LEGALITY
These droids are HIGHTLY RESTRICTED in Free Worlds Space (Downright Illegal on some worlds and places especially if the ODO is packing hidden weaponry). However beyond FWA space what the average guy doesn't know won't kill them...yet.

INTENT
The Main Intent is to create an infiltration droid to be used by syndicates, governments, factions, or the individual in order to spy, gain information, assassinate or sabotage opponents. Another intent is to create a droid that a player can use as a character or companion to their main character for uses they deem fit in their stories.

RESTRICTIONS
These can ONLY be used as approved PC or NPC characters, or in specific threads as part of a pre-approved plot

DESCRIPTION
In it's Heyday, the XS-Stock Freighter was considered the fastest and most agile ship CEC ever rolled out. There was just one tiny problem...literally. The Original XS was smaller than even CEC's legendary YT-1300 and could only crew 1 pilot and 2 passengers. It was a puny ship that went out of favor once the more advanced and larger YT-1000 onwards came online. However the original frame was still popular enough to be seen well into the New Republic era. So much so CEC actually went back to the drawing board and much like how Koensayr did with their Y-Wing bomber simply scaled their XS up. The resulting ship is about the same size as your average YT model with more space, more equipment, while still being a fast ship as well as durable. While the design is ancient, the new XS-II is starting to become popular for the merchant, bounty hunter, and occasional smuggler.

LEGALITY
The XS-II is legal in all known space in its DEFAULT state. XS-IIs heavily modified (IE Given more powerful weaponry, equipment, etc.) would be placed under heavier scrutiny than most ships as with all ships that have been modified.

INTENT
The XS-II Is a modernized, larger version of the XS-Stock Freighter

DESCRIPTION
The Sonn-Blas corperation, formed during the days of the First Order as a backdoor to the various sanctions for companies to not sell weapons to the Junta, developed both the SE-34 blaster pistol (a weapon that would later fall into civilian use and was hated by both FO Stormtroopers and the civy public), the SE-45 Blaster Pistol (the weapon that replaced the SE-34 and was what kept the SE model alive), and finally the F-11d Blaster Rifle. The weapon was based entirely off the Imperial Stormtroopers weapon-the E-11-but was much more robust, had a frame with material that made it lighter yet more sturdy, had the power pack port placed on the opposite side so as a soldier could holster the weapon properly, had a rail system so as to have no need for a regular holster, and more improved targeting scopes and systems to make the weapon a superior rifle compared to its ancient proginator. However, in the wake of the First Order/Resisstance War, and the fall of the Former and Sith Eternal Allies, Sonn-Blas Coperation basically lost it's biggest client for their weapons. However, being the industrious and entrepenurial lot that they were, their parent companies Merr-Sonn Munitions and BlasTech Industries decided to have their Subsidiary Sonn-Blas put their weapons onto the open market. Given that many weapons during the war fell into the hands of Mercenaries, Pirates, and even some Resistance Members who found the weapon much more simple to maintain and reliable, it wasn't a challenge to sell these into the open market. Even after 100 years after the fall of the First Order, these weapons can still be found in the hands of security forces, bounty hunters and other...unsavory characters.

LEGALITY
While it is not illegal to carry a blaster rifle for the reason of self-Defense, local law enforcement agencies near the core or in areas that want to keep the peace frown upon those carrying such weapons and therefore have certain restrictions.

INTENT
To Provide a decent durable blaster rifle that is versatile as it is dependable.

RESTRICTIONS
No Restrictions are needed for this weapon as there are no serious modifications done to said weapon

Biography
I was born on Chandrila to a family of merchants and doctors. We sought to help people wherever we go, from giving them the best deals to the finest healthcare to those who needed it...even if it came out of our pocket from time to time. But such actions gained us some friends both in the market place and within some areas of the political arena...or at least that’s how my uncle put it. I never put much thought into it as a child, I simply enjoyed helping my mother with her merchant negotiations and my father with his clinic. Don’t get me wrong when I say the following but, while I enjoyed all that I had become restless. I wanted to see beyond the clinic, beyond the market, beyond the spaceport, Kriff I wanted to see what was beyond the gravity of Chandrila. I was a normal kid at that point, till I turned 7 and my latent Force Sensitivity came up.

