Authorised by the Galactic Senate on [DATE].

The Galactic Senate,​

Recalling its previous resolutions and concerning the recent actions of the Sith Empire,

Reaffirming its strong commitment to the sovereignty, unity and territorial integrity of the Free World's Alliance, emphazing that the Free World's Alliance members are fully sovereign and have primary responsibility for the provision of security and stability throughout their concerned territory and underscorin the importance of achieving a lasting and well-regarded peace between the Sith Empire and bodies here represented,

Recognizing the legitimate desire of the citizens of Firrerre, Denon and Felucia to enjoy lasting peace and development,

Recognizing that the Galactic Senate is an organisation tasked with upholding peace across the Galaxy,

Condemning the actions of the Sith Empire on Firrerre, and the New Republic on Denon, which led to otherwise avoidable civilians deaths, urging all sides to cease hostilities, form and then adhere to ceasefire arrangements and to resume a constructive dialogue without delay,

Affirming its intention to facilitate and support the implementation of such an agreement,

Determining that the continued escalation of conflict is, in part, abetted by the unrestricted travel of materials, capital and persons into the Sith Empire and therefore,

Resolving to restrict such movement.

Acting under the power vested in it by the Galactic Senate, the Executive is charged to implement the following,​

1. Travel Ban
   • Decides that, for the initial period of one year from the date of the adoption of this resolution, all Member Planets shall take the full and required measures through their Governments to prevent entry into or transit through their territories of individuals designated to be members of the Sith Order,
   • Emphasized that, violations of this travel ban will undermine the stability of the border regions, and observes that individuals who knowingly facilitate the violation of this travel ban may be subject to arrest by the Sector Rangers or planetary bodies pursuant to/of a warrant.
2. Asset Freeze
   • Decides that, for the initial period of one year from the date of the adoption of this resolution, all Member Planets shall without delay, freeze all funds, other financial assets and economic resources in or on their territories, which are owned or controlled, directly or indirectly, by the individuals or entities deemed to belong to the Sith Order,
   • Decides that the measures imposed above do not apply to funds, other financial assets or economic resources that have been determined by relevant Member Planets to be linked to the production, distribution and research of the AMS vaccine.
3. Prevention of Weapons Sales
   • Decides that, for the initial period of one year from the date of the adoption of this resolution, all Member Planets shall without delay, restrict the export of weapons, and associated War Materials, too, either directly or indirectly, worlds under occupation ofr directly controlled by the Sith Empire - its allies or affiliated states.

Calls upon all Member Planets to actively implement the measures contained within this resolution.​

The Galactic Senate,​

Reiterating its desire for the maintenance of intergalactic peace and security, and in this connection, expressing its continued and renewed commitment to address the disproportionate impact of intergalactic and regional armed conflict and related humanitarian crises on the civilian population,

Expressing serious concern regarding the disproportionate impact that armed conflict has on the civilian population beyond the immediate end of life, including the destruction of property, dislocation and lack of access to basic services, stressing the protection and assistance needs of affected civilian populations regardless of their location, and emphasizing the need to consider what relief efforts the Galactic Senate can put in place to support those affected,

Recalling the Ferrerra Genocide,

Recalling the bombardment of Denon,

Recalling historic conflicts from the Age of the Empire and resulting conflicts,

Reaffirming that the participants in armed conflict bear the primary responsibility to ensure that all reasonable steps to protect civilians, and recalling that planets and interplanetary organisations bear the primary responsibility to respect and ensure the rights of all persons within their territory,

Commits to ensure that these measures are taken and:

1. Urges all participants in armed conflict to take measures to reduce violence against civilians;
2. Emphasizes the need for planets and interplanetary bodies to take action through the correct legal processes for those who violate the rights of civilians;
3. Calls upon all participants in armed conflict to allow and facilitate safe, timely and unimpeded humanitarian access to all people in need of assistance.

Starros Estate
Lothal​

Located south of Loth-City, the capital, Starros Estate is a modest homestead cut into a low hill in the countryside of Lothal. Surrounded by fields, it is easy to access, either by land or air and features a small landing pad outside.

Covering two floors in total, with a communications suite in a squat tower on the eastern side of the home, the Starros Estate is secured behind two large blast doors, one on the north, and the other on the south of the building. The ground floor is mostly dominated by a circular room in the centre, serving as a lounge, with the second-floor feature bedrooms for the family, and also for guests.

To provide a setting for my Senators home on Lothal.

DESCRIPTION​

The DSS-02 shield generator is a self-contained deflector shield generator used to cast a protective shield over a set area, in an 80-kilometre radius. Casting an invisible dome over the affected area, the DSS-02 shield generator is used to protect against orbital bombardment primarily, acting as a barrier to ranged weapon attacks. Powered by large underground generators, which ensure that the shield can remain up indefinitely, the DSS-02 shield generator is vulnerable to attacks that take place from inside the shield, and therefore must be protected from direct attack by ground forces or starfighter squadrons, for example.
