He stared over the equipment in the hangar ready for transportation, how could something so dead in the force bring about the restoration of a world. He watched the hustle and bustle around him as workers and droids moved about to get everything ready to be transferred onto the ship that would arrive soon. Weather the ship was provided by the Mandalorians or the Sith didn't matter much to him as he had other means of transportation if he needed. What he wondered about the most was the Mandalorian liaison that he was supposed to meet up with. He knew that at least there would be one for either side of the alliance though he wasn't sure if one side would supply more than the other.

Either way what he was most wondering about was if the Mandalorian had armour made of the supposed legendary metal beskar. He wondered if the Mandalorian would let him hit his armour in a controlled manner to see if it was some force property of the metal or that it was just such a super material in earnest. Though he'd most likely not get the chance, after all who wanted to be under a single blow even if perfectly controlled aimed and controlled by someone with a lightsaber. Though if he had to question the Mandalorians sanity by how or if the Mandalorian agreed to be struck with a lightsaber in the first place.

Shaking the thought away he instead flipped his sight over to the object in his hands, a datapad with very simple orders for him to be in this convoy. They were direct in the manner that he was supposed to be here and escort the equipment to its destination. However the wording of the reasoning sounded like nonsense to him, something about hands on diplomatic and logistical experience for when he'd eventually become a sith champion. It made sense intellectually given what was expected once one became a champion but the wording made it all seem so much like sophistry to him.

Rynn had been tasked by the Mand'alor to meet with the dark wizards who had allied with their people and offered support and gifts for a second chance at life. Many within their ranks were reluctant of their new allies, feeling that it went against tradition, but most were too weak to actually stand up and actually say what they felt, and the others had fled Mandalore when the Sith Fleet arrived. Only one had the beskar skin to try and stand up against what happened that day, and Rynn among others had blasted him dead.

The sorcerer known as Raze had been an old ally of the Mandalorian, the two of them had defeated Jedi on Kessel, and it was there that the beliefs of Rynn's covert had been instilled in him. His armor had given him gifts, but they paled in comparison to the natural powers that came from a sorcerer, the ancient leader of his people's had these abilities, and it took the Jedi, the Republic, and clans of traitors to bring him down -- now that was true power.

Beliefs like these were shunned and seen as heresy, Rynn knew that as much. But, in time with some pushing, these things could take hold once more. Darth Leviticus had lead their people, the descendants of Kryze-Drast, and Maul. This was their heritage, the same one that the Delucians had tried to crush, and then the Jedi. Their people hid these secrets and let them die on this dustbowl -- but his tribe had remained true to the traditions and history, it would all return in time.

The Mandalorian made his way into the docking area, adorned in his red and black armor, his golden visor reflecting in the low light of the station. The horns on his helmet cut through the air with each step, as a lightsaber was proudly strapped to his chest plate. He saw the first of the Sith that would aide them, and all he'd give was a simple nod. Respect was to be earned, even for a sorcerer of the darkside.

Ashla stifled a yawn as she emerged from the conference room where some clerks from the logistics office were giving her an update on the shipments that would be headed out today. When she had been given the task of working with the Mandalorians to strengthen their alliance, paperwork and meetings that drained the very life out of her were not things she had been expecting. And yet, a fair share of her time seemed to be spent handling such mundane affairs. With great power, it seemed, came great paperwork.

Reaching the hangar soon after, she spotted both the acolyte who would be accompanying her on this run, and their Mandalorian contact. She remembered the man, had seen him speak up on Mandalore, the distinctive helmet of his made it all too hard to misplace him. And she was glad for that, she was slowly becoming familiar with the Mandalorian traditions and the significant of their armor, and she could mostly tell one Mandalorian from another by their individual armors, though she wasn't always right.

"Looks like we're all here," she said in form of greeting, seeing no point in pleasantries or small talk, "let's get going, shall we?" At a gesture from her an ensign rushed up with a datapad loaded with the current status of the loading process, and satisfied that everything was on schedule, she returned the datapad to him with a nod of thanks and turned her attention to the other two.

"Acolyte Nergal, Warrior Itera," she gestured towards the awaiting shuttle that would take them to the carrier wher thee equipment had already been loaded, "after you."

There it was, the force presence he'd just barely been able to be aware of until she entered the hangar proper. A feeling of power that was as much a sense of a heavy static field around oneself while also holding a battery to one's tongue. Such a distinct sense he had of those that had turned to practice the more arcane aspects of the force. When he'd gained similar mastery of both his sight and senses in the force it had somehow blended a little together now living beings weather touched by the force or not around him had their own... flavour or texture? It was hard to describe in any other way than he could somehow taste a bit of those around him, giving him small insights at times.

Such as the sense he was getting from the mandalorian. Even when he'd first entered the room Nergal had clearly felt it, the man had the scent and taste of pain on him, be it old, new or lived with. However that was it, his newly developed sense didn't much work more than simply revealing aspects of others to him. It worked better with those that could command the force to some degrees of course but he also knew that just getting an aspect of someone didn't really say much about them. Though Nergal also could see that if this mandalorian was any indication of the rest of his kin, they endured and fought through pain with ease. Not exactly the best trait one wishes to have in their foes. He'd given a simple nod in return of the greeting he'd been given by the mandalorian with a lightsaber strapped to his chest.

