Amon easily slipped between people as he navigated the busy sidewalk, his hands resting in his coat with comfort. No one offered him a glance and he paid them the same courtesy as he just kept his gaze locked straight ahead. He had learned a great deal of many things with his experiences in the undercity of Coruscant, one of them being that people generally didn't appreciate the idea of prying eyes, especially down there. Nar Shaddaa was no different from that planet as was the concept, it fitting on him comfortably and naturally like a second skin. The only difference between the two was that one knew how to appear prettier to alter people's perceptions.

But while he had been taught rough lessons he couldn't forget, it also had given baggage that had the possibility of weighing him down in the future. Amon hadn't been the perfect example of society when he was a kid and had garnered himself quite a record. There weren't any regrets for what transpired, it was either that or being swallowed up by the unforgiving city and it bore no weight on his conscious as a result. But, it did however annoyingly tug at the back of his mind, serving as a reminder that it was a trail, one that could easily lead to him if he wasn't careful. With his presence on Nar Shaddaa, he hoped could finally find the knife that would sever that connection with precision.

Amon had made his own acquaintances on Coruscant, those with keen noses who discovered information that wasn't openly spoken out. Such was that the Crimson Dawn had lost one of their beloved artifacts and that was an opening he couldn't afford to let slip. The artifact didn't draw the majority of his interest as did the services of the Syndicate if he collected it. They held the most renowned slicers in the galaxy and their precision was exactly what he desired. His record had to be carefully cut away and without a trace if he wanted to enjoy his newfound liberation in his Order.

He eventually arrived at the location that had given to him as he slipped out his datapad to double-check it. It was a small warehouse and clearly a safe house for the meeting in the belly of Nar Shaddaa. There weren't any guards at the front door and he assumed that it was supposed to be their first line of defense to appear empty. Amon approached the door, his muted gaze fixed on it as he made his decision and opened it with a gloved hand. Without hesitation, he stepped inside and closed it behind him to see about this meeting.

Emryc had arrived here some time ago. His alter ego as ‘Spicelord’ was catching on rather quick. He had a good rapport with Crymorah, but his interests mainly lied with Crimson Dawn. They possessed some very unique artifacts that he had been eyeing for some time. Emryc had always been a collector - his collection now included both Kravos and Wyck holocrons, along with a wide assortment of books and texts. He had ancient Sith daggers, goblets and other personal effects of the Sith Lords of old.

An artifact important to a Crime Lord had gone missing, and it was pressing enough to where rumors had reached Emryc. Unfortunately, some other mook was also on the case because he needed a slicer’s favor. As much as he wanted to pay off the guy, Emryc knew it wouldn’t be easy to retrieve the artifact alone.

By the time Amon arrived, he would see a tall man shrouded in ancient armor standing near a helmeted Ubese. Emryc cast a sideways glance at the newcomer before turning to look back at the Ubese.

“Consider it a favor,” Emryc’s mechanized voice said as if finishing off a thought.

“Ohoho, Spicelord working for free? I don’t believe that for a second,” The Ubese said with a chuckle, waving Amon in, “But it will be a favor remembered for sure. Crime Lord Begum will be thrilled to have the artifact back in her possession.”

Emryc was silent for a moment before speaking, “Where is it located?”

Amon's footsteps barely made a sound when he entered the room, his eyes drifting to the guards around the room and then to the two who spoke. One was an Ubese and most likely the representative for Crimson Dawn and the armored one was unknown to him as he managed to catch the last of their previous conversation. They didn't make a presentation of his arrival and he wouldn't make a presentation as well to distract themselves, Amon just stopping himself so that there were a few feet of distance between him and Emryc.

It was clear to Amon that the armored one wished to keep his identity a secret as his entire body was completely covered. He could tell the man wasn't an average criminal or really a criminal at all. It was the way he stood, the authority that came off of him though his face was hidden, even the armor. Standing there in close proximity to him, there was an energy that emanated from it quietly, something that was dark. It piqued his curiosity but not enough that it would hold him back for the task at hand.

When the Ubese mentioned the name Spicelord, Amon's eyebrow arched slightly but he didn't shift. His connection to the Underworld had been strained recently but it didn't mean he hadn't picked up whispers of the name. This was going to be interesting.

