BIOGRAPHY
King Rikkles Le'Fam is the first Quarren king of Mon Cala. After the previous king died without heirs, another succession crisis on the ocean world led to the instatement of Rikkles Le'Fam. He was born into the nobility, and, in his prime, he was a warrior, scholar, and statesman who could eloquently hold his own in Mon Cala's council chambers and on the battlefield. His ability to command, and his natural charisma, won him a large following of Quarren and Mon Calamari alike who wanted change for the world.
However, not all appreciated his attempts. A brutal civil war unfolded under his reign, which saw several assassination attempts against the king himself from conservative Mon Calamari elites. The scars from these attempts, along with his aging, have left their marks on him; he is permanently hooked to a life support machine now. His power, once absolute, is now merely symbolic; his caretakers bring him to important cultural and diplomatic events, where others with a variety of motives speak on his behalf.
