Eiattu 6

Asminys was new to the galaxy. After liberating himself from the chains of the Cadre, the young Sith now sought conquest. He new little of the galaxy but he knew much about power. He knew that he was powerful. But not nearly powerful enough. He had done some research on a device called the holonet, and had come to understand the galaxy a little better. Enough to understand that currency was a form of power.

Asminys walked the street of Eiattu 6, wearing rather nondescript clothing, a simple dark hooded vest, dark pants and boots. A lightsaber rode his hip and the Sith tattoos on his arms and bald head stood out among the crowded walkways of the financial district. He wasn't sure if that mattered but the business-pedestrians eyed him warily as prey would watch a predator. Asminys paid them no mind, they were irrelevant to him.

They had currency, but they didn't carry it with them. Asminys' research had led him to understand that currency was stored in buildings called banks. Coming to a stop before the largest building in the district, Asminys read its sign.

Eiattu Treasury Banking.

This seemed like the place to be. Heading straight for the large golden double doors, he entered and found himself in a small lobby room. An Ishi Tib sat at the security desk, he wore a finely cut but practical uniform. Behind him stood a pair of droids, each holding blaster rifles, as well as two more flanking Asminys at the door. The Ishi Tib looked at the Sith with mild concern. "What is your business here?"

Asminys did not like the tone of the alien's voice. It betrayed a sense of unearned superiority from the security guard. "I'm here to make a withdrawal." Asminys scowled as he approached the security desk.

Varek was in the Mid Rim for many reasons. It was a form of reconnaissance, it was where he wanted to go, and it felt as if he'd been drawn here. There was benefit to following those proverbial winds, and although he knew little about this world, he kept his eyes out for opportunities always.

The Sith Empire was expanding, and this world may well come within their sights sooner rather than later. But regardless, spreading fear could be a powerful tool.

He walked the streets in his customary garb with his mask in place that covered his face, but even on a world like this it wasn't enough to see him stopped. With a hood pulled up and sticking away from the busier main streets it barely even drew attention.

As he walked along one of the back alleys of the city, his head tilted to the side, sensing another presence that was dark and unfamiliar. Another Sith? If not, it was still worth investigating, and he followed the path, pausing as he looked up at a bank. Surely this wasn't the right place. He frowned from behind his mask but shrugged after a moment before making his way inside. People were immediately very unhappy about not being able to see his face, and he'd barely even made it through the front door before he'd been stopped and prevented from advancing. Well, that really wasn't shocking.

Varek threw his hands up and out to his side, indicating he meant no trouble, but that was simply a patch job as he let his eyes scan over the building looking for the source of what he had sensed. @Arclight

The Ishi Tib looked more confused and concerned than before. Asminys didn't slow his approach as the alien seemed to fumble for words for a moment. "Uh, bu-uhh. Do you have an account... sir?" The security clerks customer service training ultimately winning over his concern for the time being, caught between the dangerous looking man in front of him before looking past him to see another ominous figure hooded and masked walk through the door. The security droids hadn't been programmed to worry about tattoos, but masks were another thing as the two by the door seemed to react to Varek's presence.

Coming up to the desk and staring down the security guard, Asminys shook his head. "No. Do you have an account?" He took a brief glance behind him as he did so, noting the dark presence that had followed him through the door. The Ishi Tib stammered a moment before finally growing a spine.

"Sir, I'm going to have to ask you to leave, account holders o-ohk-oaggh, ackkh." Eyes wide with confusion and then fear as his windpipe refused to let him speak further. Asminys watched the man choke with a wicked twinkle in his eyes as he pinched two fingers at his hip, envisioning the life leaving the man in his minds eye for a moment before releasing the pressure. Asminys let the alien gather his breath for a moment, watching him gasp and wheeze while clutching at his throat.

"I believe you were about to let me in." He glared at the alien. Still rasping, the Ishi Tib nodded fearfully for a moment as he reached for the button to release the door into the interior of the bank. His hand wavered for a moment before rapidly slapping another button underneath the desk.

