A Daring Rescue.

After hearing word of a group rebels taking refuge on the planet Felucia, a platoon of storm troopers were sent to intercept and eliminate the band of guerrillas. Ambushed, the platoon was taken into a prison camp located in the northern region of the planet.
Receiving an imperial distress beacon, the Imperium has requested a squad to rescue the platoon.

Goal:

Rescue the group of captured Imperials.
Make sure the platoon commander is alive and has not been compromised.
Eliminate all rebels in the facility and do not allow none to escape.

Location: Felucia or any other dense jungle planet you have in mind.

Additional Notes:
-Rebel Captor(s) and one captured imperial officer needs to be NPCed.
-Additional Storm troopers are welcomed to be held captive as well.
-The squad sent to rescue the captured imperials should range from 2-4 participants.

Suddenly in the midst of the ceremonies, terrorist forces seize the dining hall by force. Heavily armed and armored, the men and women in uniform are left defenseless. Or are they? Put down these usurpers and show them that the Imperial Armed Forces don't need to be armored to be terrifying!

Goal: Take back the Imperial Dining Hall, eliminating all enemy combatants.
Location: Bastion; Some grand ballroom or other
Additional Notes: 2-3 IAF Only! Only one participant may have a full combat load out (Representing the Security Forces), all others must be in their dress uniforms

I Will Find You, And I Will Kill You
A terrorist group has just kidnapped the daughter of an Imperial public official, with plans of selling her for a handsome price to a buyer. He is offering access to his personal collection of exotic weaponry to whoever tracks down his beloved daughter and brings him the head of the man who orchestrated the kidnapping as well as the man who wanted his daughter for his own disturbing purposes.

Goal: Infiltrate compound located in the remote desert compound on Tattooine. The buyer is planning to meet with the organization's representative in a few days by way of personal transport. Plan accordingly.
Location: Barren Desert, Tattooine
Additional Notes:
There will be light resistance. The personal guard of the buyer is a Force User armed with a vibrosword and blaster pistol. Take him out from a distance if possible.
The public official is allowing for each recipient to choose two weapons out of his stash of exotic weapons for the safe return of his daughter, and the heads of those in charge of this catastrophe.

Goal: We have found the location of a small enclave comprising of a Jedi and his many Padawans on the planet of Ingo. Eliminate them.
Location: Ingo
Additional Notes: The Jedi is a master of Makashi and is also a user of the very rare lightwhip. Use caution when engaging. Four of the five Padawans use standard lightsabers and one uses a saberstaff. Numerous others live within the enclave, many of which own blasters of some kind.

If someone likes this idea and would like to expand upon it, feel free to.

A Lost Sith
The Sith Master Xanthus has been missing for some time. His whereabouts are unknown and although he is often gone for extended periods of time some of the higher ranking sith have noticed his disappearance and want him found.

Goal: Find the Sith Master Xanthus and find out why he has been gone so long, if defected terminate him
Location: N/A
Additional Notes: Crusader and above is recommended


I did talk with Xan and we agreed its been a good amount of time since Xanthus left.

Send Them to the Brig
The Imperium has received intel that an IIA(Imperial Intelligence Agent), Novox Yu'gal has been arrested while on duty. He was sent to the remote prison station of UML-57 or "The Brig". The stations corrupt guards have unfortunately uncovered Novox identity and plan on torturing the agent for any information he will give them, which they will then sell to the highest bidder. Though Novox is a highly trained agent, the Empire can not risk an information leak of this level. The Empire has decided to get him out. To accomplish this the Empire will send operatives in undercover as new inmates, hopefully before the interrogations have begun.

Goal:
Infiltrate "The Brig" and extract Imperial Agent Novox Yu'gal. If extraction proves impossible, elimate Novox to prevent a leak and escape.

Location:
Prison Station UML-57 "The Brig"

Additional Notes:
Novox is a Kaleesh and a particularly proud one at that. He won't take too well to needing a rescue and may be a bit of a handful to work with.