It happened on my birthday, sure was a surprise to everyone but the Jedi Knight Warwick Django. He explained to my parents what was going on, that it was normal and an extraordinary gift I had...talk about a birthday huh? He offered to take me under his wing as a Padawan, teach me how to harness and control my abilities. My parents ultimately left it up to me, and given my want to know what was beyond the planet...I chose to go. Master Warwick said that usually he’d take me to Ajan Kloss for training. But Master Warwick wasn’t your average Jedi, as he had a...shall we say “unique” take on training Jedi. He preferred an unorthodox version of training at a very early age and exposure to the Galaxy at large to get them used to moving about and conducting missions for the Order. Needless to say it was a fun experience save for the times we were ambushed by slavers. All I can say is that I finally understand why Jedi, healers and guardians, carried weapons in this lawless part of the Galaxy...and why I trained hard with both the blaster and most importantly with the Lightsaber. However, proudly enough, I found my niche as a healer and seeker of new Force Sensitives. I followed in my parents and Master Warwick’s Footsteps, becoming a Jedi who served as a healer of the sick-both for people and if requested planets-and a recruiter of new children into the Order.

By the time I turned 18 my training had basically been completed. I was given the choice of either returning to my family and living out my days in peace or joining the Order as an official knight. By the time I had completed my training I had changed. No longer was a child who was blissfully unaware of the harsh outside Galaxy, I had seen the pain. I had seen the suffering, and I had the strength to help those who could not help themselves. Needless to say the choice was natural for me: I took the knee and was knighted. That was three years ago and I haven’t looked back since...

Personality
Inabe is a humanitarian first and foremost, trying to find the good in every person she encounters and doing her best to help. However, through her time with Jedi Warwick Django, she has a realist side to her as a balance for the Humanitarian. While trying to see the good, she knows that its not found in all and she will have to defend herself. She's a sucker for spicy foods as a result from her time with Django, that along with a high sense of discipline when it comes to martial matters.

While she is skilled with the Lightsaber, and the Blaster, Inabe's skill in the Force-namely her abilities in Force Healing and Buried Presence-is almost prodigy which allows her to operate without any sinister agents interfering her attempts to heal and help. She tends to be a little shaky when piloting a ship but she can do well when the situation calls for it.



Skills & Abilities

Inabe is one of many Knights trained in both the Force and the Lightsaber. However, her abilities are far more superior (particularly when it comes to concealing her presence in the Force) in the former while the latter is competent enough to get her out of a scrape. Her other skills range from medicine to competently piloting a ship to get her from a to b. She is a skilled diplomat in terms of negotiation and Medicine.

DESCRIPTION
With the Aging 1300 starting to become more and more rare in the spaceways, and even both the 2000 and 2400 starting to show age themselves, The Engineers at CEC decided to pull an older design out of the archives and give it a makeover. While the 2100 was basically the 1930 with the 2000s engines slapped onto it, when a working prototype was finally constructed it proved to be a versatile ship with extra space while being still a small profile compared to the bulkier 2000. As soon as it was proven to be a reliable ship the 2100 was quickly ran into production. It started to prove popular from the getgo due to peoples preference to the 2000, 1930, and 1300C Models due to the central oriented cockpit, but also the extra space in the cargo hold with beefier engines and robust shielding. However much like its older brethern, it's engines were known to be...iffy if not handled correctly.