The Spicelord then asked where the artifact is located and the Ubese chuckled, "That's the thing. We managed to discover it at a dock, Sector 17-C. The problem is, it's controlled by the Black Sun. They were smart to realize they weren't smart enough to hide from us in this city but they know the Black Sun wouldn't be understanding of us retrieving our property and think of it as an act of war. Crime Lord Begum has other plans and doesn't want to bog herself down in that type of muck, that's where you come in."

Amon's gaze studied the Ubese for a moment before asking his own question, "Have you registered any movement from the Black Sun that could tell us if they know of the artifact too?" It would be easier just to face the thieves, not the entire dock.

Ubese then glanced down, wondering what he should say before he eventually brought his gaze up, "That's what's funny. That dock is quite profitable with the amount of traffic it gets. But since we discovered the artifact is there, no one has been seen leaving or entering for days, as if the entire place flipped on its back and died."

Emryc wasn’t concerned about ruffling some Black Sun feathers even if that meant ‘Spicelord’ would be tied to it. So far, his loyalties were a toss up with various syndicates asking who he worked with. He didn’t like the idea of the disappearances, but it was hard to tell whether it was simply Black Sun nabbing people or something else. He glanced at the Ubese.

“You got what I asked?”

The Ubese rolled his eyes beneath the helmet, sighing, “Yeah, yeah,” He looked over at Amon, “Got you one too, but sorry it’s not as nice as his,” He jerked his thumb over at Emryc.

Emryc said nothing else, following the Ubese out of the warehouse. By then, there were two speeder bikes waiting for them. One of them was exceptionally nice, a sleek navy one built for racing. Next to it was something that looked like it came out of a scrapyard and was held together with duct tape. Emryc caught the keys as the Ubese threw them, walking over to swing his leg over his bike.

He addressed Amon but didn’t bother looking at him, “I’ll meet you east of the dock,” He said curtly. He started it up and the bike purred and roared like a magnificent beast. Emryc didn’t wait before he jetted off, becoming a blue blur as he streaked through the streets. He intended to reach there with plenty of time to enjoy a smoke before getting started.

The Ubese looked over at Amon blankly as the man likely had to kickstart his own bike a few times before it got going.

Spicelord referenced something they spoke of earlier as it was asked if they had collected what he asked for. It irked Amon that they didn't speak freely but he assumed it was something that would reveal itself and he could really only blame himself. The Ubese already apologized to him for it already and instead of making his eyes roll outwardly, he did it internally. "I'll make due." Adapt, it's what he had been doing for every year of his life.

They exited from the warehouse and the reason for the apology became apparent. What Amon could predict as his speeder almost couldn't be qualified as that at all. It was an engine with pieces of metal attached to it and it was more of a hazard to itself than anything that could be found on the road. Amon exhaled quietly at the sight but made his way to the vehicle and drew his hand across the coarse seat as another reminder of its condition. He swung a leg over as well and caught the keys tossed to him.

Spicelord told him they would rendezvous east of the dock before taking off. Amon kicked his feet against the clutch but the bike just let out a dying couch. He kicked the clutch again and the vehicle lurched forward about a foot before stopping again with a huff. Amon simply brought his gaze up from the bike and slowly brought it to the Ubese, his muted grey alight with a fire that had been ignited by the goddamn bike. Without tearing his gaze away from the man, Amon slammed his fist hard against the chassis of the speeder and it rumbled with life as it lifted itself off the ground. If it wasn't for the fact he needed their slicers, the stare would have transformed into something else.

While Spicelord smoked his cigarette, Amon would eventually meet up with him about thirty minutes later as his presence could be followed by a large plume of black smoke that came out the rear of the bike. When he got off of it, it simply fell over to its side but he ignored it and approached the other Sith. "He was right, it's dead. No guards patrolling the outside and no ships have entered. It's some sort of lockdown." Amon took a little detour to see for himself and every one of the Ubese's words ringed true, "We could simply walk through the front door."

Emryc could hear the man arriving from a mile away or more. He had long since finished smoking his cigarra and began to play games on his datapad. His gaze flicked up for just a moment as he watched the other man put-put over and announce his arrival like a great beacon. He focused his attention back on his game as the man parked his bike and had it collapse over.

The unmistakable music from the game Qwent resounded as he leaned against his bike and played. Emryc didn’t look up even when Amon arrived, gaze focused down on the game as he drew his cards. If he heard Amon, he gave no indication of it. There was nothing but the string instruments being played from the game. At some point Amon’s bike made a large banging sound, the back of it falling off randomly.

