Personality

All men fear something. For most, it's something physical. Monsters. Death. Pain. Tyranny...

The list goes on and on.

But some men, ambitious men, only fear the idea of being forgotten. Even the thought of dying, without leaving their mark in history is intolerable. Men like this are often willing to go to great lengths to insure that their memory withstands the test of time. Some men secure their spot in history by acts of courage and valor. Other use politics. Many even use wealth. But a select few use fear. If you can scar someone mentally, your face will be burned into their mind for all eternity. Your name will always be on the tip of their tongue. Your actions will haunt their dreams forever.

Kynigos wants infamy. He wants to be remembered. And he wants to be feared...

Kynigos is the perfect example of a psychopath. Much like a snake, Kynigos is smart. Clever even. But he's always looking for a chance to prove himself through violence. This is not to say he goes around picking fights though. Kynigos isn't dumb enough to try sword fighting a Jedi. He will wait. Biding his time until the odds are overwhelmingly in his favor, and then he will strike. Quick. Precise. And almost always in public.

Got to do things in public if you want to be seen, ya know?

Kynigos also displays an array of incredibly sociopathic tendencies. Rarely does he ever initiate contact with a client or even a target, without putting on some sort of facade. He'll play nice, put on a smile even, but he will only hold up the act for as long as it benefits him. The moment these interactions cease to be beneficial, Kynigos's facade often fades away and violence follows.

The transition is often seamless. Kynigos will give no warnings or signs before snapping. One moment he'll have a smile on his face, and then out of no where he may attack. He may betray his companions if he sees an opportunity to profit from it, or he may turn on them if they become a liability.

Intellectually speaking, Kynigos' area of knowledge is fairly broad. He knows the basics when it comes to technology and mechanical engineering, while he is much more adept when it's comes to explosives, marksmanship, and medical knowledge. Anything pertaining to the force is all but lost to him, though he couldn't care less, just as long as those Jedi stay nice and dead after he kills one...

Notable Skills:

Marksmanship: Armed with a firearm, Kynigos isn't a threat to be taken lightly. He excels in close quarters firefights, where aggression is often the determining factor. While armed with a precision rifle, Kynigos is capable of making long range shots, partially because he is willing to wait for the perfect moment to fire. In either situation, Kynigos knows how to effectively use his weapon without wasting ammunition or damaging his weapon.

Hand-to-hand: Granted, Kynigos would have quite the struggle if he were to try and fist fight a Jedi. Unless of course, said Jedi was in a cantina full of people, in which case Kynigos' chances are significantly increased. Kynigos fights dirty. If he has to put civilians between himself and his opposition, he will. If he's gotta use whatever is closest as a club, Kynigos has got no problem with it. Often, a fight is determined by who is willing to put more on the line. Kynigos refuses to lose over something as silly as morality. If you're not cheating, your not really trying.

Piloting: Kynigos is no ace, but he isn't a novice either. He prefers to use evasive tactics and avoid a fight all together while flying.

Bio

All things considered, Kynigos should've grown up and gotten a desk job at some shipping company. Growing up in an average home, he should have transitioned into an average life, but that wasn't the case.

There was nothing worth noting about his life as a child. It was average in nearly every aspect. Sure, Kynigos may have been a bit of a trouble maker, but what little boy isn't? There was no indication that little Kynigos was changing. Nothing that would've prompted any concern. The very beginnings of his sociopathy were marked off as nothing more than bashful shyness.

It wasn't until Kynigos was entering his teenage years that his life began to turn south.

In the underbelly of Coruscant, crime wasn't a rarity. It certainly wasn't anything Kynigos hadn't seen before. But, the way he viewed it began to change. Why ignore it? Why scurry away from the muggers, the thieves, the scoundrels? What was the reasoning for that? Why not man-up and make some money?

So that's what he did. Kynigos dove headfirst into a life of crime, starting as little more than bait, for larger, more intimidating brutes. This is likely where Kynigos realized the potential usefulness of manipulation. By playing the part of a poor, lost, or even abandoned kid, Kynigos made a living.

As he grew older, he himself became a mugger, though not your standard back-alley scoundrel. Instead, Kynigos lied to anyone who'd listen, offering up his services as protection in the darkened streets of Coruscant, only to turn on his clientele when the time was right. He had to be careful though, and uphold a reputation. No one would be willing to trust him, if everyone knew he was a lying traitor.

So he worked tirelessly, doing what he could to insure he had a constant cash flow. But he was little more than an novice in the trade. Someone ran their mouth, Kynigos was marked as a criminal, and just like that he was on the run.

After talking his way onboard a smuggler's ship, Kynigos made his way out to the far ends of the galaxy. There, he'd find work as a hired gun, and eventually as a bounty hunter. He's been out there ever since, only venturing to the Inner Rim if a specific bounty required it.

Now however, Kynigos' ambitions have grown. He's tired of being a nameless hunter in the middle of no where. He ready to head back home, make a name for himself, and shoot anyone who tries to get in his way.

Equipment:
A small amount of credits
2 Thunderslug Pulse Pistols (Typically hidden under a cloak)
1 Cheap Data-Pad