"Big mistake." Asminys shook his head as the alien fell backwards to cower behind his desk and the doors locked down, the lights shifting tone to a red hue as the security droids leveled their blasters on the intruders.

Varek tilted his head to watch the other man in his exchange with the teller. The droids were quite preoccupied with Varek, but he couldn't have cared less about them. It was quite clear that things were about to get dicey any moment and Varek's eyebrows rose in surprise as the teller began being strangled.

Guess we aren't feeling very subtle today, are we? he thought to himself as he watched the other dark sider. As the lights flipped over the droids attention was drawn away from Varek and back toward Tats. Given Varek's indecision about the extent to which he wanted himself and the Sith associated with what was coming, he whipped out the vibroknife from his belt, activated it, and plunged it into the "neck" of one of the security droids.

He didn't slow as he moved on to the second one, plunging the vibrating blade into the plates in the back and slicing through like butter. He pulled the blade with two hands along and through the wiring.

The other man was on his own with the other two droids, though he had a feeling that wouldn't be a problem for Tats. @Arclight

Asminys didn't waste any time as the two droids blaster rifles leveled on him. From the sounds behind him he figured whoever the other darksider was had the two droids behind him covered, so that only left the two in front of him. His open hands raised up from his sides, the pair of droids rising with them as he lifted them into the air with the force. Before they could readjust their aim to shoot the Sith, he clapped his hands together. The pair of droids slammed into each other in midair.

Arching his fingers and then weaving them together and pressing his palms together with force, the two droids shrieked as they were crushed into each other, their metal bodies twisting together before falling to the ground at the cowering Ishi Tib's feet. Looking behind him, Asminys nodded to the man who had just dismantled two of the droids with a knife. The darkside radiated form the man and it didn't take much to leap to the conclusion that he too was a Sith. "Ally?" Asminys asked, if anything to formalize what they were to each other at that moment.

The droid bodies sparked and one of them groaned weakly as Asminys stepped over them and hauled the green alien to his feet by the collar. "Open the door." He said coldly to the terrified guard as he pushed him towards the security desk. "I uh... I can't. It needs an all cl-clear override from the other side." The aliens nervous glance up at the camera over his desk wasn't reassuring to Asminys that the all clear would be given.

The droids fell with a thunk to the ground in front of the assassin and his eyes flicked up to scan around the room. civilians were beginning to scatter and shriek, diving for cover and the doors. He didn't stop them. His eyes swept quickly over the man lifting the droids in the air and crashing them together. He saw the employees diving behind desks and toward back rooms. He wondered if and when more security would show up.

Not an enemy, he said. It was a relatively Sith thing to say in its own way, and at the least, both men knew they had a common enemy now.

He kept his eyes open and scanning as he approached the man at the desk. He smoothly slid over the top of the desk until he was on the same side as the man they were here to intimidate.

Your people are trained to give up the money, right? he asked. At least he knew on most civilized worlds that was the case. They valued life more than money allegedly.

If your friends don't open up the door in the next ten seconds, I'm going to spill your insides all over the desk, he said, grabbing the man by one of his eye stalks and holding his knife up to the man's gut before looking up at the camera.

The sound of a buzz could be heard inside by the time that Varek got to four and Varek released the man before turning to Tats. The Force had brought them together for some reason, and now Varek was curious why.

Do you have a means for getting this cash out? he asked tossing his head toward the inner door to indicate they should move. @Arclight

His fellow masked Sith's answer was sufficient for Asminys. Not an enemy, an apt descriptor for the relationship most Sith had. They had common cause and little reason to gut each other, for the time being. That wasn't true for the helpless clerk as Mask held a knife to his abdomen and dared whoever was behind the security camera to accept the blood he offered on their hands. Apparently gutless' life was more valuable to the cameraman than whatever currency the bank held.

