Mira Albion strode proudly across the rooftop of one of the highest skyscrapers on Nar Shaddaa. Behind her stood one of the most powerful Sith in existence. A Juggernaut by the name of Drakus Ty'Laun. He was a fallen Jedi, just like Mira herself, and that made him worth the battle about to ensue. Igniting her dual bladed Lightsaber staff and rustling the deep red shoulder pads of her body armor, Mira yelled out to him.
"Are you ready?"

Turning, she took up the stance of the violent Juyo lightsaber style and began gathering the Force. Either he'd make the first move, Or Mira would crush him. Oh, this was going to be fun.

Nar Shaddaa, a place he rarely came too. The last time, it was to party with Thaed. The man responsible for bringing Drakus forward from the ashes of his former self. And the man that trained him as an acolyte. The sounds of the speeders buzzing around the city reminded him of Coruscant. But right now was not a time for leisure.

The woman behind him as he looked out over the city scape was one of only two Juggernauts within the Sith Ranks. A master of Combat, and a fellow former Jedi who embraced the darkness as he did. The sound gave it away, the distinctive Snap hiss of two blades extending from a lightsaber, and the question of wither he was ready or not.

Drakus turned his head to look over his shoulder, the hood of his black cloak covering half his face. But one green eye sized her up. He slowly turned and raised a hand to undo the clips that held his cloak around his shoulders. Lowering his hood, he shrugged off his cloak letting the wind carry it off into the cityscape.

Revealing his Armor, Drakus held his arms at his side and called a single 14 inch saber to his right hand. He gave a twirl of the hilt before activating the blade. The snap hiss giving way to the Dark Cyan blade. Shifting his left foot forward, he kept his saber at his side.

"Oh i'm ready Mira."

That dark smirk crossed his face, the young Sith Master rose quickly through the ranks. He had always been a quick learner, and when he learned that Mira wanted to have this 'Friendly' duel Drakus found himself Intrigued as to how another Juggernaut fought, one who had been at this level longer.

Drakus gathered for force to him, making himself a living conduit for the force. As well as shielding his mind from mental attacks. Drakus enjoyed the styles in which he chose to focus on. He was able to switch between Form III's defense, and then switch gears and hit with Djem So Strikes.

But he was interested to see how Mira fought, if she thought she could just crush him. She was sorely mistaken, Drakus prized a strong Offense, as well as a Strong Defense. He was also in the process of form a hybrid style for two sabers and a saber staff...since his paired sabers could work as both.

Immediately, Mira charged forward, the Force empowering her body beyond normal standards to increase her speed. For the Echani, speed was something that came naturally to her and her body was already faster than that of a normal human by her Echani training. However, coupled with extreme training in Force Speed, Mira became the fastest Master in the Sith. Her body was a blur, so fast that neither sight nor force could follow her, and Mira's own mind was forced to revert to instinct and preplanned movements lest she stumble.

Moving towards Drakus, she immediately struck out at his midriff with both hands on her saber, her right blade attacking. Simultaneous with the blade striking Drakus's midriff, a chair that Mira gripped with Telekinesis would lift up from the other side of the room and slam into his back with the force of a trainwreck, more than enough to shatter the chair.

If Drakus attempted to block Mira's blade with only one hand, then Mira would overpower him. As much as Mira was weaker than most, both her hands on her blade paired with the extra force brought with her enhanced speed made a one-handed block impossible.

Drakus watched, carefully as Mira started her charge. Drakus reacted, switching his lightsaber to his left hand gripping the bottom of the 14 inch hilt with the blade pointed down. Bringing his left leg up he used the side of the cybernetic appendage's knee to apply pressure to the other half of the hilt to avoid being overpowered. Now that that pesky little attack was dealt with, Drakus simultaneously threw his right hand back and force pushed the chair away. Using the force to maintain his balance as he had to after losing his leg and train with Thaed. Drakus called his lightsaber to his right hand.