[Don't Forget the Ice]
[-An Imperial transport ship is downed, by unknown reasons on Hoth. An Imperial diplomat crash lands on Hoth, in need to be rescued. What the distress signal doesn't tell you is that there are pirates lurking about, chasing them throughout the icy climate in an attempt to make a ransom off the diplomat. Send a team to rescue the diplomat.]

Goal: [Rescue the Diplomat. Protect him from pirates.]
Location: [Hoth]
Additional Notes: [Note that due to high wind velocities of the location the ship crashed, no vehicles larger than a small speeder can traverse the location.]
NPC's: Use of an NPC may be necessary to control pirates/diplomat.

[Jail Break]
[A dangerous few prisoners have escaped from a prison on Felucia. They've escaped, armed with the weapons of the Imperial guards they've already killed. They had been sentenced to life, and they have nothing left to lose. Apprehend them alive! It seems they've also managed to get away with some sensitive information in the form of a swallowed hard drive. Be sure they don't find a way off the planet or any way to send the information off world. Bring them in alive so that they can face the appropriate penalties. We have ways of making life sen more miserable.]

Goal: [Bring prisoners in alive.]

Additional Notes: [Killing the prisoners is certainly not ideal, but if there is a casualty, be sure to remove the hard drive from the body. There is only a single individual with the hard drive, so this may be trial and error.]
NPC's: May be needed to control the escapees.

[Hash Stash the Gunash]
[An Ambassador, by the name of Gunash, is stuck in an outer rim territory in in distress. Communications have attracted the attention of a gang of pirates. They heavily control this section of the outer rim and have connections everywhere. unfortunately, negotiations went terribly awry, and they want the Ambassador dead. Several attempts have already been made on his life, and it's time to evacuate. Unfortunately, the pirates refuse to let any Imperial ships into this section of the outer rim, causing great trouble for the Imperium. Unfortunately the Imperium wants the Ambassador back, but doesn't want to send an entire fleet to get him. It seems that a Sith is needed to smuggle their way into the area. Pick up the Gunash, and smuggle him to safety. Unfortunately, the sheer quantity of loose pirates in the area requires that you take the long route home, avoiding the more heavily infested locations. This means there are several stops needed to be made in order to resupply and refuel for the trip. It's your job to keep the Ambassador from being found out on these stops, and if the ship happens to be raided by pirates, ensure the Ambassador is hidden away or that the Pirates don't let the word get out of Gunash's whereabouts; Even if it requires killing them all!]

Goal: [Smuggle Gunash out of the Outer Rim territory undetected by the pirates.]
Location: [N/A]
Additional Notes: [Gunash is highly mischievous. Be sure to keep him out of trouble as much as keeping trouble out of him. The smuggler is highly preferential on taking the long way home to ensure his reputation stays in tact.]
NPC's: May be needed to control the pirates and/or Gunash.


Just a few ideas I'd like to get started on sometime soon... I don't have anyone to do this with yet though, but I think I'd like to start these after I get promoted to Crusader, so i'll have time to find people for them. Im willing to have 3-4 people in each thread, though note that I will require a faster posting rate that most would require.

[Problematic Knowledge]

A group of archeologists on Korriban have sent reports of a incredulous discovery: A tomb hidden within a network of caves containing several mythical artifacts that have been predated to the time of Naga Sadow, including what appears to be a well preserved and functioning Holocron. We cannot express the significant importance this is to our heritage and culture, and recovery of such assets have been deemed a top priority.

Unfortunately, these...peasants have begun to demand payment for their discovery (Compensation, monetary reward etc.) and has refused to hand over the location of this tomb until payments have been made. Normally, we would not object, but the prices they have demanded.......ludicrous. So. Go to their dig site. Attempt to reconcile with the dig team leader, with the temptation of credits. Prod him into revealing the location of this treasure trove.

