DESCRIPTION
The Nightsweeper-II is the recreation of an old and somewhat unsuccessful line of ships. A technician dug up old schematics and decided that with a few modifications, the ship might make a comeback. Technological advances allowed features previously only accessible to the extremely wealthy to now be acquired by those of moderate means. The internals of the ship are specifically designed with longevity and comfort in mind. The Nightsweeper's VIP suites are decently large and comfortable enough for 1-2 people to live in for an extended period of time without complaint, and boasts a number of creature comforts one would expect of a living space. The crew quarters are more modest, but are capable of housing up to 6 individuals in lesser comfort.
Because it was designed with military personnel in mind, it contains many tools to assist officers with their duties including a sensor system, long-range communication system, and of course a pair of escape pods should all else fail. Although the Nightsweeper can be piloted by only one individual, the crew is most efficient with the addition of either a human or droid copilot/gunner.
The true strength of the vehicle, though, is its defenses. The Nightsweeper has medium shielding and a class 1 hyperdrive that allow it to escape trouble quickly.
LEGALITY
While geared more toward military and political VIPs, this is a legal craft for anyone to own. INTENT
This is an "updated" version of a ship I made in a prior timeline. It is designed to be a mobile home and command station for characters in a military or leadership role. I am creating it for the purpose of use by my Sith, but it is available for use by others as well. RESTRICTIONS
The ship's sensitive balancing and internal workings prevent the use of aftermarket modifications.