Bringing the right saber around he brought the blade to bare towards Mira's left shoulder. Using force enhanced strength and speed to amplify the power of his attack. Making it much stronger then an average one handed swing. His face emoutionless, as if this was just an everyday thing..which it was. He was going to force her to release his left blade by forcing her to either block his right handed attack, or disengage from the danger zone all together.

Mira broke out into laughter the moment Drakus simultaneously blocked her strike and cast his hand back to block the chair. Without hesitation, Mira immediately pulled her leg up and kicked Drakus in the chest. The attack was fueled with Force Telekinesis, smashing into his chest with enough force behind it to snap every rib in the right side of his chest. Or rather, since Drakus was wearing armor, crack that beautiful chestplate down the middle, severely damaging the armor. Since Drakus was standing on only one foot, the Force balancing him or not, he was at a disadvantage.

Mira was a master of telekinesis, and she had been using it to Force push since she was a small child. Instantaneously gathering and smashing a Force Push through her leg before Drakus could bring around his right blade for attack was an easy feat with her Speed still active.

If, for some reason, her attack did not land, Mira would still be fine. As per how she engaged the Sith, she was easily able to block his right blade with the left side of her lightsaber by simply twisting her body a bit. If Mira's attack landed perfectly, then Mira would, without a moment's hesitation, pursue Drakus's flying body. She had no intention of letting him hit the ground without a wound.

All the while she laughed. The battle fueling her joyous rage and, in turn, increasing her Dark Side strength. She had not fought so seriously in years.

Oh, to say that Drakus was crazy and took a lot of risks would be an understatement. The saying no guts no glory would sum him up quite well. So when he saw the twist of Mira's body, he cut off his attack and deactivated his lightsaber. He quickly gathered what force he could around himself. Exploding outward, using his own mastery of Telekinesis. To try and send her flying back before her kick even connected. Though if that didn't work he always had a back up plan.

That plan was to use his force augmented speed and strength that was still active he looked to curl his arm around Mira's leg as she kicked, He didn't care about his chest piece, armor could be mended. Hoping that his armors impact padding wound absorb some of the impact.

While Drakus was indeed insane, it was not enough. Drakus's speed, while faster than most masters could ever hope to achieve, was not faster than Mira, who had trained speed since her childhood and was naturally faster than most other species. Drakus was attempting to best Mira in her own game, and it would not work. When her kick connected with Drakus's chest, it snapped his chest plate as the kinetic energies traveled straight through it and into his chest, causing intense bruising and breaking at least a few ribs of Drakus's

The ensuing hit would cause Drakus to have the wind knocked out of him, which would force his grip to loosen or let go totally. Mira would instantly follow up with yet another Force push at Drakus's upper body, sent by Mira's hands that held her double bladed saberstaff, held strategically to the side so that, no matter which side Drakus aimed to cut her, Mira would be able to utilize her superior speed to block his attack. Her Force Speed was still active and, for as long as Mira used no more complicated powers than those she had utterly mastered, was not exhausting to her.

That was not to say she could go on forever, she needed to finish this quickly.

Drakus growled a little bit as he went flying backward, he tucked and flipped back as he felt his feet hit the ground and used the force to keep his balance as he slid back. Grunting in pain as he used it, he didn't care what damage was done. Broken and bruised ribs paled in comparison to having a limb severed. He focused that pain and numbed it as he stood. A wicked grin crossing his face, as he placed his long handled hilts back on the locking plate on his lower back. Calling another hilt into his hand, his custom Sith saber and activated the Crimson blade. Giving it a flourish he brought the hilt up next to his head held in his right hand. His left straight out as he took the stance of Form III

He needed to create an opening, all he needed was one opening to end this friendly spar. Before his ribs did anymore internal damage, he may not have felt a lot of pain at the moment but he was ever mindful of his condition. What better style to use then Form III yes, it may have been a completely defensive style. But it didn't need as much strength as long as he could keep the economy of motion and limit his movement.

"Just what i'd expect from a fellow Juggernaut."