Asminys blinked for a moment as Mask asked him how he planned to get the cash out. Was cash some sort of slang for currency. It seemed he had more research to do. Grabbing the Ishi Tib once more he patted him down and found a set of keys for an airspeeder. "Where is your vehicle parked." He asked the man menacingly, getting right up in his face. Between being choked, grabbed by the eyestalk and nearly gutted, what little spine the man had possessed was long gone. "E-employee parking. Level two." He said with resignation before being pushed to the ground by Asminys.

"All covered." He said as he twirled the keys around his finger. He noticed the key had several buttons on it and hoped that one of them was a locator. Walking past Mask and into the room that had previously been locked, he found himself staring down a pair of blaster barrels held by another pair of droids. Diving to the side as they fired, Asminys hoped Mask wasn't too close behind him or he was about to get a face full of blaster bolt. Rolling out of his dive as one of the droids tracked him, Asminys reached a hand out towards the drive and focused on it, clenching his fingers like claws. Sparks flew off the droid as he disrupted and crushed its internal circuitry and it slumped over, the electronic life from it gone.

Behind the security droids was another Ishi Tib who had been seated at the security monitor. At least Asminys assumed he was an Ishi Tib by the way the back of his green head looked as he ran through another set of security doors, very little of his focus left to guard the treasure in the bank as he focused on running for his life.

STATUS: Responding to distress

YD-313 completed its mission as it assisted local authorities in processing the criminal it had chased over numerous sectors. As a member of the Sector Rangers the re-purposed security droid possessed the authority to cross jurisdictions and impose justice from those that fled the law. Its pursuit led it away from its own patrol, namely the Arkanis to the Eaittu System. When YD-313 arrived within the Ado Sector it attempted to contact the regions Ranger. As per its programming it was to follow all necessary procedures before continuing its pursuit. Unfortunately it failed in hailing its colleague and was forced to remain on the targets trail. The droid spent the next month tracking the criminal through Eiattu-6's Capital City with the aid of local authorities. The only downfall was his presence on this Planet took it away from its duties on its own allocated Sector.

The captured criminal was restrained and escorted to the Droid Rangers shuttle, a modest starfighter with enough storage to hold the culprit in relative comfort. YD was ready to depart and return to Tatooine where it would complete the transfer of the captured Twilek, but its inbuilt comlink stopped it in its track as it initiated the incoming transmission. The mechanical Ranger stood perfectly erect as it communicated internally to the dispatchers request. Apparently a bank not too far from his current location had raised a distress signal and those present at the scene confirmed that the establishments internal security systems had been disabled. As the closest member of justice it was requested to investigate accordingly. Due to the nature of his programming it was unable to decline, and sent a simple acknowledgement to those on the other end of the transmission. YD-313s ocular visor lit up with a cerulean hue as it switched to operating systems, its gaze shifting to those who escorted the prisoner to its ship. Its artificial voice was hoarse and mechanical, as expected from a droid "New orders received. This unit has been redirected. Please continue with the transfer of the prisoner, I will return shortly."

YD-313 arrived at the bank though it had to forcibly open the jammed doors. Upon entry it confirmed the destruction of numerous security droids, its system scanning for cause of shutdown. On inspection it was able to determine that several units had sustained damage from a vibroweapon, but others seemed to have concave internally as vital hardware was crushed. At this point of time it was unable to determine the cause. A fleeing Ishi Tib attempted to update the droid on the events which unfolded over the last few minutes but his fear chocked the words in its throat, his dialogue scrambled and almost unidentifiable. Instead he simply pointed his emerald finger in the general direction of the culprits before sprinting out the door. YD-313 paced towards the parking lot where it would confirm two unidentified individuals among another group of dispatched droids, their broken frames sizzling and rent. The Droid Rangers reached for its holster, pulling the heavy pistol from its shackle and aiming the barrel towards the leading individual. It fired a single shot [HEAVY STUN] aimed at his shoulder from behind, then another to the same area towards the masked being. After both shots were ejaculated from the weapon YD-313 increased the volume of its vocabulary module, its tone booming in the enclosed area "Halt. You are in violation of sector law xxxxx. Lay down your weapons and surrender peacefully"

It seemed they had a ride out now. Wow, this was not how Varek had anticipated today turning out. Still, it was quite exciting. As Tats continued forward into the room, Varek held back, covering their rear. He was pretty confident that Tats could handle himself, and even if not, then Varek could just bail if the guy was dead. No harm, no foul.