LEGALITY
Depending on the Modifications by the owner, the YT-2100 is legal in all portions of the known galaxy, though modified variations will be put under more scrutiny than most

DESCRIPTION
With the success of the C4T-Series Protocol Droid, the engineers at Serv-O-Droid Inc. decided to take it to another level and scale up. The R&D took to the Canine form as it provided versatility, speed, and the asthetic of "mans best friend". During the early stages of development it was discovered that the now larger frame was able to support extra hardware ranging from carrying crates, scanning equipment, food cantoas, and surprisingly enough small large blaster cannons. The latter gave the spark to make a model that was both Protocol (Civilian) and Battle (Military). Both variants are the same in design with only a few small differences: The Military has more durasteel in the construction to make it a more sturdier droid and the military grade software is able to make tactical decisions and combat protocols on the fly. With the introduction of the DO6 into the market, Military and Law Enforcement units found the droid extremely valuable for a whole slew of purposes while the more Civilian Model is found to be an amazing pet/companion for those who love dogs. It has been especially popular for people/species who are allergic to the animal!

LEGALITY
In it's Civilian Configuration or Protocol Model (aka unarmed), the DO6 is legal as it can be seen as a companion or pet. Military Configuration or Battle Model (aka with guns) it is highly restricted on civilian worlds and most law enforcement/military will scrutinize your need for having such a heavily armed battle droid.

INTENT
To create a robo canine companion for all those wandering heroes who just want a buddy! Also to create a versatile Droid that can be used for scouting, combat, or other purposes where a humanoid droid would be a detriment.

Biography

"To put it simply I was born to a house considered long extinct on Serreno, but the DNA in my blood will tell you that the House of Paltos is far from gone. My family did not have the slightest idea how we ended up in our predicament. I know that House Paltos has been thought long dead long before the Clone Wars. What we did know is that we at the time of my birth were humble merchants working along the Mid Rim and making a fine living do not get me wrong. When I was born the doctors gave my parents the "bad news"...namely that i was born with Dwarfism. However my parents in their own way loved me as much as I loved them back. I had it all, a loving pair of parents, a future as a tradesman, wealth, respect even if we were simple merchants. I felt back then I was going to live a good life...I was wrong before I even turned 10...

It was a clear night when they came. I had no idea who they were, why they were there or what in Malachor they were after. All I know is that I was the only survivor in the rubble of a house in flames and my parents brutally butchered in their sleep. I only gained a paltry sum of cash for inheritance but taxes and debt collectors took them and my Family's business from me. I merely went from a child who had a bright future to one who had none. I spent the next five years learning three things: That the Galaxy is a cruel place, that information can buy you more things than money can ever could, and most importantly of all that the Dark Side of the Force was a powerful weapon when applied just right. That Lesson I gained at the age of 15 when i met a mysterious Munn named Gregori. He saw something in me other than some lowly dwarf cause he took me in and gave me the gift of knowledge. Knowledge of the Dark Side of the Force, its energies, and most imperatively, the judicious application of it to gain what you desire. What did I want from it as a boy of 15? Revenge naturally...

I took my time, in between my studies under Master Gregori of the Sith Eternal, I used my knowledge to gain two things: Funds to either use the services of spies, assassins, and investigators...and the occasional bribe...and information regarding the identities of the men who butchered my family and burnt down my home. I had grown competent with the Lightsaber let me assure you, but I will proudly boast that possibly only the Sith Eternal and his Lieutenants could best me when it comes to my knowledge of the Force. It took me 5 years, but one by one i found them and gave them their just deserts...at least to some of them. There were a few i spared, mostly due to either they had lost their minds because of lifes circumstances, or they had been innocent in one form or another. Either way out of guilt, the Forces will, or by my own hand...they all paid well for their injustice upon me, my family, and all those who suffered. It was during this time that I discovered my Family's Noble Heritage as a Lesser House of Serreno. The concept of a Nobel House having a sense of Nobless Oblige took to me. As I began to slowly amass a fortune and make anonymous donations to many downtrodden. I had learned well the cruelty of the streets, but I made myself a promise to never forget that Cruelty and replace it with kindness. I willingly admit that I am a bleeding heart when it comes to the poor, the downtrodden, and the outcasts. I guess that is why I found myself right at home with the Sith Eternal despite their philosophy. In the end, we are all outcasts in a Galaxy still stung by the foolishness of that Sidious fellow.