Drakus had his force speed and strength active, so that he wouldn't have such a gap. Drakus was naturally quick, but it seemed Mara was faster. The smartest move to make in this situation was to take the defensive stance and wait for an opening. He focused on Mara and the force, letting the idle hum of both their weapons fill the silence.

Mira grinned profusely after she hit Drakus, and as he ignited his second blade the blind Sith only continued her insane grin and began gathering the Force to herself, replenishing what lost energy she could in the short combat lull. But that replenishment was quite short, cut short even as Drakus took up the third form. Form three, Soresu, the way of the Mynock, the resilience form! Mira had to resist the insane giggling that tugged at her soul. She had faced a master of Soresu once while she was still a Jedi knight. The Soresu master was in his late twenties, but Mira still defeated him swiftly while holding back.

She was 16 at that time.

It was quite possible that Drakus could have done nothing else that would've excited Mira more than this. Oh Mira would have to restrain herself now, for if she did not then she might end up killing Drakus. Or so her mind played out. Dropping into Juyo, Mira recalled what she said to the Jedi she defeated all so long ago.
"Juyo will break through Soresu, as mine did."

Empowering her body with the Force once again to increase her speed, Mira charged Drakus headlong. Her entire body blurring, even to Force aided eyes. Her first strike coming in as her frontal blade swung out to slice Drakus horizontally through his midsection. Mira had no doubt, whether Drakus saw a blur or not, that he could block this strike. Which is why she began gathering the Dark Side as she moved, concentrating for a harder attack.

Drakus too had taken to drawing the force to him during the combat Lull but it was cur short when Mira decided to attack again. Drakus allowed the force to guide his movement, paired with his own force speed he angled the tip of the blade down and eased his arm lower to bring his light saber blade in the way of Mira's. The crackle of the two blades colliding, filled his ears. His highly tuned senses, on full alert. But his action didn't stop there.

As soon as the sabers connected, Drakus brought his left hand to the hilt. Biting through the pain, he moved his light saber and to attempt to bring her's around in an over head arch. For a few reasons, using the momentum of the two blades to limit the impact and minimize his own pain which he continued to draw on. And two, force her to readjust in order to attack again giving him a small opening. Shifting his wrists, he slide his body forward just slightly. switching gears to Djem So. That was the Secret to Drakus' success, so far. His ability to go from a defensive style to an offensive at the drop of a hat.

He brought his saber up from his side, looking to slice up and across Mira's torso from hip to opposing shoulder and use the attack to shield his true attack. Bringing his left cybernetic leg barreling for Mira's midsection. No doubt his leg could deal a great amount of damage, even to an armored foe. With his left leg, Drakus' didn't need any tricks to maximize damage.

Drakus's plan was quite impressive, Mira would not have expected such a swift switch from soresu to djem so, and the leg attack was almost totally unavoidable. However, there was on critical flaw in his movements, wherever Mira's blade went, Mira's body followed and often over compensated.

When Drakus swiped to block Mira's attack and push her blade upward, Mira followed with Force Jumping up and above Drakus in order to avoid a saber lock. Mira was weaker than Drakus, even in his wounded state, and she knew saber locking with him, even for a milisecond, would have been suicide.

Her jump was timed well, as Drakus's second blade almost whacked her own as she went up in the air; his sword swiping where she stood not but a second before, and his knee hitting air as it flew up to strike where Mira no longer was. Mira was glad she dodged. Drakus's attack, if it had succeeded, likely would not have done great damage. On the contrary, it probably would've killed her.

While Drakus still moved to strike where Mira once was, and Mira just inches above his blade reach, she struck. The small woman was still rising through the air when she did, her jump carrying her high, and the force from her attack flung her even high. Her attack was a Force Push, light in nature and likely would be totally unable to off balance Drakus.

As she flung herself higher into the air, she continued to gather and concentrate her energies. It was almost time to end this. Yet, Mira would be lying if she said a tinge of fear did not betray in her heart. After all, she was up in the air, a terrible defensive position. Drakus may not have hit her in his attack, but he forced her into a terribly unfavorable position.