Hanging back seemed to be the better option as it turned out. Not only was there an eruption of blaster fire inside, but something was moving at the far end of the bank. And it wasn't fleeing citizens.

Some sort of new security droid, and this one was carrying firearms. He wasn't sure where the droid had come from, but he knew that it wasn't good news.

The Force warned Varek of the danger and he gripped the Ishi Tib in the Force and yanked him up into the line of fire of the first of the stun shots, blocking the one aimed at Tats with the poor cashier's own body before ducking behind that body before the second could be aimed or fired at Varek.

He crouched low behind the desk to avoid any subsequent attempts at follow up shots and began analyzing the situation.

Contact out here! he said to Tats, letting him know there was trouble and that subsequent shots may not be stopped by Varek.

Okay! he shouted, this time loud enough for the droid to hear.

But how does your programming feel about hostages being killed? Because I can assure you that things aren't going to go well for this drooling guy here if you keep pressing the attack! Varek said. @Arclight @Lydeck

With luck it seemed that Mask hadn't followed him through the door into the depths of the banking building, which meant he hadn't taken a blaster bolt to the face. Of course that also meant that there was one more droid for Asminys to handle. His hand already outstretched towards the now broken husk of a droid, he flicked hand towards the remaining droid. The broken droids blaster swung swiftly if a bit awkwardly towards its brother and opened fire, sending the remaining security droid tumbling to the floor with a hole in its head.

Not taking any time to admire his handiwork, though he filed away the shout from his impromptu accomplice that there were more contacts out in the banks lobby, Asminys broke into a sprint across the security room to the door the cowardly Ishi Tib had ran out of. Catching the frame and skidding around it, he spotted the security guard running down a hallway, almost to another door. Reaching his hand out towards the guard, his telekinetic grasp wrapped around the man's neck as his feet and arms continued their momentum for a moment, sending his limbs jerking forwards as his momentum halted. Pulling back with his hand, the Ishi Tib flew backwards towards Asminys down the hallway, screeching the entire way before being choke slammed into the wall.

"Where do you keep the valuables." Asminys hissed in the terrified man's face as he locked eyes with him. The man gasped and clawed at the hand at his throat, which Asminys realized might be a bit too tight for him to speak. "Sorry, new to this." He said as he relaxed his grip, letting the man catch his breath. "Now if you want to keep breathing, the valuables." He repeated, only to be met with the rising stench of methane. Glancing down at the puddle pooling at the mans feet, Asminys grimaced in disgust. He was tired of asking.

"Tell me where the valuables are." His voice layered thick with the darkside. His disgust and anger at the alien resonated in his voice, Asminys' will pushing against any mental resistances that the lowly security guard might have as he assaulted the man's mind. "N-n-no I, aahhhhg. I c-can-" The alien was cut off as Asminys increased his mental assault, tearing through the poor man's mental defenses, "I can tell you. Down the hall, To the left are the safety deposit boxes, head straight for to the vault." With that, the alien's eyes rolled to the back of his head and Asminys let him fall in the puddle of piss. "What's a safety deposit box?" Asminys mused to himself outloud.

YD-313 processed the scene which unfolded before it. One of the culprits managed to elude the stun bolt shot towards him while the other now threatened the security droid with the death of a hostage should is fail to cease its aggressive approach. The security droid inspected the drooling Ishi Tib, its ocular visor zooming in on both hostage and captor. It activated its internal comlink and rerouted its line of inquiry to the nearest port of authorities. YD-313 was perfectly aware of the repercussions in its wake were it to violate local law or act without consulting the proper hierarchy of further action.

