Jaleer was sitting outside in the gardens of the temple, an if anyone looked at him would think he was in total peace with himself and everything around him, but that couldn't be further from the truth. The sage right now was freaking out, thinking of how old he was getting, that his old padawans children had grown up so much. It made the sage want to look in the mirror to look for gray hair or something else that would tell his advancing age.

Even if he was only about 40 years old it still worried to heck out of him, even if he had a task for the young padawans he just didn't want to admit that he was to late to have children of his own. Which would totally suck, like he didn't know the first thing of being a dad yet he was already running out of time to start that process.

Looking around he waited for the padawans hoping that he would see them, soon but if they were anything like their parents it wouldn't be surprising if they were late. Something the sage was guilt of in more than one occasion. His ship a YG 4210 was visible in the distance waiting for the kids to come and carry them on to their task for today.

Adun eased back on the throttle of the ship as they neared the temple hanger. He sent off the proper codes to the flight control station and began the landing sequence. He never did get the exact model of freighter he wanted, but it was alright those costed credits he would much rather spend funding his clinic on Corellia. The graying knight had already had his shot of glory years ago at the close of the war, but he did miss the excitement of those days just a slight amount. He looked over at the co-pilot seat at his wife and smiled at her. The past few years had been an adjustment for the both of them. Their daughter seemed to have taken up her fathers nature, while their son had become more like his mother. The two had done their best teaching their children the basics, but they soon decided it would be better for their children to learn from the order rather than weekly lessons conducted in secret. Adun keyed the intercom and spoke to their passengers in the back. "Kids grab your things, we're starting landing procedures." He released the switch and sighed at the sight before him. "Never thought I'd come back here."

Cain jerked to consciousness as a voice boomed through the seating area. He relaxed though upon realizing it was his fathers voice. He rubbed his eyes, still half asleep as he turned to his sister and cousin nearby. "Are we there yet? We've been on this thing for ages! I thought dad was suppose to be good at this piloting stuff." He moved a lock of hair out from his face and crossed his arms in annoyance. "Did mom even tell you about this old guy we are suppose to be talking to? Because I could of sworn Aunt Anara didn't like this guy very much."

Tamara sat up from the bunk she was lying on and switched off the music she was listening to,"From what I hear, I wouldn't like him either" She smiled and put her headphones back in again, then she shoved her music player into one of her pockets and went to fetch her backpack. They had returned from an excursion from Kuat, where they looked at the planet wide shipyards on her own insistence, and now she was back in time to continue her training, but not after a quick visit with a man she doesn't know. She pulled one of the arms of the bag over her shoulder and waited for the ship to land. While Tamara waited, she spoke her parents in the cockpit using the intercom,"So what are we gonna do while you have your old people discussion?"

She was finally starting to pick up on her mother's witty nature, and her mom was fine with it,"You're coming with us to meet him. Maybe he can teach you two something" Tammy crossed her arms,"But I already have a master" "I don't CARE! You WILL come and meet him!!" She sighed and lightly headbutted the bulkhead,"Yes, mom" She was still more her father than her mother. The ship slowly touched down on the temple's landing pad and the shuttle door opened. Tamara walked out first, followed by her parents. It was as bright and sunny as a regular Chandrila day. She loved it here. It was so peaceful, easy to train, meditate and study. This was certainly the best place to put a massive Jedi temple.

Taylor jolted at hearing her uncle's voice. She sighed as she pulled one side of her headphones back and heard what her uncle was saying. After he had finished, Cain spoke up and she turned her attention to him as he asked a question. She scoffed lightly before responding. "I think Uncle Adun pretty much just said we were here." she smiled shaking her head lightly, pulling her headphones and music player off and put it into her shoulder bag. She looked to Tamara who mentioned that she didn't like the man very much. "Maybe he's different now. We should give him a chance." she said giving her a tiny smile. Taylor heard Tamara's question on what they were doing when her aunt and uncle were doing their old people discussion and Taylor turned away to laugh so she wouldn't be heard over the comm.

Going on these things with her mom's family was pretty awesome. Tamara and Cain seemed to connect pretty well with Taylor going with the fact that they were cousins... Taylor followed Tamara out and then hung out in the back behind her aunt and uncle. She looked around to the areas she could see. It was a sunny day with a light breeze blowing. Something she had seemed to always love other than snow and ice.

Jaleer was already remembering some of the times he spent with his old padawans, and his hair probably started to whiten right there, oh how he felt old, and he was going to tell someone how old he felt. Both for pity points plus it was entertaining to mess with someone, as long as it was done correctly, smiling his goofy smile he walked up towards the ship seeing it land, hoping that these kids would become good jedi. Sensing the many life forces within the ship, he smiled and couldn't believe his eyes three young adults walked down, now was when, Jaleer truly felt the years weight on him, how much older he has become seeing the next generation coming already. It was something that the sage couldn't believe, even if he knew that they should be around that age.

Deciding it was best to introduce himself, he wore his jedi robes with his hood down, and his hair down, falling down his back, and his beard which was unkept long and a sign of his old age. Though he was near 40 his features were at most 30's thanks to the force keeping him young though they couldn't change the fact he was aging.

