Do non-sith/lower ranked members still refer to Sith as 'My Lord?' I remember it being like that in SWTOR even before you became a lord.

I guess that depends on the individuals in question. SWTOR is no longer canon, as far as I know. Though, if you want to be nice to someone, most likely because you really want to get into his or her favor, you could address them as "My Lord" or "My Lady", respectively. Some higher raning Sith may even force their subordinates to do this and with the SBZ Commanders having mansions on Serenno, I do see their household staff addressing them likewise.

Honestly, you're doing a serious disservice to your creativity by worrying about what's canon and what isn't.

It doesn't matter. It's just a phrase, if you want your character to use it then go ahead. I make up fanon linguo for my Sith all the time, in fact I was thinking of doing an archive entry on Sithy sayings and words that people could use.

The Sith Warriors in my stories don't use the "Lord" title (I think it's too dorky for them), but employ a military hierarchy instead. Andromeda's official title is Captain, which isn't official faction canon, it just suits her character and aesthetic more.

Just don't call Andro "my lady", otherwise your character won't be leaving that thread alive :P
