Onderon, the Jungle world was awash with life. In the capital city of Iziz hundreds of ships came and went everyday. Somewhere amongst them was a tiny freighter crewed by four people sent on a suicide mission to the moon Dxun. Foot traffic was heavy moving in and out of the space port, speeders flew every which way whether they were on the ground or in the air and it was all back dropped by the setting sun and the aforementioned moon, Dxun.

Two Jedi wandered around the city, having been called here by a Knight who claimed to have received a vision from the force. Apparently those four explorers were going to both get themselves killed and unleash some unfortunate evil on the Demon moon. So he gathered a few Jedi and set about looking for these errant adventurers to hopefully save their lives and prevent some old sith artifacts from coming loose in the galaxy.

Well, the time had come. His new and Very Good Buddy, Ash Valentine, had finally lost his mind. The man claimed he was seeing visions through the Force of demons and explorers and apocalypse type stuff. He had insisted it wasn't drugs or lack of sleep, though, so Hannibal humored him and agreed to go searching. He barely believed in Force visions, though that may have something to do with the fact he never received any, only vague feelings and intuition. Certainly Hannibal's practical and Force skills were well suited to finding people and things, but this tended to be easier when he himself knew what the hell he was looking for. As it was, he would just have to rely on his intuition to lead him to these mysterious travelers.

Bah. Knowing how stories tended to go, Hannibal wouldn't be surprised if the four Jedi were actually the doom-unleashing travelers and the prize at the end of the quest was friendship or something. Shrugging off his overactive imagination he double checked his gear, making sure his blaster was still in place on his right hip and his lightsaber was firmly locked into the shoulder mag holster beneath his jacket. All good so far.

He looked over to his companion, a Jedi he don't think he'd ever properly met in his career, his smirk turning into a small grin that lit up his face. "So, shall we check the port itself or the nearest cantina? Adventurers like taverns, right?"

Jacob was familiar with the precognitive capabilities of the force, especially as someone who spent hours meditating. However for someone to get a full vision of the future, especially such a tragic event, was a bit startling for the young knight. Regardless if someone needed his help he would be there to lend it and it seemed as though Ash was sure about the possible tragedy. Jacob was better suited to investigating and hunting, but usually the event had already happened for his skills to kick in. He didn't even know where to start, much less how to exactly find these aforementioned adventurers.

Regardless here Jacob stood with a new person he had yet to meet standing next to him as he pulled the hood of his robes up and took a look around. He only had his lightsaber with him, hidden under his cloak with his hood pulled up. As he examined the crowd it slowly dawned on him how this was looking for a womp rat in a dessert. He began to pour over the basics in his head to make sure there wasn't anything they weren't thinking of. It got to the point where he was starting to overthink, his thoughts racing too fast for him to fully catch up.

He soon snapped out of his daze as he heard his fellow knight speak, his words sparking an idea. "While not exactly as forward as that, I am sure if we ask around the cantina we are sure to get some answers regarding any freighters headed to Dxun. I doubt the moon sees that much traffic afterall right?"

Hannibal playfully rolled his eyes at Jacob's response. Isn't that basically what he said? Chuckling mostly to himself he nodded, already beginning to move towards the cantina that served as a water hole for those landing in the spaceport, smoothly slipping around others in the loose crowd. He was well used to cities far more packed than this one and could weave through a forest of bodies almost automatically. The cantina itself was a simple place by the name of the Smart Woodpecker, a bit of painted art above the door featuring a small bird in a very sharp Onderon-style suit. Classy.

Inside it was busy as all spaceport cantinas tend to be, a thick haze of cigarra smoke and alcohol permeating the air. Ah, now this was familiar. Grinning turned to his compatriot, assuming he'd followed along,
"I'm gonna talk to the bartender. Want a drink while I'm there?" he asked, waiting only long enough to get an answer before heading to the bar to put in his order and try his damndest to describe the group of four adventurers, third party, from a Force vision.

Lord his job was weird.