In case you are wondering if I have all this wealth and influence, why am i not known to even my fellow Sith? The answer to that is in the wake of my Master's death years earlier I disappeared from the eyes of the Cult. I've been practicing, training...preparing. I intend to build this Galaxy into a better place but first, I must tear the apathy down. To do that, I will need to make friends both within the Cult and out. I will need to amass resources more than just the paltry fortune i have managed to save up. Most imporantly of all I must have information. This above all else is the key to my own personal goals but the larger picture the Eternal has in store for the Galaxy. To put it simply: I have a lot of work to do..."

Appearance, Personality, Gear, Droid, and Ship
APPEARANCE: Paltos may appear to he a human standing only 1.35 meters, but the first mistake any fool makes is believing that short means weak. His heavy brown hair and heavier eyes are a testament to the 40 year old Sith's work and studies into both the Dark Side of the Force, and his work in the guise of a merchant, negotiator, and up-coming-politician. He eschews the primitive cultist robes for a wardrobe that ranges from conservative to lavish depending on the situation. Privately he wears what is comfortable.

PERSONALITY: They say that there are two sides of a coin. For Argyle Paltos that saying is no more clearer. On the one hand he is a cold, calculating, and pragmatic individual who would both plot your downfall...and your rise to power at the same time. On the other hand his a witty, cunning, and humorous man who once you've gained his trust and keep it, will find no better ally than Argyle. He is a man who while bearing the name of a house long forgotten on Serreno, still has noble blood in his veins. This carries with him a sense of responsibility and to a lesser extent an obligation to those without power. Despite his Ruthlessness, he possesses a charming sense of humor and a soft spot for the downtrodden and outcast, something he gained during his time in the streets...

GEAR: While Argyle Paltos has an assortment of gadgets, gizmos, and other items that he uses in his quest for his own personal agenda and the general goal of continuing the Forces Cycle, there are some things he keeps on his person at all times. The first two things are a Communicator (which doubles as a recording device) and a DL-44 Blaster Pistol, which he keeps near his chest at all times in a shoulder holster. He also keeps a wad of cash on him in the event he needs to bribe his way out of a situation, along with various poisons located in innocuous cylinders on his belt. Paltos' most Prized weapon however, located in a harness on his person, is his Sith Light Shoto. Able to call it to his hand with the Force, it is to him his last weapon of resort when Negotiation, Cash, Blackmail, and Threats have all but failed him. And thankfully very rarely has he ever had to use his Lightsaber...

BIOGRAPHY
Once the Great Clans of Mandalore held sway across the Galaxy. Now they are scattered to the winds of fate, attempting to keep their ways alive in the hopes that they will be made anew.

The Tribe that Dolworth holds to comprises of a few Clans that banded together and led by the Elder Dorea, who inherited her position from her Late Husband. Toren, a Besalisk, was taken in as a foundling on Ojom. He has kept the very few vehicles they had over the years in working order and is considered one of the most important to the Tribe. Cawl, a Shistavanen who was inducted into the Tribe as a Mandalorian years ago, is the Tribes armorer and weaponssmith; Her skill is next to none among the tribesmen.

The Tribe has many Verd (Warriors) but the two that hold a small spot to Dolworth in particular aside from the foundlings are his childhood friend Ezon and his adopted mother Jessimae. Dolworth makes occasional trips to wherever the tribe situates itself to give them supplies, money, and information they haven't received yet. However, the constant migrations are taking a toll on the tribe and are hoping to find a more permanent residence even for at least a few years...