She needed to get back down as soon as possible, or so she told herself as she still rose through the air.

Yes, this was just what he was waiting for. For now Drakus had the upper hand, even if it was just slightly. When Mira took to the air, Drakus used the momentum of his kick to come around to face the weak force push. His left hand raising as he stopped his spin focusing the force in his hand. Ahh, yes would be the point in learning the defense of soresu without taking an interest in defensive force powers as well. Once again he had to bite through the pain in his chest, as he moved his arm to deflect the force push away. He likely would have been able to complete his battle plan by taking it...but that would cause more harm to himself. Likely pushing his broken ribs into his lungs and causing internal bleeding and that would intern flood his lung.

So he took the easy way, while at the same time deactivating his lightsaber and raising his right hand. Willing the force to surround Mira, in an attempt to snare her in a force grip. If that was successful, he would moved his hand down, thus using the force to pull her to the ground fast and hard. He agree'd it was about time to end this, he was in need of medical attention. Two masters of their chosen branch of force powers, the pain gave him focus and now that he had a feel for Mira's fighting Capabilities. He could adjust his own to counter her, two Sith Masters engaged in a friendly duel. Something they both could respect after the fact.

And this was the end. Mira continued her gathering, allowing the nightmarish power of the Dark Side to flow freely through her as she allowed Drakus to grip her through the Force. He flung her to the ground with enough force to snap whatever bone she hit with, yet Mira had no intention of allowing herself to be broken. The moment before her legs would've hit the ground, she concentrated the Force in her legs and absorbed as much of the blow as she could.

A blast of searing pain from somewhere in her leg told her that she had not dedicated enough to stopping the landing's force, but she do little without jeopardizing the power she had gathered. Her body, moving twice as fast as her fastest speed before, charged Drakus. She moved so fast that not even she knew where she was when she was, she cleared the distance of a few meters without a second even passing. Her hand was outstretched, Drakus would not even be able to reactivate his blade before Mira's hand landed on his chest.

Then, she would released every bit of the Force she had gathered and held back. The power alone was not enough to have killed Drakus if she simply flung it outward as a simple minded fighter would. Rather, it was how she used it that would have the ability to kill him(if she were trying to do so). The attack, if landed anywhere on his upper body, would immediately thrust her gathered Force throughout Drakus's upper chestplate. Utilizing the ability of Shatterpoint, she thrust the Force outward and into every 'crack' in Drakus's armor, blasting with enough force to shatter his chestplate into pieces and throw the Sith master back.

If it landed, then Drakus would know Mira had won. If she had, rather than dispersing the Shatterpoint Force into his armor, dispersed it directly into Drakus's chest as she would with a real enemy, it would have killed him instantly. If it landed, that was.

Indeed it was time to end this, but he wasn't expecting her to do it in such a way. But none the less, he would not show the fear which resided in the depth of the darkness within him. When she came at him, all he could do in reaction was raise his arm a little bit before his battered armor was shattered. His face remained calm, and emotionless though his signature flared with the dark side. His silent rage coming into full play, his right arm bent slightly as a single smirk painted his face.

"Well done Mira, but i believe our friendly duel came to a draw."

He looked down between them, and to his light saber which was off and raised with his finger on the activation switch. If she had been an enemy and had he been trying to kill her. He would have activated the crimson blade which would have pierced her heart. His armor had been battered by countless battles and needed to be retired anyways. So he didn't even get angry at the shatter of his chest plate.

"I believe in taking my enemies with me, if i should ever die. Had this been a real fight, my last act would have been burning out your heart. But i rather enjoyed this little sparing match."

Mira had seen his skills, even though he was forced to hold back his more lethal reactions. Lest he killed the only other Juggernaut of the sith order. They were a rare breed, forged in the fires of battle. Not ones to ponder the will of the dark side or sneak around in the shadows. They faced their enemies head on, with the feared skills of Master warriors. Even if their styles were different.