Emryc didn’t respond for a moment even as Amon spoke, his focus on the game’s last round. Seconds ticked by as he played through it, finally getting that ‘victory’ banner up top. Emryc switched off the datapad and stashed it away before standing up straight.

“These situations don’t happen by accident,” He said quietly as he began to walk. Even he had to admit that not seeing a single soul was alarming. He made his way towards the front door, hesitating for a moment before he applied the Force to push it open. The doors didn’t protest, opening up to reveal a long, dark corridor.

Spicelord didn't acknowledge his presence for a few moments as he was completely absorbed into his game. It scratched him the wrong way as it was clear that the man thought nothing more of this than either a waste of time or was just completely beneath him. It made Amon realize that he was most likely on his own once they entered the building, at least in the way where if he needed assistance, it would have to be from himself instead of the Spicelord.

With the music that played happily and echoed around them with its upbeat tempo and the sound of a piece of the bike falling off after his highly uncomfortable ride, it was the last straw for him. Amon's mouth set into a hard line and he turned to face his speeder bike that laid dead on the ground and the assortment of pieces around it. Without hesitation, he slammed his foot down in the middle of it and used the help of the force to kick it straight down an alleyway with a grunt. Sparks would fly out from under it as both of them would hear a loud crash and the irreplaceable sound of items breaking. The bike ended up at the end of the alley, completely covered in trash and right beside a dumpster where it belonged.

Amon dusted off his coat before walking toward the door with Spicelord as if nothing happened, happy to forget the existence of the bike, "No, they don't." Especially on a place like Nar Shaddaa. Spicelord opened the door first and it only revealed a long hallway. It was remarkably clean and nobody turned the corner to greet them at the sound of their arrival. It was just empty.

Once his foot crossed the threshold, however, it was as if the very air had changed. It was completely still and almost acted like a sort of restraint, as if was muck the two would have to wade through. The artifact was there. Amon didn't turn to Spicelord when he spoke, "You feel that too?" When both of them finally stepped into the hallway, the door would slam close behind them with a groan and seal itself shut. Emergency lights would turn on and flood the hallway as cones of red shone on them and continued on.

At first, Amon thought it was a trap and enforcers would file out but nothing came again. The only thing they would hear was the soft pitch of the wind as they were left alone.

It was a testament to how calm and collected Emryc was that he quietly waited for Amon to let his anger out on the bike. He didn’t laugh or react in any way, starting to advance only when the other man was thoroughly done with his theatrics.

Emryc strode into the hallway with Amon, noting how immaculately clean it was. He barely thought anything else until the doors slammed behind them, the lights flashing on to cast a red hue. Emryc didn’t answer Amon’s question, but he did sigh after they were both trapped. He had been in a strange forest before, and this whole scenario reminded him of that.

“I hope you brought snacks,” He said curtly as he began to walk down the hallway. He had a feeling they would be stuck here a while. The hairs on the back of his neck stood on end, and there was a sense of dread he couldn’t quite explain.

Up ahead, he could hear a thud, as if someone or something were slowly colliding against a door. It happened repeatedly, almost to a rhythm. Emryc blinked in the general direction before taking another step forward. As soon as he did that, the hallway in front of him flickered as if the entire thing were a Holo. It was subtle and quick before it looked like a regular hallway again. Emryc simply stood there staring vacantly at it.

He thought of asking Amon if he had seen it, but he wasn’t keen on the man thinking he was stuck with a potential lunatic. Maybe he simply imagined it….

The only comment that Spicelord gave after the door sealed was that of snacks. Amon simply gave him a passing but questioning look. He had no intention to be stuck here long enough that they would need snacks, they were after all only at a dock with their vehicles not that far away. Well, at least Spicelord's, Amon's could barely be distinguished from the trash.

That's when a repeating thud was made as it echoed from down the hallway. He spun and faced toward it immediately but in a curious manner still, missing the flick that happened but catching Spicelord stopped and staring the hallway. The feeling of dread crept upon his skin as well but it was a feeling that he pushed aside despite the internal warnings. Amon simply stepped past him as he noticed the thumping had stopped, "Let's go." The quicker they retrieved the artifact, the quicker they could actually leave the strange place.