Once you have it, murder these ignorant fools. Displace their equipment away from the tomb; their presence defiles the historical site. Secure the tomb (undoubtedly Naga Sadow would have this hidey hole guarded against intruders.) and make certain to their claims; if what they say is true, set a beacon outside of the tomb so that our own forces may move in and begin removal of the 'sensitives'. If these claims are false......take anything valuable and leave. As an added bonus, you may retrieve and possess one minor artifact (provided it has been cleared by the Council) for yourself. Never let it be said we do not reward those faithful to our Order. ]

Goal: [Meet up with Dig Team Leader Prastis U'ul and coerce the location of the tomb from him. Once revealed, destroy their equipment and silence the archeology team. Secure the Tomb and verify their claims; if it is true, set a beacon outside of the tomb. If false, secure anything remotely valuable to be handed over to the Librarians for further study and seal the Tomb. ]

Location: Korriban, Middle of Nowhere.

Additional Notes: [Prastis is a very materialistic man; you may wish to exploit this. Any damage to the historical site will NOT be tolerated and the criminal dealt with harshly. You may only retrieve ONE minor artifact for yourself. If it is deemed too powerful for your rank, it will be removed immediately until you are seen as ready to wield it.

OOC: Lightsabers do not count as minor artifacts. ]

[The Cure Cometh]
[It has been made known to us, through an interview of the mentally disturbed Acolyte [REDACTED], that an entity of some sort has entered our presence, caught in the act of defacing the walls of one of Korriban's great tombs, known only as The Cure. This account was at first dismissed as a side effect of Acolyte [REDACTED]'s schizophrenic disorder, or a hallucination produced by the heavy influence of the Dark Side, but it soon became apparent to us that something much more real was at work. During the past few months, multiple Acolytes have gone missing; all of them were assigned to missions, but disappeared entirely before they were completed. Each disappearance was directly followed by a new symbol appearing on the wall of the tomb that Acolyte [REDACTED] had initially reported to be defaced. Considering the methodical nature of the kidnappings, we suspect an organization of Force Sensitives of an unknown variety to be behind them. Whoever they are, they have left a trail of information that seems to lead to a suburb in Bakura, just outside its capital city of Salis'Daar. It could be a trap, but for now it is the only lead we have to go on. It is your job to follow that lead, capture and interrogate any suspicious persons you may find, and possibly rescue the missing Acolytes, or return their bodies for forensic examination should they be found dead.]

Goal: [Capture the Cure, and if at all possible rescue the Acolytes he has kidnapped. Try not to make too much of a mess down there; Bakura is quite far out of our jurisdiction, after all.]

[Voyage of the Damned]
[An Imperial detention center sends out an emergency stress beacon which the Imperium later picks up. The message is relayed to an Acolyte in the area, and his orders is to go to the detention center with the intention to get rid of evidence of the detention center and to await further instructions. It's obvious that there is more to the distress beacon than what's shared, and when at the detention center, it becomes quickly evident that a long lost strand of the blacking virus had been released on board.

Further instructions would come ordering the Acolyte to retrieve the antidote and the original strand before destroying the detention center.]

Goal: [Destroy an overrun detention center. Before destruction, retrieve the antidote to the virus and the original strand. Make sure the virus doesn't escape the detention center, and make sure no one else gets away with the original strand of the virus. This cannot get into the wrong hands.]

[This is an all expenses paid vacation on a cruise to a cluster of the most attractive tourist traps in the Galaxy! Board the Red Nebula Cruise ship to enjoy the finer things in life. The ship will take you through several of the Galaxy's most beautiful sights. Unfortunately, there's a catch... The Imperium is paying for this vacation, because the Imperium has caught wind of a group of pirates hijacking large such cruise ships in this particular area. Your job is to serve as security while maintaining the disguise of a passenger. Visit each of the destinations, and protect the ship from the eminent strike. Do NOT let them get away with it!]