It stood motionless for a mere moment as it underwent a consensus, its internal conversation taking little more than a few seconds as dialogue was exchanged between the droid and the advisor. It turned its attention towards the matter at hand, its heavy stun blaster still raised and held at the masked aggressor I have been advised to offer a final warning. If you fail to comply I am authorized to undertake necessary actions to ensure the safety of the properties assets- its offhand reached down to its leg where a long rod rested against its metallic appendage. It pulled a shock baton from its holster and with a quick and effortless flick it activated the electric charge which lit up the weapon, shocks and crackles snapping from the blunt stick as its sizzle filled the air "If vital signs cease on bank employees I will engage. Lower all weapons in your possession and release your hostage. When complete, turn around and place your hands above your head then slowly kneel on the ground. I am programmed to remind you on your final warning."

The security droid, with baton and blaster in hand, advanced towards the aggressor and hostage once again, its heavy feet echoing against the duracrete beneath it.

It does not happen every day, that one sees a Security droid forcefully enter a bank, it is probably even rarer, that the suffering's inside of the bank could be felt from the outside. Being still technically on the run, even if uncertain whether followed, Chi found herself drawn to the bank. She could feel some dark side usage, whoever was the culprit, he certainly did not try to be subtle in the slightest. She should know better then to interfere, maybe walk on like the others out here, look the other way and wait for authority to arrive, but her inquisitiveness got the better of her.

Sneakily she peered through the rift in the doors the droid had pried open, taking a look at the hallway inside. Some hardly comprehensible scream like voices could be heard, but not much more. Whilst keeping a low profiile, she crept deeper into the bank, opening her jacket to allow easier access to the lightsaber hiding below it. As she got nearer to the banks main hall, she slowly started to perceive the voices: "... I can assure you that things aren't going to go well for this drooling guy here if you keep pressing the attack!"

Wonderfull, she seemed to be in friendly company. Not willing to gave her presence away yet, she crawled further, lurking behind a trash bin framed in stylised stone. As she slouched against the wall, she noticed the civilians that were hiding all around the great hall, afraid to move. Destroyed Security droids littered the floor. From her place behind the bin she could however not see the perpetrators or the droid that had entered. Yet a robotic voice soon emanated the room: "I have been advised to offer a final warning. If you fail to comply I am authorized to undertake necessary actions to ensure the safety of the properties assets-"

As the robot chimed on its programmed lawful lines, Chi peered out over the bin, to get a better view over the scene. A man seemed to be dodged behind the bank desks, the doors behind hims leading to the deeper bank building open. Unwilling to flourish a lightsaber openly in this bank, a red one even less, yet without protection, she decided that a blaster would need to do. Slowly, a weapon that had probably belonged to security, arched over the floor towards her bin. The pistol only an arms length away, she took it for herself. Staying in cover from the Security droids sight, she took aim. She was not sure whom to aid yet, but someone had used the dark side here, and aiding a Sith may be the opportunity she had been looking for. Hunched behind the waste, she remained, ready to act once nescesarry

How about this: you take another step, and I slit his throat! the Sith shouted. And it was no bluff. If the droid continued his advance, the hostage would be killed. Routinely, that was enough to make police units stand down, but droids didn't have feelings.

And so they were at at standoff. Varek waited to see what the droid would do, and would act accordingly. The vibroknife was held only millimeters away from the Ishi Tib's throat. He didn't really feel the need to kill the no sobbing alien, but if his hand was forced, such was life and death.

He caught sight only for a moment of someone else moving in behind the droid, though who it was he wasn't sure. There was something about them that was... dark, though. Did Tats have an actual partner with him? Speaking of which, he hoped Tats was having success inside at getting something of value.

Asminys was far enough away from the hubbub in the main lobby that he didn't know exactly what was going on, but he heard Mask's shout echo through the hallway to him. It sounded like he had things under control for now, and if he didn't, well that probably wasn't his problem. Until it was anyways.

