Kotii was born in 119 ABY (84 years after the battle of Exagol) into the warrior life of an Old Mandalorian with mix of Corellian ancestry and at least Echani genes. Kotii has never pursued the specific makeup of his biology in his youth since it never much mattered among Mandalorians.
The tribe with which he grew up with kept to itself and hidden in the Krownest system. They always were ready to move at a moment's notice and would sometimes migrate to Concord Dawn and Ordo system for a few years if not an entirely different part of the galaxy. Most of the time however the Clan stuck together in Mandalorian space. The warband consisted mostly of Solus clan members but all shared an allegiance to the Alor of House Solus.

While not holding strictly to the Way of the Mandalore, Kotii was taught the importance of identity and anonymity. The 'Rage of the shadow Warriors' was among the first and foremost of old songs and stories that inspired the young Kotii into becoming an effective hunter and tracker. Pushing himself at an early age, he also received harsh encouragement from his parents. The honor of the clan and its well being was held first and foremost.
To this day the wonderous tales of how the Mandalorians had conquered the galaxy and faced unimaginable odds interest Kotii. With many years hopefully ahead of him, Kotii has traveled far from home in search of his own destiny. However the origins of his alias are a mystery to most. Some say it is because of the blackened beskar vambraces he wears, others say its a nod to his skill as a deadly fighter, while others claim it has to do with some stigmata. Perhaps it is because of the Blackwell heavy blaster pistol he was known to wield. Black Hand is a name he has had since becoming a full fledged bounty hunter. It was easier for him to go by that alias rather than 'mando' and helped him better for the purposes of a reputation since it was a bit easier to remember than Kotii Solus.

Hard to read can be a common way of describing any Mandalorian. For Kotii, it can be even more difficult. Reserved when among outsiders and simply stoic when among other Mandalorians. The man still speaks often enough to give credence to the reputation of the Solus Badger attitude. Kotii can be as aggressive as he can be considerate when it comes to something of importance. The man will sit in silence and share quiet company and also be a smiling brawler in a lower level cantina. Viewing the world with a pragmatic, if not ruthless, perspective has only been reinforced by these difficult times and aren't likely to be changed anytime soon. In his most recent years he has suspected there is arkanian elements to his genetic makeup. This has led him to self identify as an 'echani-offshoot'.
With a powerful build and fast reflexes, Kotii is a Mandalorian in the prime of his life if not fast approaching it. The dangers of the outer rim have not only be known to the badger but have been his adversary. Combat is a part of life and the Mandalorian has had some fair experience in almost all aspects though he favors surprise attacks and covert intrusion just as much as overwhelming force.

Kotii Solus has been vaccinated with the AMS Vaccine v1.1.
All weapons have 2 reloads minimum unless otherwise stated and are licensed under his Bounty Hunting alias.Lost when captured by @Nor'baal Desilijic on Nal Hutta. These are no longer easily at Kotii's disposal.