While attaining these artifcacts, you must also find out who had stolen the artifacts, and bring them to justice!]

Thought this would be a mission for a more comedic reason; thought the Sith could use more such missions. Plus it should be easy for Acolytes and newly-minted Crusaders.

[Relieving Vexation
Ever since placing that cursed report on identifying Sith species heritage within non-Red Sith, Master Sin'ryk Nalessh has been plagued with many Acolytes and Crusaders of Human and Near-Human origins asking that their DNA be examined for Sith genes. At first, the Arcanist enjoyed it; it felt interesting to help keep the legacy of his people alive in some other form as well. Now...it has become absolutely infuriating; everyday they keep coming, the large majority of whom don't have any Sith blood. Desiring to further avoid this, Sin'ryk had remembered a piece of information he had gleaned from the archive. During the reign of Vitiate's Empire, a Pureblood Sith Lord named Abaron had come to Korriban to inspect the bloodlines of Academy Overseers. To do this, he had equipped himself with a special holocron that could detect Sith blood within a seemingly Human individual. To ease his vexation, Master Sin'ryk has now put out a reward for seeking this device out; located somewhere within the deeper parts of the Sith Academy on Korriban. Should one retrieve it, the Red Sith will be more than happy to reward you.

Goal: Seek out the holocron of Lord Abaron within the depths of the Sith Academy,

[Rescuing Nedar's Daughter]

In the heat of the battle between Mizchno and Jedi Knight Ytwe, Ytwe attempted to teleport/Force Travel Nedar's daughter, along with herself away from the battle. Mizchno was able to interrupt her ability sending Nedar's daughter and the Jedi's lower half somewhere in the void. Of course the empire wouldn't care if she wasn't a valuable politcal asset, and a loose end in framing Jedi Knight Ywte of killing Nedar. If Nedar's daughter falls into the wrong hands she ruin the Sith's plan to frame the Jedi turning the Neutral Naboo people against the Sith, rallying with the Jedi.

To Quell an Uprising
An Imperial gas mining facility orbiting a gas giant has gone suspiciously silent, has stopped reporting and cut communication with the Imperial Fleet, and instead has produced a message, renouncing allegiance to the glorious Sith Imperium. And denouncing the Sith's leadership of the Imperium, as supremacist and discriminatory. In Response, The Sith Imperium, are deploying a full company sized force of Stormtroopers to quell this uprising and usher the voice of sedition and rebellion into Silence.

Goal: Kill Commander Hart, the leader of the Insurrectionists
Completely neutralize the Insurrectionist threat
Search for Intelligence relating to the sale of gas to the Rebellion, destination of Consignment orders. And/Or the identity of ships that took delivery of said substances
Location: N/A
Additional Notes: This is strictly a mission for members of the IAF, specifically Stormtroopers.
Looking to try and start a small storyline out of this, someone Rp'ing a Jedi or High-ranking Rebel liaising with Commander Hart at the time of the assault would be appreciated.

No Chance of Parole

Imperial rule is one of civilization and order, bringing the rule of law to the lawless and the corrupt. Criminals are arrested by the thousands, and thus the galaxy is filled with prisons of varying security levels to contain them. For the most dangerous, sometimes the only place to hold them is as far from other livings beings as effectively possible; for this purpose, before the Republic fell they had instituted the Dungeon class prison ships. When the Empire seized control, these ships were also taken for use by the Imperial Military to hold the worst criminals and most dangerous detainees.

One such ship was the Asylum, an Imperial Prison Barge that sits in the planet-less Hygate System, orbiting the neutron star in quiet silence. One of the most isolated systems in the galaxy, the barge was difficult to reach due to dense asteroid fields in orbit around the system's edge, possible only for long-range transports and freighters since there were no direct hyperspace routes to reach the planet. The Asylum holds many dangerous criminals; murderers, rapists, assassins, and all other manner of psychopaths dwell within its halls under the guard of a police platoon of Imperial Stormtroopers. Recently, all attempts to contact the Asylum have been answered with complete silence, and an investigation team sent in to source the problem has failed to respond. Imperial leadership has decreed that a small team be sent to investigate the Asylum.

