KOWAKIAN REFUGE HOUSE

Ever since first visiting the planet, Davik fell in love with the diversity of culture-mesh of New Alderaan. It reminded him in some ways of the Ossein people he had grown up with. Ethnically diverse, seeing no class-difference between different species and limiting the ownership and use of lethal weapons. It felt to the smuggler much like the eco-system on board the mothership of an Ossein fleet, but bigger.. much bigger. After a while he saved enough credits with smuggling and other syndicate-related jobs to be able to afford a modest mansion on the outskirts of the planet's capital city.
The Kowakian Refuge House thanks his name to a subsidy-scheme Davik pulled on the New Alderaan government so he could afford the inflated market price. He got subsidized by applying for a special status of 'Kowakian Monkey-Lizard habitat'. In its sizable and well-maintained garden you can always find a dozen of these little creatures chilling about and they often sunbath on the roof terrace.
Despite the special status of being a 'habitat' it really is just a five-bedroom home, with a rooftop pool and a modest-sized landing pad that can just fit Davik's signature spaceship the Catscratch. Guests that want to visit need to land at the local spaceport and grab a taxi-speeder.