At first, it sounded as if the thumping had came from their right side but when they reached the end of the hallway, it switched and came from their left instead. Amon glanced to the right at first and then to the left, the sound identical in the pace of the beat and volume. It puzzled him slightly but he eventually turned and just followed where it came from to finally figure it out.

When they turned down another hallway, it would appear exactly the same but at the very end of it, there was a dockworker pressed against the door. He would be repeatedly banging his head against the metal as if he had given up the use of his hands and intended to just beat his way out unless his body gave out before his will. When the worker heard footsteps, he turned around and saw both Amon and Spicelord there as they would be able to witness the extent of his damage with his clothes completely soaked and the door covered in blood. His eyes widened and revealed a sort of unnatural haziness that had infected his pupils.

Without warning, he bolted straight toward them at a dead sprint, "LET ME OUT! LET ME OUT PLEASE!" Amon just stared and before the worker could get too close, the door between them slammed shut as they could hear the internal mechanisms locking in place again. "STOP! STOP!" But after a few seconds passed, the sounds of his screams would be cut short and just simply disappear. Amon simply turned to Spicelord, "What the kark is happening?"

Emryc didn’t move a muscle as the worker rushed towards them. The Force curled around him as he prepared to blast the man back. However, the door abruptly slammed in place and the screams stopped. The man vaguely appeared to be an AMS zombie, but those things couldn’t talk. A chill went down Emryc’s spine, and he glared ahead.

“This place is kriffed,” He said gruffly, staring at the door that slammed in front of them. He looked around and turned towards the other hallway they had been walking towards, “Let’s try that way,” Emryc said as he began to walk. The door that slammed shut would be difficult to open and he wanted to explore other paths.

As he kept looking around, however, he noticed that all the doors were shut and heavily fortified. The red hue from the emergency lights still dimly lit up the hallways. Emryc paused for a moment before glancing up to see a vent covering. He applied the Force to it till the screws popped out and it clattered to the floor. Emryc turned to look at Amon.

“Might be a better path,” Or maybe hopefully less creepy. He used the Force to jump up to catch the lip and hoist himself up. He was rather uncomfortable cramming his large frame into the vent, but the path was clear ahead. Emryc began to crawl through the shaft, glancing down through the vents when he could. He paused at one, seeing what appeared to be an old woman walking around in a hospital gown below. He kept looking until it almost seemed as if the woman was tilting her head to look up, and parts of her face were missing. Emryc kept moving.

It took a lot to unsettle the half sephi, but this place was doing it. He came across a bi-directional juncture and he tried to think of where to go. For some reason he couldn’t sense this artifact in the Force as was the case with most of these. Cursing inwardly, he decided to go left.

Amon stared at the door that had shut itself in front of them, his eyes unable to be torn away. The image of the man wouldn't escape from the forefront of his mind. It was one of the rare times he had seen someone completely hopeless, the life in their eyes gone while their husk prevented them from dying. There had been a few people that he met like that and he could include himself in that list, a long time ago. "No need to say it again." He softly muttered.

Amon constantly checked behind him but he would just be constantly greeted with nothing. It was as if they could only go where the building wanted them to go, or at least the artifact and that fact unsettled him greatly. When Spicelord pointed out the air vent and unscrewed the lid, Amon inhaled calmly, his heart beginning to pick up in its beat at the unpleasant sight. "Yeah." He muttered softly while sweat lined his forehead, his gaze just locked on the vent.

After Spicelord hoisted himself up and fitted himself inside, Amon took a few steps and stood directly under the vent afterward. He closed his eyes and exhaled before jumping up and entering himself. At first, he crawled forward inch by inch and didn't look up, his eyes locked on the ground the entire time. While Spicelord saw the nurse, he didn't as his gaze didn't even lift an inch, "Move, move." When he passed the vent where the hospital woman was, nothing was there.

They reached a split in the vents and it left them to make their own decision. Spicelord decided to go left and because of the constricted fit, Amon would have to wait for the man to fully make his turn before he could proceed. His gloved hands closed to fists as he waited, his knuckles turning white underneath the fabric.

After he made the turn himself, Spicelord was completely gone and was replaced only with darkness. Amon dropped onto his stomach, his head snapping to the left and then to the right with panic. His breathing became erratic as it just slipped out of his control, "Hey! SPICE!" But there wouldn't be a response except for his echo and he just simply slapped his forehead against the metal as he tried to calm himself down.

