BIOGRAPHY
Born in Lavo, capital of the Poylarr nation of Ruten, Longoom was a member of a family of fairly dubious ancestry. His great-grandfather Yonn Neades was the only Poylarr to have officially joined Leia Organa's Resistance after assassinating a pro-First Order government official and fleeing the planet. His grandfather, Kamar Neades, was weak and sickly (rumored to be because he was the child of two barely-genetically compatible humans and near-humans), and only lived on Poyl long enough to have 2 children before dying in his 30s. His father, Pater Neades, bucked the trend by being completely unremarkable. Living a dull life in a restaurant-owning family in the (reconstructed) old town of Lavo, Longoom could only dream of escape and adventure. As a child, he dreamed of a life in Vorsh, the commercial and cultural center of Poyl. As he grew older, his ambition grew to a life on Farasht, the rich, advanced, and spacefaring twin planet. As a young man, his visions left the Kenaz worlds entirely, wanting to live among the neon lights of Coruscant or the wide open expanses of some outer rim outpost. His first step was a small one, crossing the border against his parents' wishes to attend the University of Monask in Lita. It was here that Longoom met the two people who would become his best friends, the Litarr Maers Khovich and the Farashti Dana Grenst.

As with most other Poylarr, Longoom was drafted into the military of his perspective nation at 22. Not wanting the drudgery of army life or the vast nothingness sailing Poyl's vast ocean as a naval sailor, Longoom chose to join the flying corps, a pilot in the 46th LRAC Air Wing/18th Imperial Poylarr Atmospheric Heavy Squadron. To his disappointment, Longoom was assigned as a transport pilot, ferrying men and materiel from base to base in slow, lumbering aircraft, never even getting a chance to leave the atmosphere. Competent enough at his duties, Longoom was quietly promoted to Lieutenant and eventually captain.

Completing his 8 years of active-duty service, Longoom was transferred to the reserves and released to the freedom of a civilian career. Now with the opportunity to do so, Longoom rushed to find the easiest and fastest way off-planet and into the greater galaxy. Seeking out Maers and Dana, the trio enlisted in the Kenaz Ambassadorial Corps, a government-sponsored program to send young Kenaz men and women into the galaxy to help bolster the image of the worlds looked on warily by the other Free Worlds Alliance members, and to build economic, personal, and cultural connections.

Personality
Often seen as the "straight man" to his companions, Longoom's personality could best be described as grounded. His sense of humor is dry and quipy, and only really brought out when the timing is perfect. Calm, cool, and collected, Longoom smoothly was elevated to the unofficial leader of the travelling trio, and often takes the lead when engaging in any sort of important conversations.

Longoom personal beliefs run contrary to mainstream Poylarr society. Unlike his travelling companion, Longoom's belief in the Kenaz gods can be described as agnostic at best and atheistic at worst. He also finds his planet's cling to its Imperial past to be little more than ridiculous cosplaying at this point, although as a southerner, the general loyalty to the Imperial system was always weaker than that in the north. Seeing his fellow Kenaz as essentially provincial, Longoom truly believes he would be more at home in a core world ecumenopolis. However, once he actually interacts with the rest of the galaxy, Longoom will very quickly learn just how Poylarr he is.

Skills
A former pilot, Longoom's major skills come from his military training. Skilled in piloting aerofoil airspeeders, arguably more difficult than repulsorlift vehicles, Longoom is able to pilot most transports or freighters with only a small retraining period. He is also a decent marksman with a pistol, both blaster and slugthrower. Always meaning to leave Poyl, Longoom took it upon himself to become fluently bilingual in both Kenaz and Galactic Basic, able to seemlessly read the Aurebesh alphabet and speak Basic at the speed of a native speaker. Longoom's great grandfather was the first Kenaz in two thousand years to be born with true force sensitivity, a fact hidden from Poylarr society, and Longoom inherited a small amount of the ability. While he is far too weak in the force to utilize any of the physical abilities, he can feel a small level of natural premonition that manifests itself in a series of strong hunches.

Just and FYI, the force sensitivity needs a yes or no entry, needs to be clearer than “none significant”.