Looking back and forth between the three paths ahead of him, he saw a sign pointing to the right. Employee Parking It said in bold letters. Well that solved that problem. Deciding between the vault and the deposit boxes ended up being an easy choice as Asminys took the left hand path, his curiosity overwhelming the sure knowledge of currency in the vault. They wanted to keep the security boxes secure right? The name implied as much so he assumed they held things of value.

Jogging down the hallway, Asminys soon found himself at a secure door. The door itself was transparent and he could see rows and rows of boxes set inside the walls of the room. He wasn't quite sure how he would get them out, but that problem would be solved once he got inside the room.

Skidding to a stop in front of the door, Asminys called on the Darkside once more, channeling the pit of rage that always dwelled within him out through his fist in a violent force powered punch that impacted the door like a battering ram. The solid door shrieked in protest and bent in on itself, but remained firm. Scowling, Asminys cocked his fist back once more. Wham. The second blow sent the door flying inwards as he willed the powerful blast of force from his fist and through the door. Stepping into the room, he looked around at inset security boxes lit up by a red wailing light as alarms started to go off throughout the building.

The threat had been made and YD's advance halted immediately. 313 was capable of detecting the pitch in the surrounding sound waves. It deduced that it was no empty threat and thus certain precautions and protocols had to be initiated. It raised its blaster so the barrel was visibly pointing at the masked culprits head, its mechanical thumb switching the weapons settings so it no longer fired disabling shots. The blaster was now set to kill. Its ocular scope focused as the shutters on its lens retracted, the increase in its vocal system causing its artificial voice to fill the room "Individual. You have failed to comply with Sector code. This unit has been authorized to eliminate all threats without prejudice." the YD unit security droid waited for its authority to sink in, watching the hostage and his captor. When the aggressor failed to drop his stance or their weapon the droid took a single step back "Deception protocols are unsuccessful. Switching to detainment measures, rerouting support request to local branches."

YD313 stood perfectly in place with blaster still aimed and stun baton in its grip. It would stay in this position until local authorities had arrived. For the hostages safety it would cease its advance. As of yet the security unit had failed to identify any organic casualties. If that changed it would initiate further protocols to bring these aggressors to justice.

"Deception protocols are unsuccessful. Switching to detainment measures, rerouting support request to local branches."

Her heart skipped, it was only logical that the Authorities would show up eventually, but paired with the robots announcement that it would now eliminate indiscriminately, she did not want to know how the authorities would act. Having her blaster already aligned with the robot's back, she settled on a new target. Based on its plating, one shot would probably not do, and it would be more important to cripple the droid in its further actions, than to outright kill it. Aiming at the robots right shoulder joint, the one arm that held the blaster, she made sure to aim correctly, before shooting. The green laser bolt went forward, and another followed shortly. She remembered that in combat one should shoot doublets to raise the chance of hits and damage.

As she shot she contemplated what to do next. Lightsaber still was pretty much out of the question, but this blaster should yield a few more shots anyways. She would try to ensure that this droid would be rendered hors de combat. Should her surprise attack succeed, and the robot loose his ability to fight back over distance, she would rise to make her presence known to the masked man, and the robot. Else she would stay in cover and fire on

Varek watched as the gun came up to aim at the Sith, but he had the Force on his side. He knew that he could evade the shot, and with only a head to aim at... well, the odds of hitting the civilian were high, droid or not. Still, Varek had to take into the account that this was a droid. Their targeting software was presumably high end, which meant no twitchy trigger fingers.

Still, the knife hung in place.

Then there was the sound of a gunshot. It wasn't from the droid, however, and Varek's eyes flicked over behind his mask toward Tat's partner. Of course, Tats hadn't told Varek that he had a partner. He also wondered if Tats was going to simply make his escape without the two of them. He wouldn't have even been surprised. Furious, but not surprised.

