"That is quite alot to take in at one time, was this man powerful? A dark master?"

She was a merely beginning her journey with the force. Yet, her master had clearly explained to her that she had in fact out lived the mistakes of so many. Quietly she retracted, grasping her saber lightly. Though she had begun to understand how she had came out of her encounter. Its as if she held some strong subconscious connection to the force itself. This was the man in her dreams, she was certain of it now. Master Mortificer would show her the ways of the darkside, lead her like a gently pupil through the trials and tribulations ahead.

"I am ready for my training Master, I am ready for the trials ahead. When will we begin?"

Her eyes showed eagerness, the wrinkle upon her brow shown fury. Though she would have to learn to control this passion, to control this rage that threatened to consume her now and again.

"We already have. Lessons aren't simply physical trivialities...for instance, your question if he was a powerful dark master. If you are a Master one must have control. But control of the force is not simply enough, because you aren't a master without anyone subjigated under you. Even the jedi know this with their knights and apprentices under their council."

"Since he was alone he had neither power nor mastery. Therefore he was nothing."

He walked now heading outside and farther down into a rocky portion of the outer grounds. He picked up a stone, small and simple. "Your first lesson is that with the force, everything is a weapon. You attacked me multiple times with your lightsaber, and while useful it is merely one head of the beast. The darkside is like a hydra. You strike off one head and three more grow back to replace it...that is if you master it."

He puts the rock down searching on the ground, picking up a simple grain of sand, and happily he walks back beckoning her to follow him. Deeper into the complex of they went, down into cold corridors of stone. Finally coming to the torture room where there was a man chained to the wall. He cursed and spat at Mortificar as he entered.

"Now, if you were this man, and you had control of the force you could kill me easily if I were weaker than you. Shielding is always needed." he says, opening up his palm, that tiny grain of sand still there. He willed it up with his mind and shot it forward, it burried into the mans skull, the tiniest pinprick of blood coming out of one of his pours where it entered. Immediately the man began screaming. "With propper knowledge you can understand the working of the brain. A grain of sand inside the nervous center for instance can cause immense pain over the entire body." He waited for her to absorb this information, watching the man writhe and scream in pain and agony as though his body were on fire.

Roma mused, should couldn't help the girlish giggle that escaped from her lips. The whole scene before her was facinating, it was obvious she had always weilded the force as if it were brute force. Yet her master had made sense, she must learn to open up her mind, everything can be used as a weapon with the force.

"How foolish of me to have attacked you so brutishly. The weak must use cunning to overcome the strong. Of course, Master. One day I may not have my saber, that day I will have to be able to improvise."

He was very strong. His presence, brought her closer to him, she wondered how his heart beat. Momentarily her thought drifted away, realizing she had daydreamed off before rattling herself back to the present. She watched and observed the man writtle in pain, gently biting her bottom lip. A shard of glass, gravitated towards her, it hung lifeless in the air several feet from her. Eager eyes awaiting her masters response.

"Kill him with it if you like..." He said, "But use all the glass from the broken water pitcher the man so kindly kicked away. He was afraid we'd poison it...how on earth are we supposed to teach without live specimens..." he said chuckling bringing the many pieces of broken glass up into the air spinning around him, breaking into smaller peices. "Of course if you needed it would make a very effective shield should someone knock away your weapon in melee range." he said spinning the glass around very fast, then letting it drop just the same. "There are many tiny pieces, make sure you get them all into him, what's left on the ground will be left for you." He said giving fair warning, he did a good job breaking them up into smaller bits and shards, it would take a great deal of focus to not miss any.

This was his element, a scholar of the force. He was simply showing off really, but at the same time his student grasped what he said. It was nice, for once, not to have some over eager fool come to him and request training.

Her joy was replaced by resentment, the daunting task, there were thousands of shards and the man mused in her misery. None the less she would find a way. No task big or small is too much for the force, do not think of how many, just do. She recalled on her mothers training, which eventually lead to her suicide this brought on rage. The shards came together she envisioned in her minds eye, a spear of great length-- various lengths of glass composed its hilt and blade.

"This I shall do...."

She mused with him. Closing her eyes, imagining the shards, placing them together like a child’s puzzle game. She smiled, she concentrated, for several minutes, each shard, each grain of glass. He had made it abundantly clear, ever piece, if he could even find the slightest particle. There could be trouble.... Minutes turned into hours, not once had she opened her eyes, not once had she ceased in construction.