Goal: A small infiltration team of four Imperial Military Personnel and/or Members of the Sith Order must investigate the Asylum.

Ship is powered by a large I-A2B Ionized Reactor, dubbed the "Mini-Sun" by Imperial Engineers. Hygate System is largely uninhabited, but energies from the system's stars are considered abnormal by Imperial scientists. Cause Unknown.

It Came From Outer Space!
In the last years of the dying Galactic Empire a prototype engine core was designed for sub-light deep space travel, making it easier to traverse between known space and even unknown space. The hopes of creating this was to learn more about our galaxy, and maybe even travel to other galaxies, making the Galactic Empire the first in known history to be able to travel not just Inter Galactic but Extra Galactic. On the maiden voyage of the enhanced Star Destroyer, "The Emperor's Light", the ship went out of contact somewhere in Wild Space. Exact coordinates are unknown but the ship was presumably lost forever after the activation codes were sent to the crew for the sub-light deep space engines and matching hyperdrive core. A hyperspace tear was detected but a reverse tear was not... Until now. The exact same signature has been detected, yet again in Wild Space. Not knowing if this is the work of time travel or if the crew of "The Emperor's Light" had actually traveled to another galaxy by accident. Whatever the case is, we need the Black Box recording of the ships voyage, and we need those schematics and engine diagram of the ships systems, after all we could not recover it because this test was done just before the fall of the Empire and Rise of the New Republic. If there are any survivors great, if not, it's all the same.

Goals:
Main: Recover Black Box Transmitter
Secondary: Recover prototype technology for deep space travel
Optional: Locate anyone still left alive, find out what happened from their perspective and escort them to safety, or don't.
Location: Wild Space. Near Bakura.

I thought of this mission to have roles for Sith, Army, and Navy personnel.

[Rear Admiral Shtaaden of the Imperial Navy has apparently been making secret agreements with both the Rebellion and the Coterie. He commands the small flotilla of warships that serve as the defense fleet of the backwater Dynali sector, located in the northern quadrant of the Outer Rim. The opportunistic man blames the Imperial admiralty for giving him a dead-end position as the commander of such a minor force, being greedy to the point that he is willing to rise in a mutiny against the Empire. What Shtaaden's contacts in the Rebellion offered him for his allegiance is unknown. In any case, the rear admiral planned to lure an important Sith leader to him that he could ambush and kill by claiming that a high-ranking Rebel agent has been captured on one of the sector's planets, Taspir III, and is awaiting interrogation. He also claimed that the man is severely wounded and thus cannot be transported, and only has several days left to live.]

[In response, an Arrestor-class Patrol Frigate has been dispatched with a Sith, as well as an escort consisting of a small squad of the elite 501st Legion, to Taspir III in order to interrogate this Rebel prisoner. Along with it are two Dagger-class corvettes. However, the lie quickly became evident as the trio of ships were ambushed by the rogue rear admiral's flotilla upon entering the system. The Sith has decided to lead the team of 501st stormtroopers in a boarding action to Shtaaden's flagship, a Monitor-class Star Destroyer, with the intention of killing the traitor; while the crews and pilots of the three loyalist vessels are engaged with the rogue flotilla.]

[This may be the biggest military mutiny the Imperium has faced to date.]

Additional Notes: [The traitor's flotilla consists of one Monitor-class Star Destroyer and two Censor-class Patrol Cruisers]

I like how thought out the mission is, and IF it's accepted as a Mission, I wouldn't mind Ark being a part of the Mission. I'd like to RP him as a Master in it, but if he ends up needing another Mission for promotion, this would be a fun one to do for it! Please be sure to VM or Tag me, if this is approved.
