Why hello there, welcome to the thread all about mission details and important information.

Let's start off with the "Boundaries" or "Limits" set per character.
A hard cap of threads is set for each character related to factions, depending on the different faction. For the Jedi it's,
  • 2 Open Threads
  • 4 Ask Threads
Which means that per character, you can have that person involved in up to 2 Opens and 4 Asks at any time. While that does seem like a huge amount of roleplaying for a person to take on, 6 whole threads going on at once, there are some out there crazy or enthusiastic enough to do it.
Main Threads don't count towards these caps.
Although involving yourself in a Main Thread Battle, such as a PvP mission to take over a planet for Faction Territory, those are limited to 1 per person.
Which means, in a scenario, a person is not allowed to fight for the Jedi on one side while fighting against them in a different thread in the same battle.

With that out of the way, onto a subject. Mission Creation.

Missions, while posted by the Jedi Leadership team(AFLs and FL), it is highly encouraged that the member base draft their own missions and send them in a Personal Message to the Faction Leadership. Whether it's a planet that would add to a personal story, or just something you'd like to see the Jedi able to Roleplay peacefully on, write up a Draft according to the parameters set within Site Guidelines(Section 6-B) and send them in.

While it may seem like we're passing it off on you guys, the Leadership will still be making missions and such, in the case the we overlook things - this is an invitation for other members to get the hang of creating their own content which will in turn be great experience for those interested in possibly one day being part of the Faction Leadership.

Other than that, it's all about signing up for missions in the threads posted, grabbing a partner and expressing your artistic creativity.
Always remember, have fun.