Personalities, Traits, & Skills
Each member of the Tribe has with them skills they have picked up or where taught by previous generations. For Toren he's a decent level mechanic with a knack for taking pieces of junk and making them workable again. Cawl can take any broken weapon and make it work again if she has the time, resources, and the knowledge to do so; however her greatest asset is her intimate knowledge of how to mold and forge Beskar, handed down to her from her Mentor and father figure who passed away years earlier. Jessimae and Ezon are expert warriors, one a decent sniper the other an expert desert fighter (given he hailed from the far desert planet of Jakku), but they are mostly providing the role of trainers to the Foundlings of the Tribe. As for Dorea, she is a stubborn woman who keeps to the Reslona're and the various teachings of Mandalore, doing her damnedest to balance Tradition and Survival for her people until a new home can be found for them...

In the wake of the renewed Concordian Crescent Technologies, and alongside the burgeoning WESTAR "Dragoon" Model Hybrid Blaster Pistol, the Model 88 "Frontier" Heavy Blaster Pistol was meant to be used exactly in the area that bears its name: The Frontier. Designed to have the stopping power of a Light Freighter, the Frontier is rugged as it is reliable, revealing that it can take a heavy beating over decades of use without succumbing to metal fatigue, warped metal, or even the occasional powercell failure (and explosion). The Frontier was designed to be a utilitarian weapon with no flashy pieces yet have an elegant design philosophy to make it graceful yet deadly in the hand. For the decades it's been on the market, the Frontier, while not as snazy as its older and even younger cousins, has proven time and time again to be go to weapon for every Sector Ranger, Bounty Hunter, and the scum and villany they hunt...

LEGALITY
Restricted. Ownership of heavy blaster pistols without extensive certification and licensing is considered unlawful in many parts of the Galaxy. Carrying one openly is a good way to get extra police scrutiny on more civilized world, although it might make a good deterrent on less civilized ones.

Pulse Wave and most Slugthrower weapons are banned in many places, just like disruptors would be in the future, whereas simple stun pistols would be legal on all but the most extremely pacifistic worlds. Portable missile launchers and such are likely illegal in much of the Core, but whipcord launchers and other non lethal devices would be considered humane and legal. Basically, what happens if you get caught by the authorities with this?

INTENT
Why? Why did you create this? No, seriously. Weapons are judged with greater scrutiny than other tech. Guns in Star Wars go "pew pew" and burn your opponent, that's pretty much all you need to know. If you're submitting a weapon for approval, it needs to be pretty exotic or special. This will influence any ruling made on your technology, so please explain at length what your intentions are.

Found this during my combing through old archives...going to rework this for something fun XD

Wú Jiàn Hand-To-Hand Combat Training.

Created by Ithorian Jedi Master Aamaw Wú Jiàn was designed on the principles of the seven forms of lightsaber combat, but without the lightsaber. Essentially, the idea is to use the concepts of what each lightsaber form combats (Shii-Cho's use against multiple opponents, Makashi's dueling control, Ataru's acrobatics, Shien/Djem So's use of turning a defensive move into an offensive opening, etc) and apply it to hand to hand combat based on three important principles:

-Efficiency: An attack which reaches its target in the least amount of time, with maximum force.
-Simplicity: Thinking in an uncomplicated manner; without ornamentation.
-Directness: Doing what comes naturally in a disciplined way.

The result is a style that grants the fighter the ability to defeat their opponents with as little moves as possible while ensuring that the fighter themselves sustains as little injuries as needed, be it from blaster fire, lightsaber blades, or otherwise.

OOC Notes:
The concept of Wú Jiàn is based on the school of Jeet Kun Do, a martial art created by Bruce Lee. It emphasizes an eclectic and hybridized style that ensures a swift victory for the fighter. The name of of the fighting style comes from the traditional Chinese word of the same name, which means roughly translated as (無劍) "No Sword". This is intentional as the concept is to use Sword Forms...without the sword.
