Happy May everyone! It's time for the monthly newsletter. Lots of rank-ups for this last month, so congratulations to everyone for their hard work! Awesome to see.

Site Updates

As you might have noticed, @Aberforth updated the thread prefixes on the site. In additon, colors of the factions have changed. Jedi are now Green. Imperials are now blue .etc
Imperials now have their own sub-forum, now separate from the Sith forum, as well as having their own banners.

General Time Update

Time has advanced one (1) years since the last newsletter
It is now 122 years after the Battle of Exegol, we are in 157 ABY (After Battle of Yavin).

Please be aware that in general time is fluid on SWRP.

Raze Unleashed!

@Darth Raze, formerly the Sith persona of @Emryc Thorne, was severed from Emryc's mind. His emergence caused a pulse in the Force that could be felt by Force users across the Galaxy.
In a surprise assault on the Jedi temple on Ithor, Darth Raze showed up and began doing what he does best - laying waste to the temple and the Jedi within. Will the Jedi manage to survive, or will they all be doomed at the hand of the abomination?

We now have the answer to this question. The Jedi all died, @Kaisa Vanloa, @Sylphrena @Reinhart Grimm @Oren Zapan @Caris Orlan all fell in battle as they heroically tried to stop Raze, it was in vain, although Raze was exhausted by the end of the fight. The herdship city fell and crashed on the planet unknowingly due to the machinations of @Arla. The dark figure responsible for the slaughter of the Jedi has been called the "Scourge of Ithor".

Catalyst of Progess

In the aftermath of the Free Worlds and New Republic ceasing to exist, a new session of Galactic Senate would occur.
It was a short session, both on behalf of the Empire @Levik Karn accepted surrender, conceeding to ISC President @Emryc Thorne.
In the session, Governor of Llanic @Jade Archer proposed tribunals and bringing in Sith war criminals involved in the 'Firreree Fire' and orbital bombardment of Kashyyyk to face justice at the hand of the Galactic Senate.
Levik Karn agreed to those terms leading us into...

Battle for Dathomir

Though it'd been years since the fall of Firrerre under Sith fire, an event which the former Sith Empress, Andruil, took credit for, the Queen of Dathomir has apparently run out of time.
In the most recent Galactic Senate, Commander @Levik Karn declared that the Imperial Empire would "go to Dathomir to arrest the Sith Empress Darth Andruil" after attending member @Jade Archer challenged the Commander to label all those involved in the assaults on Firrerre and Kashyyyk as war criminals.
So, led by Imperial Grand-Marshall @Altair Din, the Imperial forces descended upon Dathomir to face the Nightsisters, the planet, and Andruil herself in an attempt to arrest the former Empress.
Will the Imperials be successful, or will they perish to the Nightsisters on their homeworld?

"Rejoice and surrender!" The Great, Mighty, and Wealthy @Nor'baal Desilijic has reclaimed Kessel as the "rightful property of the Hutt Clans" in his invasion of the planet.
