Will we be friends or will we be foes? Anything goes for me! Note: I'm looking for a focus on character growth and acquisition of stuff/quest-rewards, not kills/deaths. I'll pm you with details of my ideas and look forward to your ideas too!

But I was thinking my Exile and your Basadi are after the same goal: the loot. We either treat the thread as a contest with some friendly pvp and the winner (whether by k/o or quicker theft) gets awarded the loot, or we work as a team and split less loot between us. I love a good double cross, but also some forced cooperation due to necessity is also great.

Depending on the story of the plot we go with, if we choose to raid a particular Faction's depot or just some small outpost then that would add more flavor than I'm giving rn. I'm open to do a Hutt on rival Hutt thing, or even a particular Exile sub-faction my character wouldn't mind going against. Or Onderon or wherever really. You have a preference?

The loot would be some frags, weapons, armor and stuff - maybe some credits or spikes. If you're looking for a more long-term story we could steal marked goods that bring hunters after us in a following thread. Not a huge payout of loot though as I don't want the rewards to be more than a single thread's worth of earnings.

Here's the thing, Anz is a calculator. If he ever came across an Exile trying to rob the same arms depot as him he'd instantly try to get that Exile on his side, he prefers to make relationships not rivalries.

The real issue for me is coming up with a good target to hit and a good reason to do it. Anz is ambitious so knocking over a small indepentant gang on a Hutt controlled world is right up his alley. But as for going after governments or main factions? That won't be on his radar till much later. So I figure we could end up unwittingly going after the same gang, Anz to steal resources Sindri for whatever reason. They meet in the crossfire and Anz lays on the charm in the aftermath. Sound good?

How about a small gang, a rival to one of Anz' usual employers. They occupy an old slum, sort of an apartment column like a bee hive (kinda like in that movie Raid) but sunken into the dark depths under crisscrossing platforms. Their weapons in actual use are scarce and sub-par though, as they hoard their best stuff in their armory. Their boss' out of control little brother recently killed a Hutt's preferred dancer girl or something, so maybe that would also give you some brownie points? And I'm still thinking about why I want Síndri there.

I'll work up a plot outline and pm you for your thumbs-up before submitting?

Ok! How about we go with Kei as the Jedi and Damien for an additional indie slot.

What if Kei needs to spring a captured young Jedi or just a regular person that's helped Kei out in the past that maybe he owes, and my Exile needs to spring a captured convict he had a business deal with or is connected to the business deal somehow? If you're into it Fyston, Damien could be the imprisoned convict my Exile wants to spring? Maybe both of the imprisoned are being moved together or are held together somewhere, forcing both to be freed at some point; though Kei might take issue with letting the convict go later?

And like I said, I'm not looking for a notch on my hilt here. Just looking to build connections in story, for better or worse.

Damien is a dirty cop but hasn't been discovered yet so I'm not sure that having him in prison would fit that. That said, he could be helping you out with the jailbreaking or something like that.

Oh ok! Like Damien's an inside conspirator for my Exile? He needs my guy Síndri to pay him and wants the thrill but doesn't want to be discovered?

For money, and especially weapons, he would be willing to break the rules and perhaps fake a fight with an intruder, your exile, so that said intruder could cut through the cell door. Said fight would also include accidentally jamming a door or two, resulting in it taking more time for the authorities to get there.