When he peered down it again, he could sense something, he wasn't alone. The darkness there turned into a void and he didn't know if it was a trick or actually happening but it started to inch toward him. About halfway the darkness stopped and he could see the shape of a head. It slowly pressed forward and would become visible to reveal another faceless worker. A muffled scream came out where its mouth should have been as it extended its hand out before crawling towards him. Amon instantly went back the way he came as he gave no care to be quiet with the sound of his hands and knees thudding against the sheet metal. He found the vent they entered from and simply fell out of it and onto his back, his gaze locked toward the hole as he nearly hyperventilated.

Emryc didn’t need to be told twice, quickly shuffling through the vent. He kept crawling after he took the left turn, eventually coming across another juncture. That was when he realized the other man wasn’t behind him. He could hear him calling and he used the juncture to spin back around. Emryc crawled back and could see the man pressed against the shaft.

“Keep it together, man!” He hissed as he reached towards the man to yank him. However, the man raised his face and it was a faceless worker where he thought the man had been. It gave out an anguished wail and Emryc quickly scrambled backwards out of instinct, “Kriff!” He blasted the Force towards the creature just in time to hear something drop with a thud from the way they came.

Emryc kept moving backwards towards the path he had been on. He glanced down and saw a seemingly empty room, moving the vent cover and jumping down slowly. He felt sick to his stomach, the hairs on the back of his neck standing on end. He walked over and pressed his ear against the wall of the room to hear on the other side. He could hear what sounded like faint whispering, but he had no idea where the man was.

He looked around the room he was in and it had an old, metal gurney in it that appeared to have bloodstains on it. There was a drain on the floor that had crusty old blood collected around it.

Amon remained where he was on the ground, his eyes locked on the vent as he waited for the faceless creature to come out. Seconds passed, then minutes, and when nothing came out, he just closed his eyes and focused on his breathing. His chest had risen and fallen rapidly but with a few breathing techniques, it soon found an even pace as he calmed himself. He wiped his face of the sweat that had accumulated from the experience of being closed in more than the actual thing up there.

When he placed his hand on the ground, instead of feeling solid metal, a splash would be made as his hand dipped into a liquid. Amon immediately flicked his eyes toward the floor and found a few inches of water that covered the ground as if a pipe had burst. He stood up as he stared at his own reflection. It was still his face and he patted it just to confirm everything was there.

But he couldn't help but notice the light that reflected from the water. It was an orange hue instead of red and it was from candles that lined the entirety of the floor, their flames flicking but active and hot. The red lights had disappeared but there were dozens of them to make up for it as a replacement. They led down the hall and converged at the door at the end of it, slightly ajar but not fully open. A sort of deep hum could be heard from the room it led to and he started to walk towards it.

The Dark Side leaked from the room and nearly choked the air. It surged through his veins as it made him feel light on his feet but he couldn't shake the feeling of dread as the hairs on the back of his neck stood up. Reaching the door, the hum had grown louder and there were clearly multiple voices in unison. Instead of opening it, he peeked through the slit to get a clear view.

It was a small room but faceless completely filled it, some standing and holding their arms high in the air, some on their knees in a praying position. They all hummed together but that's not what caught his attention. There was a symbol on the wall they all faced and it was a perfect circle colored red. In the center was a diamond with an eye in it, a bloody tear dripping from it as it appeared to be actively crying. All of it was blood. Amon tried to angle his head to view more but that's when a faceless one peeked at him from the other side of the door through the slit. "Kark!" He shouted before immediately kicking the door and keeping his foot on it to make sure it was sealed. They were worshipping it.

Emryc stepped away from the wall and walked towards the door that led from the room. He slowly opened it, peeking out to see if the coast was clear before exiting. He was out in the hallway, his keen ears picking up on the voices he heard. He kept walking and traversing several different hallways till he reached one that had the glow of lights again.

He could smell the coppery stench of blood as he kept walking, glancing down to see his feet submerged in thick pools of blood. Emryc stared down for a moment, gazing into the crimson liquid. He moved his feet, seeing it swirl and displace when he did so. A chill ran down his spine as he tried to determine what was real and what wasn’t.

He heard a voice up ahead and a slam. Emryc ignored the blood, rushing down the hallway till he spotted the other man trying to push a door shut. He didn’t question it, running in to slam his shoulder against the door to keep it shut. Emryc quickly grabbed the other man and briefly spun him around to face him.