Then suddenly she snapped, with an abrupt hurtle of the force, like an elegant whirl wind. She sent the construct forwards and opened her eyes, there before her the man slumped forwards a long glass spear sunken into his chest, ultimately pinning him against the wall. The ribs had cracked on impact, his lungs had gave way to blood hurtling cries. She was a perfectionist it seemed, stepping forwards she admired her craftsmanship, not only had she constructed the spear, yet it held surprisingly well together. A menacing creation, the glass somehow fused together by the force.

"Yet another odd, making I have done through the force..."

She smiled, gripping the length of the spear and ripping it free. It held sturdy, though it had taken her so much time to construct. That thought brought a laugh. The man still breathed, he cursed at her under his breath, and this would not do. It had to be finished but how? Using a deep concentration of the force to levitate the object into the air.

She turned her back to him now. The glass spear left the confines of her open palm, her hand clinched, the delicate material gave way. The element cracked and popped, though it did not move held still by some unknown entity. Crushed to dust, a deadly vapor, a mesmerizing haze, the object now only particles....

She turned to face him again.

"I should have killed you fast yes? Hahahaha, try not to breath friend...."

They followed her then took a life of their own, dancing like a deadly serphant around her form, before spiraling downwards and darting towards his nostrils. The man began to shake violently, as the substance forced its way up his nasal passage--- down his throat and windpipe. He choked, then vomited a coagulated gore upon the floor, the cloud disseapered entirely, he convulsed, he twitched.

"I should have killed you fast.... Hahaha"

Plum lips curved into a smile, orbs studying her victim once more, his screams now drowned in a sea of blood. As the particles of glass imbedded themselves to the insides of his body. She turned back to Master Mortificar, somewhat pleased with herself, he never said she had a time limit.

"Master, I hope this was to your liking... If not you may punish me for my insolence, it would be an honor, Master..."

The girl does have talent...he thinks to himself as he watches. "Not bad at all...though you probably shouldn't play with your food, then again I do as well I suppose..." he says chuckling. "Now tell me what the force is." he asks curiously, some thought there were many answers to this question, but in reality there truly only was one which incorperated all of them. He was curious how much understanding she had and what was merely lip service to him, her master.

"The force in essence exsists all around us, we harness its power from within, and use it to destroy our enemies. The force is unexplainable it just is, to tell you the truth master. My explanation is truely opionated...."

She paused momentarily rethinking her words.

"Please inform me if I am ignorant in my ways of thought..."

With that she stopped awaiting his response.

"The force is what you say..." He nods approvingly....

Several months had passed at this point, the two had grown somewhat as a master and apprentice should...

"I've been given a mission to perform, I could take you with me, though I'm not sure you'll like it in whole..." he says, watching her facial features to study her reaction.

Her expression turned to that of surprise, though it was in no negative manner. She had waited for so long, to finally hone her skills in battle and now was her chance at glory.

"Master a mission? I would be honored, I believe I am ready for such an undertaking. Let me be your blade......"

With that she smiled, bowing deeply, she had grown quite close to Master Mortificar within these few month. It was dangerously close, the bond she shared with him, though it gave her some strenght. Would she finally be given the chance to destroy the ones she hated. A chance to kill a jedi? She would defend her master with her life, though she was sure he would need no such help at all.

"When do we begin...?"

"Soon soon...there are conditions however. We can not reveal ourselves as Bogan, nor can we be anything more than a couple rogue dark jedi if captured. Combat is not our initial goal, subtlety is." he waited, knowing she would likely not enjoy his words, but he had to know that she could be counted on in this matter...

"Yes Master, as you say. It would be best to learn as much as we can about our enemy... the Jedi... I would rather die then sacrifice all that we have gained."

She stopped then eyes locked on her mentor, her master. They shown utter loyalty and determination.

"It would never come to that master, I would give my life before I allowed your capture."

With that she smiled slowly slipping forwards, closer towards him, she could hear his heart beat within the confines of his chest. It seemed odd, how the force could amplify someones senses to such a degree. This mission was not the one she had hoped for, it would be hard to hold back her rage but she would. Cloaking her force signature was a given, if this mission was to succeed. A familar thought entered her head, something her master had said once. She looked towards him plum colored lips moving to speak. A familar gesture held to her face, contorting to that of curiosity.

"With proper knowledge you can understand the working of the brain. A grain of sand inside the nervous center for instance can cause immense pain over the entire body. We must understand the Jedi, then with that knowledge we shall destroy them."

She was ready, she knew that now and she hoped her master did as well.

"Very good my apprentice." he said approvingly. "Grab your things and we'll depart at once."
