Administrator Landall Charilla was a male civil servant and diplomat who served as one of the senior administrative clerks of the Galactic Senate, holding the formal title of 'Vice-Chair of the Galactic Senate'. One of many people to currently hold the position, his main job was to act as an authority on the procedure and process of the Senate, assisting Senators with the tabling of new business, the wording of bills, and to, where needed, step in as presiding speaker when it was his turn on the schedule.

In addition to his function as a member of the administration of the Galactic Senate, he does likewise when asked for for the New Republic, or which he is a citizen.
