LFN still felt a chill go down his spine every time he reheard the sound of his helmet visor breaking from the blade, stopping himself from touching his temporary eyepatch. He needed to know what he was hearing afterwards, after he lost his eye and after he screamed... He came to life. The Voice, though LFN knew now it was more then just that now. It was never in his head, it was in the helmet all this time, whispering and subtly influencing LFN to walk this path. Or maybe LFN just thought that. What he really wanted to know was what it said to Ruusan Marren after the battle.

"Zhol kash dinora! Haa, neyo la yud masur kee, tah uhnah kahru lur shu!"

The recording once more repeated. As years passed, LFN slowly realized that the suit of armor he wore was not just a suit of replicated Alsakan armor, The Jawas who put it on him had to of known something else if they put him in it. It was possible it had something else to do with the coordinates he received nearly six months ago, from The Voice. It led to the frozen wastelands of Hoth, but LFN never guessed why...

Still wearing his suit, he had his helmet sitting on a table, still with a hole in the visor, with wires going into the helmet and into a computer as he tried to extract more data from inside. It was only just a helmet to him with a voice all this time, only now was he curious to see if this was more then just a suit of armor, or maybe it was something completely else. He had to know what this was if he was to serve The Empire without any more surprises from his suit or The Voice.

It had taken some time, but Geist Weiss had finally returned home to Empress Teta. Redemption was his again and Administrator repaired. Now transportation would no longer be an issue. At his home, the Weiss Chateau, he had been going over records. He wanted to know what was going on. Who was present, and what policies had been implemented. During his review, he discovered the Rodian he had saved on Coruscant was on the planet. He had been hired in as assistance for security on the planet. Likely his application into the Imperial Military was currently under review. The alchemist decided to put his own weight into the matter, which helped speed up the process. By week's end, he had acceptance papers for LFN-452 as an Ensign.

Acceptance of such rank required LFN-452 to go to the nearest garrison to obtain his necessary gear. Normally the base commander would do it, but Geist decided he would impart the recognition himself. Present at the base, Geist was soon notified by Commander Y'tan that LFN-452 had arrived and was in one of the private conference rooms. Finishing up a report on his latest mission, Geist then headed for the room. As the nearby guards moved to the side, the illusionist opened the doors with the Force and greeted the Rodian upon his arrival,

"Welcome to Outpost 3271138. It's only a temporary garrison. We'll have a more advanced and fortified base in the coming months, once construction is complete. We would have used the old Cinnagaran Royal Garrison, but alas Empress Cake Es Cade rigged it to explode during her escape from the planet." Geist held out a hand to LFN-452. "How has it been?"

"Perhaps... Perhaps I should just isolate you somewhere else. Can't afford anymore accidents..."

LFN told himself, rubbing the back of his neck slightly. It was probably time that he and The Voice were separated, and he took presence in another body instead of his helmet. He was going to do something else before he heard the door behind him open and he cautiously turned around to greet them, only to see who it was as he gave a respectful bow. Having been fully informed of who Geist Weiss was, LFN knew the drill, along with all the other officers and lords.

"It is fine." He replied, his rodese coming out as basic through the translator around his snout while he exchanged the handshake to Weiss. "I've given bows and salutes to quite a few higher ups since my arrival, but it is expected of me. He said before blinking his eye and folding his hands behind his back. "Recently, I have just been settling in, listening to the others discuss recent events and solving a few mysteries." He spoke with the last five words in a more casual tone.

The doors shut immediately upon the alchemist's arrival. LFN-452 greeted him with a respectable bow. All the Rodian answered was that "it was fine". That could cover a range of explanations. Doing well, considering. Bearable. Good. Luxurious. Normal. Good, considering. The list could go on. Geist could easily find the answer by invading the Rodian's mind, but decided not to. He saw no point in rudely and needlessly invading a person's mind just to pique his personal curiosity.

"You'll find much of the Imperium very formal, especially its military," said Geist. "The Sith are the wildcards. Some care little for such gestures, while others demand such respect, sometimes lethally so." Geist sat down at the table. "I'm in the earlier categories. I may have been raised in nobility, but such gestures can be empty and generally useless. As such, while we're alone, you don't have to do such motions if you do not want to."

Geist's found the Rodian's comment about listening intriguing. It was a good sign. "A good thing to do. Listening allows you to learn what's going on, what other people know. Too many people just continue talking, failing to listen what others say." He chuckled amusingly to himself. "People tend to tag me as the type that never listens, but that is not necessarily the case. I speak to invoke responses. I provide shallow answers to hide what I know when needed to obtain what others know." He paused, curious about the mysteries given to LFN-452. "So what have you heard? Not everything, just whatever provides your fancy." He was feeling whimsical. And knew that if LFN-452 relayed everything, they'd be here for hours. And, sadly, the illusionist's schedule could not accommodate. It also allowed Geist the chance to see what topics LFN-452 felt important enough to pass on.

"As you'd have it."

LFN mentioned, then went to go through all he had listened to. The important things stuck to him while the small, useless banter from others passed by him. Minus a few things from some individuals who spoke of things that, were it LFN, would have kept to himself rather then speak it aloud. Speaking of phobias or allergies one may have were key things an assassin always picked up.

"Coruscant is gone. The planet is still there, but there is nothing left on the surface. With it, more then the Alliance and Jedi are going to suffer. The economy and trade who relied on Coruscant are going to suffer, possibly drive others into desperation. Desperate enough to blindly attack Sith maybe? Or perhaps they will seek them out to hope for their better beings? Or maybe they will simply just move on. That seems to be the main topic among the other soldiers, is that Coruscant is gone. But I can see more then the Alliance Capital gone, I see it as the Sith now holding the galaxy by the throat, and it's slowly tightening."

Aside from what may be left of the Alliance and Jedi, Coruscant's destruction would send a message to all others: The Sith Empire was taking charge. Anyone who had ideas of opposing them or out right attacking only had to look at the barren wasteland that was once Coruscant.
