DESCRIPTION
The Aggressive ReConnaissance-170 starfighter, also known simply as the ARC-170 starfighter, was a heavy-duty model of starfighter used by the Republic during the Clone Wars and was considered the latest in fighter technology. Jointly manufactured by Incom Corp. and Subpro. it continued to see usage into the reign of the First Galactic Empire but was eventually phased out by the newer TIE line, though some found their way into the hands of the Rebel Alliance.
Essla's ARC-170, dubbed the "Wespre," deviates from stock with the inclusion of a fusial afterburner system, allowing for a temporary 20 MGLT boost in speed when active. This system allows for quick escapes. In addition, the copilot controls have been removed to allow for extra storage, and the weapons controls have been added to the pilot's section. The fuselage has been painted black, with a gold drawing of a Loth-wolf under the front canopy on the left side. Essla scrounged most of it from a junkyard and had to replace or repair most of the fighter's parts.
LEGALITY
Restricted. ARC-170s are starfighters and are subject to extra licensing requirements and increased scrutiny by authorities.
