Jenza's Force-sensitivity manifested when she was still a young girl—years before her younger twin siblings, whom she would never officially meet, were born. From an early age, she claimed to hear voices whispering to her inside her head. Her parents played it off as imaginary friends due to her young age, but as she grew older, her strength in the Force grew with her. She was ten and in the back of a speeder en route to the Great Assembly, where the noble houses of Serenno met with the Count of Serenno to discuss planetary affairs, when they could ignore it no further. Count Ryiin had switched off the HoloNet station that Jenza was listening to, angering her; and, when he refused her demands to switch it back, her childish anger manifested as a telekinetic burst that flipped the speeder and crashed it into the road below. The family droid, 11-4D, was destroyed in the crash and Jenza's mother was paralyzed and rendered mute.
Jenza met her only real companion—a BG-series astromech droid named BG-9—and obtained her T-70T X-Wing trainer while racing for Biff. However, as she grew older, her connection to the Force only grew stronger and she began to suffer from nightmares. Incoherent images of her past, present, and future, combined with ambient voices, caused her to loose sleep in the nights; and sleepless nights led to mood swings. One day, after losing a race Biff had bet a large sum of money on, the Dug physically berated her, and, in her blind rage, Jenza lost control over her powers again, unleashing a telekinetic blast that destroyed most of his shop. This would be enough for the Dug to cast her out as her father had before him.
In a final act of defiance, Jenza took BG-9 and her X-Wing, left Malastare, and arrived on Jakku where an illicit race course had been set up in the ruins of downed Imperial Star Destroyers from the century-old Battle of Jakku. There Jenza stayed until she was twenty-one, though her dreams spoke of one who would come and take her away from there. This time, for good...

Nevertheless, Jenza was not cruel. She befriended the droid BG-9 and began to develop a care for the outcasts and the downtrodden in the galaxy—the other people like her—during her teenage years. She was known to share food rations she won during starship races with other homeless and poor individuals, both on Malastare and on Jakku. She was even known to use her credit winnings to help those she encountered and whomever she deemed to need her help. Jenza was also an avid reader, whenever she could score herself a holo-book, and it was in these books that she learned about the legends of the Jedi Knights who powers much like her own. The legends inspired her and she would dream of one day flying through the stars as a Jedi Knight with enough control over her powers to actually help others.
However, because she lacked control over her powers, Jenza was prone to sleeplessness and occasional mood swings. Whenever she felt overwhelmed, her powers would bubble up in her and sudden anger or sadness would trigger the bubble to burst, causing telekinetic shockwaves that had the potential to harm and stun those around her. As a result, she typically kept to herself, whenever she wasn't racing, in order to avoid harming innocent people or being abandoned again. The only time she ever felt in control of herself was when she was flying, her true first love, and so she raced as often as she could in the hopes of staying in control.

When in the cockpit of her X-Wing starfighter, she wore a standard flight suit that was designed similarly to the flight suits used by old pilots of the Alliance to Restore the Republic, the New Republic, and the Resistance. She stored this flight suit inside her X-Wing starfighter whenever she was outside of it.

Jenza was a highly-skilled pilot, having spent most of her life racing her X-Wing trainer starfighter in the Mid and Outer Rim Territories. She also had experience flying a variety of other craft due to her racing career. Her flying instincts, perhaps due to her Force-sensitivity, were sharp and this made her good at making split-second (and often life-saving) decisions when need-be. She was also a gifted starship and droid mechanic, as it was her responsibility for the upkeep of both her X-Wing and her BG-series astromech droid, and could both fix, retrofit, and modify starfighters within reason.
She spoke fluent Galactic Basic Standard alongside Huttese and could understand the languages of the Dugs and the Wookiees due to her experiences with both species on Malastare.