“Kriff it’s you this time..”
He said with a sense of relief as he kept pressing against the door. There was an unnatural force from the other side, and even when he applied all his strength it was getting difficult to hold, “It won’t hold!”

He barely got the words out when both men were blasted clear back across the hallway. They both splashed into whatever they had been standing in moments prior, the door wide open now.

Amon kept his foot on the door as the hums continued from the other side. After a few seconds, it stopped however and he lowered his foot as he stared at the door with a questioning look. But suddenly, screams came from the other side as the door started to be banged on and shake in its place. He immediately thrust his body against the door to act as a barrier for it as the screams grew louder and louder.

He was so focused on the door he didn't even see Spicelord approach him before joining in as he pressed against the door. When he placed a hand on his shoulder and spun him around, Amon was ready with a fist but then he noticed that it was indeed him. "Took you long enough!" It was the only thing he could say as he was just glad the two of them have found each other and it was his way of showing appreciation. The door continued to shake until it would just swing open with new strength and send them both flying back.

Amon rolled backward as he became covered in the blood that pooled the entirety of the floor. When he glanced up, his hair was completely matted down and he pushed it out the way to clearly see. The eye that had been on the wall now cried multiple tears but someone stepped in the way and blocked the view of it for both of them. It was another faceless he assumed, adorned in a black robe that barely fit as he stepped out from the room. He was taller than both of the Sith and he pulled down his hood before the robe simply dropped into the blood.

The circle and the eye had been cut into the man's face, completely symmetrical as it turned its head to look at the both of them like he could actually see with it, a low growl rumbling from this throat even though he didn't have a mouth. Some sort of symbols, either Sith or more archaic then that had been carved all across from him and into his muscles. The two of them could even see the veins ripple as they coursed with energy. Some type of unknown power flowed through him, it was Darkside but even more nefarious than he had ever felt before.

The monster reached behind its pants and pulled out two blades, both of them ornate in design and the blades black as the void. Its eye went to Emryc at first and then Amon, the hallway falling into a deathly silence for the briefest of moments before he charged right at them.

Emryc splashed into the blood, the thick liquid drenching his armor. He could smell the stench of copper as he quickly shuffled to his feet and splashed in the blood. He rose to see the faceless monster before them. He could sense the dark side of the Force coursing through him, and the runes that marked his body looked vaguely familiar. Emryc was a bit too preoccupied to really study the markings, focusing instead on the blades that came out.

The man moved lightning fast, and Emryc abruptly pivoted and ducked to let the thing pass. He drew his saber and whirled around, expecting to slice the man in the back. However, he instead saw Amon in front of him, coming right at him.

“What the-” Emryc hesitated just for a moment. Unfortunately, it was enough for the beast to whirl in with an elbow and slam directly into Emryc’s chest. He stumbled back and shook his head, reeling from pain. He decided he had to keep fighting even if it meant potentially harming his ally. He simply couldn’t leave things to chance.

The faceless man rushed at Amon next, first abruptly making the hallway completely dark to where it was impossible to see. Then the man sliced in low towards Amon’s legs with both blades.

The monster charged full steam ahead and when it closed the distance, Amon dove forward and rolled out of the way as his movement splashed the wall with blood. He cleared one of the daggers and spun around once he regained his balance. Spicelord was in front of him and he expected the man to strike when he found the opening but he hesitated for the briefest of moments for reasons the other couldn't see. The faceless landed an elbow right into his chest and forced him back before turning his attention to Amon.

The faceless man charged at him next as the hallway descended into darkness. While he couldn't see, he could hear and each thunderous footstep was accompanied by a splatter from the blood on the ground. Amon's eyes honed in where the noise came from as it got closer and closer, one of his lightsaber hilts zipping to his right hand but turned off. When one of the splashes happened a few feet from him, he jumped back as the blades aimed for his legs crossed over each other but only carved through the air.

Amon activated his blade then, the room filling with crimson light as it basked the faceless brute in the same light as well. Its head snapped up toward him and the Sith raised his lightsaber above his head to strike. But as the blade was pulled back and so was the light, it coated the faceless in darkness for the briefest of seconds. When the lightsaber came back down, it was Spicelord instead standing there and it made him pause just enough. The faceless lunged toward him and slashed one of the black daggers right into his ribs as he could feel it split flesh but he still managed to slash with his weapon.