"Hello there, Adun, Rayla, glad to see you two doing so well. Now I can guess theses kids are the future of the order? My glad I will be getting a good retirement than." Laughing at his own joke the man knew there was no such thing as retirement for him, not one he will accept anyway.

"It really is good to see you guys again, been far to long." Jaleer spoke more serious but still with the smile, and even the kids could sense his pride of the two adults.

Adun smiled and bowed in respect to his former master. "Its good to see you in good health Master Jaleer, it has been too long." The jedi knight gestured to the children around him. "These three shouldnt cause any problems, compared to what you went through with us." Adun smirked and nudged his wife with a suggestive gaze in his eye. "Besides, the kids need a break from us." Cain looked at the bearded master before him before looking at his parents. They couldnt be serious, this guy didnt look at all what he thought a jedi master should look like. They had dragged him across three systems to be taught by some bedraggled jedi? He crossed his arms and huffed in annoyance with the attitude he had recieved from his mother. "You dont look so tough. I thought jedi masters were suppose to be intimidating and stuff. You just look like some old guy."

Rayla followed suite with Adun a second later and bowed to the master. She said a simple 'hello' and allowed her husband to speak with him. She knew Adun had a much more easy going relationship with their former master and did well not to distract him, but instead smiled at her children and niece. Once he was done and Cain spoke up, sharing his thoughts to the master, Ray couldn't help but snicker.

Tamara simply grinned at her brother and joked at him,
"If Jedi are supposed to look tough then you still got a long way to go, little bro" Cain was actually older than her by about five minutes, but she couldn't care less. She unfolded her crossed arms and gave a short bow to Master Jaleer,"Hello, I'm Tamara. The idiot next to me is Cain", she gestured towards the slightly taller togruta standing beside her,"My cousin here is Taylor"

Taylor came out from behind Rayla and Adun and stood next to Tamara. She looked over at Cain when he mentioned that the master looked old instead of tough. "Cain, not all Jedi have to look tough. Being smart and educated is more important than looking big and tough." maybe he'd remember learning about the old masters.. or maybe not. She studied alot about the masters and masters before them. She saw her Aunt smile at them and she smiled back.

When Tamara introduced her to the master, Taylor bowed her head in respect. "Hello." she said somewhat shyly. She wasn't usually shy, but when meeting new people she tended to be more quiet than spunky around them.

Jaleer laughed it was rich and showed the bright side of the jedi even if he was a bit hurt, it was mostly just hilarious to think that Jedi masters were suppose to be intimidating. But Jaleer felt glad to hear Adun, and though him and Rayla weren't on the best of terms it was glad to see them both again. Even if they were not going to stay and Jaleer was going to have to watch over the kids now.

"Thanks it is great to see you too Adun, I am sure I can handle them, besides you weren't that much of a problem for me." Jaleer spoke trying to be nice with his past padawan.

"Well sorry man young friend, I didn't look as scary as you wanted, but I hope that I can least teach you something." Jaleer spoke with a friendly and as calm as a Jedi knight should not a warrior but a peacekeeper the way, Jaleer felt the Jedi should be like.

Adun looked down at his son, aghast over the comment the young man had made. He wasn't exactly surprised, Cain had the attitude of his mother and was about as subtle as rancor on ice. Still, he knew there was no point in lecturing him, he had long since given up on reforming that part of his son. He smiled faintly and shook his head "Cain, please be respectful to Master Jaleer. If you don't believe he can hold his own just ask your mother about her experience with him."

Cain huffed and flicked a lock of his hair away from the side of his face. He both resented and respected his father's approach to dealing with him; he wasn't the easiest person to get along with after all. Although Cain desired to have a serious one on one with his old man, he felt that deep down his dad was capable of defeating him easily. Not that Cain was surprised, his mother had told him of how his quiet and reserved father had snapped on a few occasions. Which made him wonder if perhaps that same feral anger was something he could learn to tap into. "Fine...... But that still doesn't change the fact that he's old."

"You'll be old too, and then the next generation will do the same", Tamara was quickly annoyed with her brother's arrogance. She could also be that way sometimes, but she at least recognised it and stopped before other people started to think lowly of her,"For now you could at least show some respect" Her mother stopped them before this got out of hand,"Well let's not stand out here all day, let's go inside shall we?"

"Yeah, let's do that. I have some training with my master that I need to catch up on"

"No you don't. We are gonna stay with master Jaleer for a bit"

Tamara dropped her head in defeat. She was admittedly not to excited, in contrast to what she said before. I guess I could relax. But just for a bit. She turned around and looked at the old master,"Alright...where are we going? These bags are quite heavy"

Taylor stood next to Tamara and listened to the conversation as Cain seemed to not like listening to his cousin. "Oh Cain," she sighed under her breath. He seemed more arrogant compared to what he was like at home. Obviously not being able to trust much of anyone other than her cousins and Aunt and uncle. Yes she had her moments of being like her own mother or her Aunt Rayla, but she still had a shy side. She turned towards her aunt and uncle. "You guys aren't leaving yet are you?" she asked with a tone that somewhat said for them to not just leave her there.

She looked between her cousins and the master. She decide that she would have to talk to him at some point and she would also have to rely on him to teach her the correct things. So, she talked to him. "Excuse my cousin Cain. He sometimes forgets that it's better to be smart and wise instead of muscular and tough." she said looking towards Cain as she said the last part.