As Ashla approached them he turned towards her and stood at respectful attention, waiting for her to finalize the last procedures and final check of things before boarding. "As you say Lady Ti." At the gesture towards the shuttle he spoke in his deep baritone voice while he bowed his head in affirmation and strode towards the awaiting shuttle. Declining to sit he instead stood during the brief shuttle ride as he thought on both his companions one was an obvious choice of getting perhaps some pointers or new perspective than the somehow stifled perspective the academy taught. Fresher or more experienced eyes to look at some of the difficulties he was having with his own training and yet did he even have the right to ask? His chosen path both entirely unlike a sith and yet so inline with their doctrine at the same time.

His intent to control his emotions to the point they could be used as fuel without effecting him unless he let them of his own free will. Something metaphorically akin to a frozen over active volcano but in reverse, molten power on the outside yet cold certainty and clarity of thought on the inside. His introspection often left him aware yet unaware at the same time, staring into space while in thought some might call it, a habit he'd realized he'd developed without realizing. This time was no exception for unless engaged with he would seem almost meditative for the remainder of the shuttle flight only coming too upon landing.

The Mandalorian himself said nothing in response to the Champion's greeting, instead he allowed his gold lifeless visor to peer towards the group, as his hands moved down, checking the blasters, grenades, and his rifle. He'd follow the group onto the shuttle, and would take a position near the back, opting to hold onto the support straps that hung over top of the shuttle's ceilings. It should be an easy enough job, as long as no disturbance or unforeseen weather struck while they were flying. Rynn would remain quiet as the pair boarded and the shuttle began to take off for the planet's surface.

His tacmap blinked and his HUD filled with the caravan's fleet information. They were moving rather efficiently and could perhaps knock off some of the time estimated in the terraforming processes. As the Shuttle came into low orbit he'd raise his hand and would display a map of the surrounding areas around the large dustbowl that was Mandalore. Several red blocks popped up to signal where the machines would begin their work on replenishing the land.

"The sands will begin to shift when the machines start. We need to ready ourselves for the potential of a Krayt Dragon coming from beneath the sands to attack the machines." The creatures themselves were fabled to have only been only found on Tattooine, but with the destruction of Mandalore, they had arrived generations ago, and had proven to be a nuisance to even the most battle-hardened tribes.

Ashla nodded in response to the Mando's warning about the Krayt dragons. As much as she could have prepared for this mission, this was his home, so ignoring him would be exceedingly stupid, and a surefire way to mess things up, and she had no intention of messing up.

Gesturing towards the troops who had followed them out of the shuttle, she pointed towards a few elevated points in their immediate vicinity that might offer relatively better vantage points than where they were.

"I want eyes up there, if anything gets within five clicks of us I want to know." As the traps moved to follow her orders, she turned to the acolyte. "Kee..." Her words were cut short as the ground shook under the feet, and a loud explosion went off in the distance. She whipped around, hand immediately rising to her face so that she could get on the comms. But before she could ask for a report three figures rose into the air, mandalorians wearing jetpacks, shooting away at the soldiers, at her men. At the same time reports starting ringing in her ears.

"Saboteurs," she shouted to Nergal and Rynn, "seven accounted for, could be more. We have to guard the equipment." She started running towards the explosion, towards the three airborne figures. "It seems like you get to slay some traitors!" She shouted the words at Rynn as she pulled her lightsaber out, crimson blade springing to life at her side. Glancing back at the acolyte, she considered giving him more specific orders, but decided against it. If he was Sith then he had to prove himself in situations like this, so she settled for something simple. "Try not to die."

While staying quiet he made sure to listen when Rynn had begun to speak, glad that his force sight at least wasn't akin to some he'd read about that would have prevented him to even see a hologram or what a screen displayed. When there was a mention of Krayt dragons he was a bit confused. Granted the only such creatures he'd heard of were from Tatooine but how'd they get to mandalore? Perhaps the mandalorians had hoped to let them evolve into the fabled Mythosaur of legend?
His mind began to wonder if the egg of a Krayt dragon could be made to hatch a Mythosaur but then again where would he get the dna required for it.

A ripple in the force distracted him right before he felt the reverberations under his feet that almost sent him to the ground. His head snapping to the area where the three figures rose into the air, his sense picking up on them before one could visually only because they were alive. The force was life after all. Then everyone exploded into motion and he was still for only a moment as his wider yet narrower senses caught up with the activity.
Ashla's words snapping him back to full focus and a strange sense of calm came over him as the snap hiss of his own lightsaber was activated and he took a step to the side to avoid a blaster blot aimed at his back. "This appears more distraction than actual attack." He muttered to himself as he saw two more come flying in from the backside of the shuttle they'd departed.

Deciding on one target at a time he reached out and hurled a hydrospanner at one of them before charging at the other. Thankfully seeing all around himself he could at least avoid getting shot in the back though his range was at best a hundred and some change meters around him in a sphere that unfortunately acted more like spiritual water that prevented him from sensing or seeing anything other than a vague semblance of life beyond walls and the like. His wandering mind once more focused as the one he'd chosen to charge aimed two blasters at him and opened fire.

His still burgeoning skill with a proper lightsaber forcing him to dodge more than deflect but he made process slowly. Realizing just how hard a mandalorian was to actually fight if this traitor was anything to go by.