It was a flesh wound, he could already tell as it went cleanly through the cut and could still move his limbs. Amon fell backward into the blood before getting up instantly with a painful grunt as the two could hear the faceless make a muffled scream. The slash had happened right on the face of the creature and across the eye, struggling to regain whatever senses it could claim with it as it dropped one of the knives. While they had a moment, he turned toward Spicelord and picked up the knife with the force, "Come here Spice."

Without asking, he gave two quick slashes on one of the chest plates, making a small X that was distinguishable. Amon then created an X on his chest as well. He was sick of the bullshit with the illusions and he turned back in the direction of the faceless afterward before simply just tossing the dagger over his shoulder once it was done and got ready.

While Amon dealt with the faceless man, Emryc used the Force to slam the door to the ritual room shut. He turned in time to see the monster slash at the other Sith, but the man got a counter hit in. Emryc was about to go in for another attack when Amon randomly walked up with a dagger getting ready to casually carve up his armor.

“Whoa whoa,” Emryc hissed, using the Force to abruptly hold the man’s arm in place, “This is the armor of Darth Kravos. I’m not letting you graffiti it,” He growled before he reached down to place his hand in the blood and rose up, drawing a smiley face on his own chest that was very obvious and noticeable even if he got more blood on it. Emryc spared Amon by not scoffing at the x he had carved into his armor.

Emryc didn’t waste more time, rushing in with his saber as the faceless man turned on him. The monster was sluggish with his movements this time, stumbling around with its free arm to punch and claw. Emryc once again saw Amon, but couldn’t see the x on the chest and knew what he was facing. Emryc didn’t hesitate, slashing in with the saber and cutting right through its arm.

The limb fell with a splash, leaving the creature to cry shrilly as it charged at Amon, attempting to pin the man into the wall.

Amon pressed the knife toward but it was halted by the force and he pulled it back as he rolled his eyes even though there was a monster down the hall, "Kriff, don't be a baby right now. It's still just armor." The point of it was to protect someone and that meant it was eventually going to get marked up, Darth or not. Spice then bent down to collect some blood and drew a smiley face on his chest. He wasn't expecting that and he simply glanced down at the drawing and then at Spice before facing the direction of the brute, "Nice touch." He still cut the X into his clothes as he preferred a permeant mark then one that could be wiped away.

Spice charged in and Amon patiently closed the distance behind him, waiting for his opening and to prevent confusion. The arm of the creature was cut off as it swung but continued moving forward. The strike across its eye seemed to have neutered its senses heavily and as it made a desperate charge, Amon easily stepping to the faceless' armless side as he slammed his lightsaber into the creature's stomach and let momentum do the rest.

He dragged the blade from the middle of the faceless' stomach to nearly its middle back and with the help of it rushing forward, it practically caused the damage to itself. Amon spun out of it as his blade was yanked free from him, the monster charging right into the wall and colliding into it hard. It stumbled back and turned towards the pair, half of its torso cut open as its intestines spilled out freely before it simply collapsed to the ground.

Amon breathed a little heavily from the exertion and was covered in blood from the whole fight in the hallway. He turned towards Spice as he would be covered in blood as well and pointed to his chest, "Nice smiley there." More than half its face would be covered, one of the eyes only standing out fully. He touched his ribs and grunted slightly as he pulled back his hand to see his gloved freshly soaked from it. But he turned to face toward the door where the ritual had been as he had no problem waiting for Spice before proceeding.

“Just armor..” He repeated in exasperation, but they would have to debate this later.

Emryc watched as the creature stumbled with its guts spilling out before collapsing on the ground. He poked it a few times with his boot before he was convinced it was dead. Emryc turned to glance at the other Sith as he sarcastically commented on the smiley. He looked down, seeing it half covered.

“If you’re coming at me, I’ll stop you. Don’t worry,” He said smoothly, using the Force to call one of the monster’s blades to his hand. He walked towards the door and turned to look at the man.

“Three...two….one…” He used the Force to yank the door open. This would hopefully be timed with Amon unleashing a blast to knock everyone in the room back at the same time. Emryc didn’t wait, rushing in directly afterwards as he whirled his saber and the monster’s blade around like a dervish.

The sound of screeching and wailing erupted, a waterfall of blood raining down from the eye now.
