To those concerned:
This is an official notice that Imperial Space is currently on lockdown. No civilian or merchant transports are allowed in or out of Sith territory without proper identification or clearance. Additionally, ships baring transponders registered to the Free Worlds' Alliance, Independent System's Consortium (ISC), and obviously the Jedi Order are forbidden to enter Imperial Space. Those caught with such transponders are to be detained if possible, thier occupants transferred to the closest ISB facility, or otherwise destroyed.
This message also serves as notice to all members of the Imperial government, military, and the Sith Order that the Imperial Security Bureau is enacting a "see something, say something" policy Empire-wide. If you are aware of a fellow citizen's illegal involvement with our enemies in the Jedi Order, the Free Worlds' Alliance, or the ISC, it is your duty to report what you know to your nearest ISB office immediately. Failure to do so will result in arrest and criminal charges of aiding and abetting the enemy.