The poor alien in Varek's grip began wailing now with the gunfire beginning, and Varek shoved them both down, nearly totally behind the desk and into cover. This seemed to stifle a bit of the sobbing as the man was placated that he wasn't in the open to be shot at, but he was still in the grip of a murderous Sith... so maybe not that great of a situation.

Asminys could hear more blaster fire echo through the bank. He wasn't sure how his partner was holding up and could only assume that whatever security force that had prompted him to threaten one of the clerks had decided that the employees life wasn't worth losing whatever was being held in the bank. Time was of the essence and there was no way that the tattooed Sith could take the time to figure out what was worth taking and what wasn't. The security boxes on the far side of the room had already been thoroughly smashed by the door, so they were a waste of time to worry about, leaving only the two walls to the left and right.

Stretching his arms wide, Asminys closed his eyes and focused. He locked down his attention on as many of the security boxes lining the walls as he could and with a subtle curving of his fingers they began to rattle in their housings. Drawing from deep within himself, he slowly began to draw his arms in, hands shaking with exertion as he fought against the hardened locks that kept the security boxes bound to the walls.

With one final pull a few dozen of the metal boxes shrieked, followed by a cacophony of loud popping sounds as Asminys overwhelmed the locking mechanisms. The boxes shot out of the wall to collide with each other loudly, but ultimately were made of tougher stuff as they remained sealed and intact. Breathing heavily, holding the boxes aloft with the force, he backed out of the room and into the hallway, levitating the rough bundle of hopefully valuable lockboxes through the doorway.

Asminys rushed down the hallway with the cargo levitating in front of him, he reached the four way intersection in the corridor. Stopping for a moment, he considered bailing on his unexpected accomplice but ultimately decided against it. He might still need the help. "Time to go Mask!" He shouted loudly down the hallway that led back to the security room and the lobby. He would wait around for a few seconds, figuring that would give his fellow Sith enough time to untangle himself from whatever situation he was in. After that he was on his own as Asminys began levitating the haul down the hallway towards the employee parking garage.

LOCATION: Eiattu-6, Banking Sector
STATUS: Engaging aggressors

The droid activated its internal comlink, engaging its authoritative protocols as a Sector Ranger and reaching out to all available authorities within the districts radius. It would no doubt take time for the proper individuals to receive the transmission, let alone make it to the location. The Security Droid understood the variables at stake. In the midst of its communication the rear of its shoulder was fired upon twice, the first blaster bolt glancing off the droids standard armor whilst the second penetrated its plating. The force of the gunfire prompted it to step forward as it realigned its motivators to stand up right, its head spinning in place as its ocular sensor fixed on the origin point. Its lens zoomed in to confirm a third person which was promptly labelled an aggressor due to its engagement. With minimal warning it spun its entire body around and pointed the stun blaster forward, its artificial finger pulling the trigger causing numerous blue bolts to shoot from the end of the weapons barrel. With each shot the droid advanced a step, 3 bolts, 3 steps with each bolt aimed towards the the separate shoulder and the chest from left to right.

Meanwhile a squad of standard armed authorities had been dispatched towards the bank in a land speeder. Expected time of arrival: 2 posts

As the droid turned, a bit of Panik entered her. How many hits would it take to get this machine to just drop out of the fight? After sending a second salve at the droid she dove back behind her bin, the gun had jammed. The droid advanced with a straight line, firing repeatedly in her direction, apparently much more eager to take her down than anyone else. A certain fear built in her, not about this droid, but about the fact that Mask could leave her behind. Her hand wandered into her jacket, finding its place on her sabre

When she heard the scream: "Time to go Mask!" that only added to her fury. Yes, it was time to go. With a sudden burst she threw the heavy stone framed bin towards the droid, putting as much energy into the punch as possible. With the droid believing her to be suppressed behind the bin he should not be prepared for such an attack, and if he somehow evaded the bin, she was prepared, already lurching after it, her for now not yet ignited lightsaber in her sword hand. This droid would hardly keep her contained.
