic format. Later today I will be posting up a character sheet for those who would like to join.
