DESCRIPTION​

The main bomber of the Royal Hapan Navy, based on the Miy'til Starfighter, effectively a bulkier version that bears heavier firepower. The Miy'til Assault Bomber (Or the MT-B, or the Hapan Bomber) is designed differently from most bombers, but still keeping in touch with Hapan's navy philosophy of high speed and maneuverability.

The Hapan Assault Bomber instead of bombs or proton torpedoes, instead uses heavy missile launchers as it's main ordinance, of the high-explosive variety by default. These missiles travel a tad slower and don't track moving targets as well, but their power is much higher than lighter ones but not quite bearing the sheer power as torpedoes or bombs.

This craft is also faster and more maneuverable than the typical bombers that are usually slower than starfighters, clocking in at 110 MGTL with good maneuverability, although the trade of is that it has weaker shields than usual, making it reliant on it's speed and agility to evade damage.

At the helm, the ship is a two-seater, with a pilot flying the ship and operating the laser cannons while the gunner focuses on the heavy missiles and co-pilot functions. Although a single attentive and multi-tasking pilot can fully operate the ship alone. Like the regular Miy'til, the ship comes with an astromech droid slot.

LEGALITY​

Restricted. These ships are proprietary property of the Hapan Navy, in addition to following other laws regarding starfighter ship use. Unauthorized use or possession of these ships is illegal in the eyes of the Hapes Consortium.

INTENT​

To import the Hapan ship from Legends into the site, and also to give more bomber love to the site.

RESTRICTIONS​

Not compatible with modifications that affect the ship's speed, either in a negative way or positive.
